Next week, the Scroll Less Program is going offline with two workshops in Dharamshala, and I am excited to work with people in the same room, without any screens in between. What's in the workshop? - 2 hrs of immersive activities - no presentation or projectors, and - No phones. We will sit together, play with our attention and notice our cravings through activities, and take concrete steps to fix our relationship with our phones.
