Confusing entrance. Smells like garbage. Poorly maintained

I've been living in the coliving space at 15 Sagasta Street for two months now, and it's been a bad experience. We don't have enough cutlery... the kitchen drain has been clogged since I arrived, the cleaning lady doesn't do her job properly on the days she comes... there are 14 of us with only one washing machine, the atmosphere is cold and impersonal, and everyone leaves things dirty; there are bad habits and nobody cares about cleaning.

There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower, which was annoying because there are so many rooms. There's no dryer. The room we were assigned had a terrible floor, and the door next door was so bad you had to pull it open so hard it made an incredible noise. It was also very damp.

I stayed at this hostel last weekend, and while the service was fine online, it wasn't as good in person. They left us without heating all night, even though it was freezing cold in Madrid. I called to sort it out, and they told me the heating would come on at 10:00 AM. I left the hostel at 11:39 AM, and the rooms felt like the North Pole; the heating still wasn't working. The duvet was so thin it was practically cigarette paper, and I caught a cold because of it. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, mine smelled strongly of tobacco. I won't be back!

Awful check-in system. Lack of response from the owner did not help. I understand shared areas concept but we has to buy things such as toilet paper and dishsoap ourselves. Wifi password shared on the frigde didn’t work which was fun. On the other side two bathrooms and clear kitchen storage were most def pluses. Overall comparing price and standard I would recommend rethinking the choice.

Very fair value for the price. We stayed in room 108 on the first floor. Check in was pretty effortless after receiving a WhatsApp around 14:00 from the company asking for an email address to send the check in codes to. The room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and had good heating. The towels were plentiful and very good quality. The floors do creak quite a lot, the building needs some maintenance and we could hear people moving around in the morning, but this was just before checkout time so is to be expected. The soap had run out in the bathroom, and we didn't use the kitchen facilities so can't comment on the qualily, but, if you're looking for a no-frills, well located place to stay a night or two I would recommend Live it Chamberi.

There was no hot water for four days. There was no kettle to boil water. The electricity went out every day, so you have to walk up to the seventh floor. When the elevator is in operation, it makes a terrible grinding noise that wakes you up, like someone sawing through your wall. We were unable to get any compensation. This king-size room cost us €140/night.

An absolutely negative experience. We were supposed to stay from November 9th to 14th, but out of desperation, we left the property for another after just one night. The rooms had zero privacy and a shared bathroom with other guests, which the property owner hadn't even specified to our travel agency. We could hear every little noise outside, and the door to our room even had a gap several inches long at the base. Check-in was awkward, to say the least; we had to do it online. There's no physical reception, and no one even answered the phone who could have helped us. I wholeheartedly advise against this property for anyone coming to Madrid. Choose another.

The only good thing about this place is the location; it's relatively close to everything, accessible by public transport and on foot if you like walking! Otherwise, it's a disaster! First, upon arrival, we wasted an hour waiting for the manager to answer her cell phone or WhatsApp to give us the code to enter our room. She should have done this before check-in time, but no! Then, in the room, there was a used condom in the nightstand drawer—the most disgusting thing in my life! And when my husband messaged the manager on WhatsApp, she replied that we had to wait until the next day for someone to come and remove it. The following day, it seems other guests took the toilet paper from the bathrooms, meaning we were left without any. Everything can be heard. We were there on Halloween Friday. A group of guests were partying inside our apartment, then they left and when they returned in the early hours of the morning they banged on doors, walls, etc. And finally, there is a bench in front of the building, people sit there drinking, smoking, talking and shouting in front of the building until dawn. We could hear everything; they didn't let us sleep.

We only saw the reviews on Google after booking and paying. Fearing that the same thing would happen as in some comments, we contacted them the day before arrival and they confirmed everything was fine. Everything went well, we received the codes beforehand by email! We stayed on the 5th floor. The location is great, there's a metro nearby or it's easy to walk there. The room cleaning was poor, I had to clean my bedside table. The space is great, it has everything to work well, the kitchen is organized and remodeled, but it needs improvement in important things: 1- Cleaning needs improvement; 2- Supervision of what guests leave unwashed is necessary. When we went to cook, there was a frying pan that hadn't been washed along with the clean ones. We ended up washing 3 frying pans because they were full of oil and food. Disgusting! 3- Only 2 toilets for about 9 rooms and on top of that one shower was broken. It urgently needs fixing. 4- There is no soundproofing!! Everything can be heard!! Almost as if there were no walls or doors, even upstairs!! From conversations, the floor creaking every time you walk, the doors creaking every time they open or close. 5- The floor needs to be replaced! 6- The doors need to be oiled to stop making noise or replaced. 7- There is a lack of tableware! There is only one plate for a main course and even then the dessert plates are insufficient for the number of people. If you want to start getting good reviews, start by making changes. If most guests complain, it's because something is wrong. You have to take responsibility. Thank you.

