My stay was okay-ish, the only positive experience was the people I shared the house with. The building itself is an old house that could benefit from some renovations. There's a noticeable moldy smell, especially in the meeting room, which also shows signs of water damage. One of the major issues was the noise. Until late at night, the sound of gates and doors being closed was quite loud, often making it feel like someone was entering my room. This made it challenging to get a good night's sleep because your body was quite in alert mode. The location is okay if you're into partying and tourist spots, but it might not be ideal for those who are looking for a quieter stay. It's right at the beginning of the German party street. For work purposes, the space presented challenges as well. There is only one meeting room available for calls, and it's not possible to have calls in the upstairs rooms or too far to the right or left of the router, because of the internet connection. Furthermore, the desks are rented out to external people as well, with six already occupied by the guests, leaving literally no space for private calls. Communication with the manager is solely through WhatsApp; I never met them in person. Towels weren't swapped out, and expired food in the kitchen was left unattended, but they do take care of it when you write them on WhatsApp. It seems like the love and care for this house is missing. Overall, I wouldn't return to BednDesk because it's hard to get a good night's sleep and it's not a nice work environment. Some people were driving to coworking cafés in Palma for a nicer work environment and that is not the point of a coworking place.
