I was there for a few days as a pet sitter and it was simply wonderful. Ela is a super warm and open person who's a joy to spend time with. The area is very idyllic and you're never alone because the cats like to pay you a visit 😊 I'd love to come back again sometime 🫶

A beautiful place where you immediately feel at home… It's quiet, yet almost everything is within walking distance… the bus stops practically right outside, so you can be in downtown Torrevieja in just a few minutes. Ela is a really cool person; she rides a motorcycle, goes horseback riding, and is always up for a laugh… After just one day, you feel like you're coming home and more like a member of the family than a guest… There's also a lovingly furnished yurt currently being built in the garden for overnight stays… A truly unique experience… 😊

We spent two wonderful weeks here as a family. The Coliving Finca is perfect for families and solo travelers. The internet connection is good, which is very important for us as we work online. The finca is ideally located for excursions. Shops and a salt lake are within walking distance. The sea can be reached by bicycle (which can be rented). We highly recommend the finca.

Such a beautiful place. Ela and Francesco are such lovely, kind people. The internet is excellent and fast. A place for children to play and explore. A place to linger, connect, and grow in the here and now. Thank you so much! 🙂☺️

Super nice and welcoming. It was a great pleasure to be here. And I had many new and interesting experiences and met wonderful people. Ela is a magnet.

I felt very comfortable at Co.liv.finca. Many thanks to Ela and her boyfriend for a lovely time at her house. I was able to feel free and at the same time as good friend. They're very funny and openminded, so it's easy to feel happy.

As soon as I met Ela on Facebook, I knew I absolutely had to visit her during my rooftop tent adventures across Spain and Portugal. She immediately offered me a parking space with a bathroom and kitchen. Since I have a cat allergy, a room in her house wasn't an option. After several attempts, it finally worked out! Ela gave me a very warm welcome, and the jacuzzi was already waiting for me after a hot day in the car. I spent a few very relaxing days working by the sea and on the wonderful rooftop terrace or in my own outdoor office, always in the shade depending on the sun. A thousand thanks, and we'll definitely see each other again...

Ela gave me a very warm welcome at her finca! We met through Facebook and I knew right away I absolutely had to visit her! We had a wonderful time with great conversations in the jacuzzi, and she even showed us around the area a bit. So, you don't just get accommodation there, but also a little sightseeing if time allows. Highly recommended!

We two old-timer motorcyclists were welcomed by Ela ❤️ at her beautiful finca. Our bikes were already in the garage and we were in the pool in no time. The natural garden provided us with oranges and lemons. The next day, she surprised us with a fantastic tour, proving herself a great biker. Afterwards, we went to the sea, to a very beautiful bay, for a swim. Many thanks to Ela from Gusti and Toni.

I met Ela in Mexico and immediately decided to visit her in Spain. I was greeted with a homemade paella, Fran-style – absolutely delicious! I have the upstairs apartment to myself, so there's plenty of space. The room is great and has everything I need. Unfortunately, the weather is bad right now, so we can't plan much, but we're taking the opportunity to try a new Asian restaurant. It's so nice to see Ela again – she's a wonderful woman! 😊

I was very pleasantly surprised and felt right at home. Ela is a perfect nomad and knows how to live that way. I will be back. See you soon!

A truly magical place to be. Once you're with Ela in her world, you won't want to go anywhere else. She really does live in paradise. You're not just welcomed as a guest, but immediately become part of the family, and her warmheartedness sweeps you away. Definitely recommended for recharging, arriving, unwinding, and inspiring work ;)

It's not a place you arrive at, more like a home where everyone immediately feels welcome. Ela is an incredibly wonderful person and a fantastic host. See you soon.

Ela welcomed me spontaneously and warmly, and with her calm and friendly manner, she helped me overcome the shock of fleeing La Palma (the volcano). She's a brilliant bridge-builder, and in the first few days, I was able to expand my circle of acquaintances from 0 to about 6 people. WOW - I don't meet that many people in Germany in a month. My dog ​​really enjoyed the wild garden with the cats, and here, too, I found Ela's approach extremely positive because she said that "they'll sort it out among themselves." No stress, just a very open and friendly welcome, even for my not-so-cat-friendly and uncooperative dog, Laja ;-) My apartment was clean (one point deducted for some junk in the garden), there was a washing machine, great Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to work; I was able to quickly get back into work, which I had to put aside for two weeks (due to the ferry to La Palma and back to the mainland a few days later...). Of course, Ela also knows some beautiful places in the surrounding area like the back of her hand, so I've already been able to get to know quite a bit of my new home. Oh, and she also "set me up" with other D. nomads my age who live here, and so I quickly had my own apartment and now, starting today, a roommate. Thanks, Ela, see you soon. Super friendly host. Gabriela Krieger is immediately there for her guests, has a keen sense for their needs, and is a true nomad whose life is worth learning. I parked my RV on the street there and was happy to have a home base there.