You get what you need, for the price it's fine. But they should fix the elevator because it's old and 80% of the times I've tried it, it didn't work. That's even though the room is on the sixth floor. 🥵

Although we booked and paid through Booking.com, we received no information on how to access the room. Upon inquiry, we were told that in addition to online check-in, we had to provide our credit card authorization. The hotel justified this with the need for security in case of potential damages. We have booked many hotels before, and we have never encountered such a requirement. Since no one from the hotel is present at check-in or check-out, the hotel can claim anything and withdraw the money from our account. We were practically forced to provide this authorization. Even after that, we didn't receive an access code. The hotline kept disconnecting us, and emails and WhatsApp messages went unanswered. We sat outside the hostel for 15 minutes without access. We were about to go to another hotel when we finally received the code for the door via WhatsApp. The room had only been superficially cleaned; there were black female hairs and dust bunnies in the sideboard and on the floor. The window pane was badly scratched and one side was no longer hanging in the frame; there was a real risk it would fall out if the sliding window was moved. There was also a constant lack of toilet paper in the bathroom, and the sink wouldn't drain. We were also informed that we had to empty the trash can in the room before leaving. There are two bars right next to the building, which leads to a significant noise problem, especially on weekends. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed. The only positive thing was a refrigerator in the room, but even that was only very superficially cleaned. I would not book this hostel again.

I stayed at the property for 5 days in September, and on none of those days did we have hot water in the showers. 5 days without water! After reading several reviews (which seemed hidden), I saw that this situation had been going on for several months, and I see that it continues. After filing a complaint with the Community of Madrid to have the establishment closed, they responded that it's a coliving establishment and that tourism regulations don't apply. But I will continue to review the legislation to close it so that no one else finds themselves in this situation. All of this, in addition to dirty bathrooms, a similar kitchen, no toilet paper, etc. Therefore, until they close, I recommend that you don't book it, even if it's well located.

CATASTROPHIC. The cleaning staff who wake you up at 8:30 a.m. by talking/yelling on the phone in the common areas and continue the conversation among themselves in the hallway, the basic wooden doors of the rooms offer NO soundproofing (apartment transformed into a hotel by simply putting digital locks on the doors, the "beep" of the 4-digit code at any time of the night, despite my online check-in a week in advance I still hadn't received my access code. The day of my arrival I waited 10 minutes at the foot of the building for FINALLY someone to answer me on WhatsApp and a little longer to receive the access code to the room. The smell of a damp cellar in the room and to top it all off the PUBIC HAIR found on my bedside table upon arrival. The creaking parquet floor on each floor, so you can hear everyone moving around on the upper floor, the slamming of bathroom doors (2/floor) and their use at all costs (no minimum time restriction, at least between 1-4.5 hours would be appreciated). Avoid at all levels. Even in the worst hostels, I've never seen this; the staff were at least respectful of others' sleep. All this for a price that's not very reasonable compared to the deplorable offerings. If I could give a -10 as a rating, it wouldn't be enough.

Security leaves much to be desired; you can't set the same codes for everything. The place is very noisy if you want to relax because there's a nightclub and a theater right next door.

What a terrible experience! Luckily, I was only there for three days. A total disaster: poor organization, dirty rooms, and nothing working. The elevator cables, which are 70 years old, make a loud noise all day long, making it impossible to rest. Then you post a nice picture of the place (it's a lie). Based on my experience, I don't recommend it to anyone. After your reply, of course the photo is of your room; if you want, I can send more photos. Regarding the elevator problem, the receptionist knows the issue well because she also answered many calls. I went to the Gran Vía reception in person, and the company sent a technician to look at the problem. If I go to Madrid again, I'll definitely look for another hotel. I'm sorry. Regards

A very bad experience. There's no sign or information, and I had to call for the access code and Wi-Fi password. Customer service is nonexistent: I asked for pillows and they never arrived, they didn't fix the bathroom issues, and on top of that, they asked me to send photos via WhatsApp as if it were my job. The cleanliness is terrible: rooms haven't been serviced for a week, bathrooms are dirty, soap hasn't been replenished, toilet paper has piled up to the point of overflowing, and sometimes there's no flush or toilet paper. The location is good, but it's not worth it. I don't recommend it.

