So I ended up living here for a year and a half, I would like to think I know what I’m talking about when I review the space. Surfbreak isn’t just a place, but really a family. It’s kinda crazy how many adventures we all go on, and how much the community has grown in my tenure living there. The views? Stellar. I genuinely don’t believe you’ll get anything better anywhere. The people? The staff goes through an interviewing process and they try to keep a balanced group. Sometimes it’s super chill, sometimes it’s a party group, sometimes it’s a bunch of people who wanna just explore and be active. Giving back: If you’re here, you’re likely a visitor to the islands. Surfbreak has made it a mission to give back to the local communities, and the ‘Aina. Be it the mornings I’ve gone to volunteer at the local food pantry, or even days when people would do beach clean ups or volunteering at a local farm. Your time at Surfbreak will be a magical and transformative one. Come in with an open mind and heart, and be ready for adventure!