I spent a week with a very good friend at Ela and Fran's Co.Liv.Finca. ☀️ We received such a warm welcome ❣️that we immediately felt at home. We didn't lack for anything! Around the corner is a supermarket, a bar where you can play pool, a bus stop right outside so you can get from point A to point B quickly while still enjoying the peace and quiet 😌, a beautiful park for strolls and exercise, a place to enjoy a cozy meal, and much more. Ela is a very good host and showed us the most beautiful beaches and bars. Not to mention the great markets to browse and the beautiful view. We were very lucky 🍀 to meet friends of Ela and Fran, who helped us get on a sailing trip. Not to mention Fran's paella, which is simply delicious. 🥘 I'll definitely be back!? :)

I highly recommend spending a few days or weeks there, especially as a transition into a new phase of life—it's the perfect place to find yourself and define your new path. Ela is a loving and warm-hearted host. If you're lucky, you might even get a homemade pella, Ala Fran's signature dish ;) Highly recommended. I'd love to come back.

I spent a week coworking/living with Ela at Co.Liv.Finca, and it was a week I won't forget. Ela is an outstanding host. Warm and generous, she was the perfect space-holder for me during that time. I felt incredibly comfortable, and during our time together, I was able to develop my business dreams and gain clarity. She truly lives what she preaches. She showed me the most beautiful beaches and bars, the places where she loves to work, and it's simply a joy to stroll around with her while simultaneously making progress in business. With her keen intuition and her incredibly extensive network, built on decades of contacts, she always connects me with exactly the right people at the right time. The finca is located in beautiful Los Balcones! Public transport, such as a bus stop, is just 20 meters from the property. A supermarket, veterinarian, and restaurants are nearby, plus a large hospital approximately 2 km away. The rental is handled by the owner. There is a shared living room and two bedrooms available for rent. The furnishings are old and very worn. The kitchen is shared and in a dilapidated, dirty condition. There is one bathroom for everyone, equipped with a shower, sink, and washing machine. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. The driveways on the property are narrow, so careful parking is essential. The property could be beautiful with proper maintenance and hygiene. Parked vehicles on the property could be damaged; the owner does not provide insurance and shows no interest in taking out a policy. My stay of approximately three months was necessary due to my broken-down vehicle; otherwise, I would have left long ago. I made every effort to clean everything daily, which meant about an hour of cleaning each day. But the more I tried to clean, the worse it got. I couldn't fight it anymore: fish heads, bowls of old cat food, old garbage everywhere, green flies, rats, fleas, earwigs in the water filter, etc. On my last day, I caught something; my skin itched like crazy. Three days later, my skin was bleeding... according to the dermatologist, a severe infection... three weeks of cortisone treatment. The fact is, as long as there's no hygiene, I wouldn't spend a single day there. (The landlady has no interest in cleaning; it's not her thing, or so she says.) I thought long and hard about whether to leave an honest review! This is a danger to guests because there's absolutely no hygiene. Furthermore, enough guests have cut their stays short because of the poor hygiene. The landlady told me I had to delete the review. I refused, as the review was already very lenient. Now they're claiming your bathroom scale is missing under some pretext... simply ridiculous. Oh, and I demanded a proper invoice with a tax ID number... let's see if I get one.

Thank you, dear Ela, for letting us stay at your finca and for your incredible hospitality! It was so beautiful and spacious, the road was very quiet, and the lakes and the sea were both visible and in the air. I was delighted by the Spanish wild herbs and fruit varieties in the garden. Harvesting the ripe oranges and dates straight from the tree was a particular highlight. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely get in touch and try to visit the finca again. The Co.liv.Finca offers a fantastic opportunity to work together. Ela Krieger and Francisco warmly welcome their guests. There's a beautiful garden with a hammock strung among fruit trees, several terraces with varying amounts of sunlight, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the salt pans of Torrevieja. The accommodation offers everything you could wish for a comfortable stay: multiple bedrooms, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi. Ela's beautiful, hand-painted pictures decorate the rooms in a most pleasant way. Those arriving by van can park ideally in the courtyard. Ela is always happy to offer advice and assistance and answer any questions. You can tell she's a true coworker. That's precisely what made my stay so enjoyable. We sometimes worked in parallel, but there was also always the option for me to retreat completely to my own space. If you're lucky, you might even get to enjoy Francisco's world-class paella. I'm looking forward to visiting Co.liv.Finca again soon. Thanks to Ela and Francisco for the wonderful stay with you! ❣