I stayed last weekend and everything was perfect. I'm used to staying in accommodations with shared bathrooms around Europe, and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend it!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed two nights! The first night, some men, probably from the Middle East, were talking on their cell phones until the early hours of the morning. They left and returned later, banging on walls and yelling even louder. I informed the place (I sent them audio recordings of what happened), and all they could say was that they were sorry for what happened, with no option to offer a room change or anything! LAMENTABLE! The bathrooms were in terrible condition, with no respect for social distancing or hygiene rules, the floors creaked because the wood was so bad, and the rooms had an oven despite the ceiling fan, which was probably the only thing that worked.

We stayed from September 17th to 19th, and unfortunately, our experience was very negative. The property is extremely difficult to locate: no signage, a run-down building, and no reception. Check-in is completely self-contained, but no instructions were provided: we had to ask several times for the access code, which arrived via WhatsApp only after over a half-hour wait at the door. The room was clean overall, but the shared bathrooms were the real sore point. There were three bathrooms on our floor (only two with showers), and we found them consistently dirty, smelly, and clearly neglected. Hygiene was so poor that it made our stay unpleasant and unbearable. Overall, the management leaves much to be desired, and guests feel completely abandoned. I personally would not return, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. The experience was truly disappointing. The place was filthy from the moment I walked in, with garbage piling up in the hallways all night and a constant, foul odor throughout the building. The bathrooms were shared and the toilets didn't work; there was also no hot water. The check-in process was chaotic and completely unprofessional. The room lacked even the most basic necessities: no television, no hangers, and a broken ceiling fan. The wooden windows offered no sound insulation, making it feel like people from the street were right inside the room because of the noise. In short, this accommodation is of appalling quality, with no maintenance or upkeep, and I would never recommend it.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. We booked through a platform that didn't mention it was a coliving space or anything like that. We wanted to cancel when we realized what it was, and they didn't even bother. And when we arrived, what can I say? We felt like we were in a building of horrors. The elevator was ancient, everything was filthy and old with a musty smell. The bathrooms were disgusting, and on top of that, the showers didn't work. Only one bathroom had hot water, and they were shared, so you didn't even want to set foot in them. In short, a Netflix horror movie experience. Communication with them was terrible. The only normal and attentive person was the reservations girl, and even she took a long time to reply. If I had to say something good, the location was good, but for the price, you can go to a hotel with better conditions and, above all, better cleanliness. They didn't even change the sheets or towels for four days. Anyway, if you want to have a disgusting and uncomfortable experience, I invite you to come. Otherwise, even the homeless people on the street have Better conditions!

The worst place ever... I stayed 3 nights and only had hot water one night. The second day, no hot water or anything... I called reception and they told me there was a problem with the drainpipe and that they would fix it the next day... okay... the next day THERE WAS STILL NO HOT WATER ALL DAY, MORNING, AND NIGHT!!! Horrible... you let them know, and on top of that, they ignore you, they don't answer or offer any solution. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. You have a small portable air conditioner in the apartment, which is falling apart... The elevator... people left it open, so it didn't work... and you had to walk up 6 or 7 floors... WOW... I WON'T COME BACK...

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. We booked the premium double room, and thank goodness it was premium because neither the ceiling fan nor the TV worked. The room doors were as thin as sheets of paper; you could hear everything, and they don't tell you when you book the room that you have a shared bathroom.

HORRIBLE. You can hear the elevator cables all day and night, so you can't sleep. You can also hear the drains, and a bathtub behind the wall is leaking water into the room because it has infiltration, not to mention the foul, insect-infested, and dirty smell. SCAMMERS AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Besides giving me a different room than the one I requested, and in poor condition (see video), I tried to cancel my reservation with them and, after multiple emails, calls, and messages, they haven't refunded my rent or deposit. Be extremely careful with this company because they will take advantage of you and scam you.

1. I had a ceiling fan, and they never gave me the remote control. They kept telling me I had to be there and look for it. I ran into the cleaning lady and told her. She went to the room to look for it and said, "I'm going to file a report because I already came to check." But nothing ever came of it; they never responded. I sent them messages every day I was there, and they didn't answer. 2. I suppose breakfast is supposed to be fresh in the morning, but it wasn't. They left it on the floor the day before, in a box, but with the heat, by the time I opened it, it was all rotten (besides, it was a lousy sandwich EVERY DAY). 3. The bathrooms reeked of urine, and the showers were full of hair. *Some messages show that I've been in the early morning, but it's in Mexico time. When I was in Madrid, it wasn't the early morning (there's an 8-hour time difference).

For the price and location, it's great.

The location was close to the center, and the rooms were nice, although a bit dated. The shower hoses in all the bathrooms weren't working, and after reporting it to the accommodation, they said they would take care of it, but no one came to fix them. We had to make do with showering however we could. In the eight days we stayed there, no one came to clean the room as advertised on their website. However, we saw the cleaning staff every day cleaning the bathrooms and rooms that had just been vacated.

A pretty bad experience. We went yesterday. They told us they'd give us the room code around 3 pm, but obviously we never received anything. We had already checked in online, so we didn't have to go to Gran Vía and could go straight to Chamberí. Since they didn't answer calls or WhatsApp messages for two hours, we had to go to Gran Vía to get the code. There was a guy and a girl there; you could see WhatsApp messages and calls coming in on their phone, but they weren't responding to anything. The phone was just sitting there, completely unused. We got to the room, and they had given us a single room, even though there were two of us. They changed it, and when we went to shower, the water hose wasn't working in any of the bathrooms, so we couldn't shower. Neither the ceiling fan nor the air conditioning worked in the room, and there wasn't any air conditioning either. It was all pretty bad, to be honest. I won't be back. And they should change all the information on both their website and Booking.com regarding the pictures and what they offer.

I'm filing a complaint. We arrived at the room and it was filthy, with hair all over the floor, the toilet was leaking… plus it didn't match the pictures on the website at all. We spent the whole afternoon calling for a solution and to be relocated, but we didn't get a single answer. We were left stranded. My friend and I had to scramble to find somewhere to sleep in Madrid. The next morning I called again, and a woman answered the phone. She said they would look into the case and get back to me. I've kept sending WhatsApp messages and calling. They keep saying they'll get back to me. I'm still waiting, and it's been over two weeks. It's not just that they haven't refunded my money, they haven't even given us an explanation.

A disgrace. The check-in experience was a disaster. First, the place is poorly signposted, but the worst part is that, having indicated our arrival time (which was, of all times, the check-in time), no one answered the phone. I had to call the main office, and after several attempts, they finally got through. To make matters worse, there were other people in the same situation, and later I found out that many others had experienced the same problem. The internet doesn't work, so if you need to work, you have to go somewhere else. I contacted them to ask them to fix it, and they ignored me. The worst thing was the noise; it was impossible to sleep at night. The doors make a lot of noise, the footsteps in the hallway are awful, and don't even get me started on the water in the bathrooms—every time they flushed, it woke me up. In short, I can't help but leave this rating mainly because I see that many others have already made the same comments, received responses from the staff, and the problem persists. So, I have no choice but to assume that they don't care and are happy to take advantage of their guests like this.

Staying for the 2nd time here, nothing better for this price. Although - completely impossible to sleep without earplugs, the street outside is extremely noisy, as well as every step in the appartment or every door being opened or closed is heard, as the doors have huge gaps (this can easily be fixed by covering the doors with an anti-audio covering and insulating the lower part). Cleanliness is 10/10, perfect. Customer service is polite but extremely EXTREMELY slow and not always adequate. In terms of Customer support nothing has changed in the last 6 months. I guess they are just understaffed and not managing to keep the workload, poor ladies. Still good value for its money. Nothing similar in this price segment (30-ish € per night). Just the noice problem needs to be fixed. Put some carpet on the floor. Fix the doors. And improve the customer service.

Took me an hour to be checked into my room. Terrible communication and service (or absence of it). Asked to store my small backpack since my flight was in the evening but was not allowed to even though I could clearly see other people’s luggage kept in a hallway. Noisy at nights. Wanna save your time and mental health - don’t stay here.

Tourist trap. They charge three times what a room in the neighborhood would cost, and keep the deposit, taking advantage of tourists' lack of knowledge of Spanish law.

I am right now lying awake at 5 in the morning. Because the windows can't close properly, it's like they're open - and with a night club downstairs there's also a street party 4-5 nights a week = it's very noisy ALL night! The room itself is spacious and bright, with fine furniture - and cheap. And that's it. There's only one functioning shower to 10 rooms, no AC and absolutely no service, if you need an extra towel e.g. Never saw a game room or terrace.

This company is a scam!! They took three months to return my deposit, and even then, it was less than the amount they claimed. The deposit was €655, and they only returned what you see in the attached image. In other words, they kept €160.50, which they couldn't even account for. After three months of endless emails and calls trying to get my deposit back!!! This is what I get!!! THEY ARE THIEVES. DO NOT RENT FROM COLIVE IT. They don't even give you a breakdown of the final settlement.

I stayed here a month ago and it was an interesting experience. The facilities were quite clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is shared but well-equipped. The bathrooms are communal. The atmosphere depends on your roommates. In my case, I had no complaints. The location is unbeatable. The price is reasonable. The service from Gran Vía was also satisfactory. I recommend it.

The location did not have air conditioning. It was a top floor, where the heat is unbearable, and only counting with a ceiling fan that only medium speed was operable. Would have been great to know that this unit did not have an air conditioning before booking, The staff did not handle the situation well and I did not receive my money back. Absolutely do not recommend staying here if you want to save your money and have somewhere to stay with air conditioning. It is Madrid in the middle of the summer and the heat is unbearable, This should have been disclosed on the reservation. Absolutely terrible.

A disaster!!! The common areas are filthy all the time. Instead of keys on the room doors, they've used cards. You forget your key when you go to the bathroom at night, for example, and you're left outside in your pajamas without money or a phone. The showers are constantly clogged (you call them, they never answer!), there are 13 rooms on one floor with only one kitchen, no dishwasher or oven (the bare minimum), and the pans are completely worn out (carcinogenic). In short, their one and only interest is making money and minimizing costs as much as possible!

Teresa cleans very well, she is very nice and kind.

Living here for several months while studying abroad and was given a room with an extremely small twin bed that I did not fit in (I am quite a tall person). Upon requesting a larger bed or even a another small bed to push against my original one, I was ignored and eventually refused despite Live It having extra beds in storage. The apartment building lock did not function for several weeks and people off the street would enter our building to smoke and socialize in the lobby. After filing a report to have this fixed as soon as possible, the Live It team took significant time to fix serious security issue. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of care shown by the Live It team.

Thank you for the stay, especially for the work of Simone Pimenta, who was efficient in the organization and in her attention and care for the guests.

I strongly advise against it! One star is already a steep price to pay! I couldn't get my deposit back in full, even though I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. No one is getting my full deposit back. They're clearly thieves. This is a party apartment. Don't even think about being able to work! Student parties in the apartment every night! No coworking! I spent a month in the dark because my shutter was broken. Avoid it, and extremely expensive for what it is!

IT IS LITERALLY FREEZING !!! I can even work on my desk and I wake up this morning with my hand frozen( they were red and numb from the cold!) We have also suffer from flood because the windows are not of a good quality (this I hope is gonna be resolved quickly but they told me we still need to wait a week for the heating, this means I have to wait until I am frozen). I am really disappointed 😔

This accommodation is FREEZING and the admin don't respond to messages or care about their tenants. Towels are not drying overnight, laundry takes days to dry, I have been stuck in bed trying to keep warm and have been ignored by the company. There is also no dining space so you have to eat in your room and it is not a social environment, it is like cold, student accommodation with no organisation.

Great and affordable place to stay in the center of Madrid.

Simone, the cleaning lady, was one of the few good things about the hostel. The worst part was arriving in the early hours of the morning, trying to open the door, and finding it wouldn't open. At 6:00 AM, they made me walk 20 minutes to Gran Vía because, according to the receptionist, it was the only solution. When I arrived, they told me I was listed as a no-show, even though I'd already been there for two days. So, they thought it would be a good idea to give a key to my room to a new guest, even though all my belongings and valuables were still inside. Then I had to walk another 20 minutes back home. There's no reception at the C. Luchana coliving space. If you need anything, you always have to wait for a reply to your messages, which often takes hours. The club next door is incredibly loud on weekends. It was a very unpleasant and distressing experience. They showed absolutely no consideration. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was unheard of. I wouldn't go back.

Disgusting! The apartments are infested with mice! Yesterday one came out of the kitchen trash can (they found one on the third floor on Monday too). They haven't done anything about it yet and they don't answer emails or WhatsApp messages. Besides, the apartments don't have air conditioning or fans. In Madrid, it gets up to 40 degrees Celsius in the summer. It's impossible to sleep. And finally, there are no common areas as the ad says. It's just a hallway with doors to the rooms and a kitchen (with mice). There's no living room, dining room, or TV room.

I'm giving them one star because it couldn't be any less. They make you pay a monthly fee for "administrative expenses," when, based on the new housing law, that's illegal. Don't be fooled.

Great location and excellent service from the cleaner (Simone). The downsides are having to go to Gran Vía to pick up the key without prior notice, the lack of toilet paper and cleaning supplies (dish soap, sponge, etc.), especially when living with 10 other people and coordinating is impossible, and the fact that cleaning is only once a week when so many people share the apartment.

Thieves. Rogues. DON’T DO IT TO YOURSELVES. I used to love this company until my eyes were opened. Live It & Smart Living choose how they want to charge you based on their mood on the day of your reservation and heaven knows what else. I found out that I am being charged more than the others on my floor for the same room category, after I extended my contract. When I questioned the company about it with 14 back and forth emails, I was unable to get a valid answer other than “rental prices fluctuate as do flight and food prices - you signed the contract”. They are a money hungry lot who will do anything to make as much cash as possible. Please run. Thank you Simone for being the most honest person at Live It, who makes sure our environment is clean and homely.

The houses in Madrid do not have AC, the co-work is not located in their buildings, there are no common areas in the buildings, kitchen lacks basic needs like plates and bowls, and the company refused to return my security deposit. I've been living here for a month and I'm liking it so far. The neighborhood is nice and if I close my windows on fridays and saturday nights I can't hear any sound from the club that is next to here. The highlight of this place is that they don't ask for much documents for accepting you. You need to pay and that's it. I was having some difficulties to find a place, but after I discovered Live it, it was quite fast to book and move in.

I had a great experience with the cleaning ladies, Teresa and Consuelo, who, in addition to being very professional and friendly, took the time to address some of the issues I highlighted. The low score is due to the poor management and customer service I've encountered so far. I hope for future improvements.

Had a great stay at Live it Chamberi during my time in Madrid. The accommodation is super central and close to the city centre. Got fresh towels and bedding once every week and Teresa, responsible for keeping the shared apartment under good conditions, is a lovely person. Cannot complain and would definitely recommend the place to stay in Madrid overall, no matter if it's a short or long-term visit.

I had a great time at Live It Chamberí. The location felt less touristy than other parts of Madrid which I preferred. They had a suitable kitchen and everything you need to stay for a while. The cleaning staff, especially Teresa, were very friendly and were hard workers. The only thing I could have asked for more was AC, but I came at the height of a summer heatwave.

It is very clean with nice staff. Teresa, who was one of the really nice cleaners, did an amazing job!

I got almost everything they said I’d get on the website I had a nice stay and the cleaning ladies are so nice and helpful (especially stephany) they come do their job in a great way and so quick without bothering anyone. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience here thank you so much.

I stayed here for four months during 2021/22 and the experience wasn't entirely good. Although the room is nice, well-kept, and practical, it's located above a nightclub, so it was very difficult to sleep on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The windows were made of old wood, making it very cold and noisy. On top of that, they require a month's deposit and a month's agency fee (although they initially say they don't). I forget about the agency fee because it's lost, but it took more than three months to recover the deposit after several complaints and requests, and they charge €55 for cleaning. I would definitely NOT book a room again with this real estate agency, which is quick to charge but slow to charge everything else. Finally, I would like to emphasize that my coliving colleagues were just as dissatisfied as I was. I don't understand who all the positive comments are from since not many people have been able to live there yet. It opened in November 2021... note that most of the comments come from accounts with two positive reviews, one in this coliving and another in one from the same company on Gran Via... great way to raise the stars knowing that the service is terrible.

Terrible service. The moment you pay and sign the contract, they start treating you with disgust, constantly moving you from room to room. There are no common areas; the kitchen doesn't even have a table, and there are only four burners (for 12 rooms), and no oven. They only have one cleaning lady for two 7-story buildings, so neither the rooms nor the common areas are ever clean. They'll try to raise the room price for no justifiable reason, just because of seasonal changes. This is nowhere near a co-living space, much less a pleasant place to live.

It was recommended to me, and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect.
