Convenient for personal stays and small business meetings. I stayed for four days for work. The location and the perfect distance from the city center made everything comfortable: temperatures, quiet, and convenient access to restaurants. If you like, you can use the kitchen for lunch and dinner.

For years, I've wandered through B&Bs/guesthouses/agriturismos in beautiful locations that also had a writing station. After countless rickety tables, non-existent Wi-Fi, and hosts who resembled serial killers, last year I discovered this temple of concentration. Yes, okay, there are clean rooms, shared relaxation areas, a pool, etc., etc., but what I've found here is a writing station, where my productivity has increased tenfold.

I had an unforgettable stay and my expectations were far exceeded. The accommodation and the outdoor area were designed with great attention to detail. Just lovely! Both the rooms and the community areas are fantastic, the kitchen invites you to cook together. The workspace is beautiful, I was able to focus and enjoy my work, also because of the great view from the office. A big thank you to Anna-Maria & Mauro, who take care of the well-being of the guests every day and ensure that everyone has a wonderful stay! You guys are great! The community consists of a mix of coliving guests and locals, which is great. The surroundings offer something for everyone (relaxing, sports, beach, shopping, food, excursions, etc.) and the sunsets are spectacular. I can highly recommend Navitas and will definitely be back ❤️

I visited Navitas Coliving with my husband. We received a very warm welcome. The room we had was lovely and bright, very clean. The bathroom facilities/shower are excellent. The place itself is very quiet and peaceful. Excellent internet coverage if you need to work. The pool area is lovely and has an amazing view. There is a shared kitchen if you want to cook, it also has a coffee machine and you can help yourself. We had a really relaxing break and we will definitely be back. The coworking area has a fantastic setup: comfortable chairs, strong Wi-Fi, and a relaxed atmosphere with an incredible view—perfect for getting work done while feeling inspired. I was able to focus on my projects with ease. The pool area became my go-to spot for a refreshing break, and it's hard to beat the stunning sunset views from there. The social vibe is really what makes Navitas special—regular activities are organized, making it easy to connect with other guests and locals. Whether you're looking to socialize or prefer your own space, Navitas strikes the right balance. Civitanova itself is a gem. There’s always something to do: delicious restaurants, stunning beaches, and if you’re craving more nature, the mountains are just a short trip away. Relaxing place

I visited this property during the FAI Days, as it was originally the residence of the Civitanova painter Ciarrocchi. The villa's renovation is magnificent, blending modernity and tradition. The space dedicated to business guests is very spacious and offers a splendid view that allows you to literally immerse yourself in the surrounding landscape. The well-maintained garden features a splendid swimming pool.

I thought a month at Navitas Coliving would be too long: wrong! A charming property in the Marche hills, just a stone's throw from Porto Potenza Picena and Civitanova, and the many beautiful places to visit within. The renovation of this large, beautiful art house has preserved its original spirit, making it perfectly welcoming and functional. Nothing is missing, both in the apartment we rented and in the common areas, including a large room where you can work on your computer while enjoying a magical view of both the valley and the sea. The owners provided a perfect welcome, always extremely kind and helpful. The whole thing is enhanced by a splendid infinity pool with a priceless view of the valley. This year we were even lucky enough to have a breathtaking field of sunflowers before us. Highly recommended!!!

I attended an event and party at Navitas, which was very enjoyable. The music was great, and the location was beautiful. The service was a bit poor, disorganized, with too much plastic, and overpriced for the basic offerings. It would have been better if there were fewer people, but more attention to service.

What a great place to stay. Very good working facilities, but a perfect place as homebase for your holiday.

Unique and sensational. First of all, it should be said that the concept of coliving is still virtually unknown and unheard of in Italy. Therefore, Navitas Coliving is taking on a pioneering role here, and doing so brilliantly. Superb rooms where you can truly relax – clean, spacious, and well-designed. A large coworking area with desks offering a fantastic sea view. A large kitchen for self-catering, and best of all, pasta, wine, yogurt, and other products are available to everyone free of charge. Upon request, I even got my own office. What service! Anna Maria was always warm, friendly, and had great tips and tricks for every situation. Simply wow!

Exceptional. In terms of facilities, I'd say it's the best Co-living in Italy. Surrounded by greenery, yet just a few minutes' drive from the sea, the town of Porto Potenza Picena, and Civitanova Marche. A car is recommended, but you can also take advantage of their Tesla shuttle service (€8 return) or bike rental. Ample and convenient covered parking is available just a few meters from the room, with charging stations. The common areas are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Power outlets are everywhere. A brand-new kitchen and BBQ are available. The hosts are always present and available. The rooms are equally spacious and quiet, equipped with air conditioning, Ethernet ports, and a quality hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available and stable throughout the property. The connection has always been around 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and a latency of 6 ms (Wi-Fi). The highlight is the infinity pool with a truly fabulous view. I hope to be able to return soon!

A beautiful solution nestled in the green hills of the Marche region, ideal for those who want to unplug without sacrificing comfort and services. The Co-living formula is a winning concept, but you have to be prepared. The property truly has it all: state-of-the-art appliances, electric and non-electric bikes, charging stations, a BBQ, a conference room with everything you need, and every room is meticulously designed. A plus is the large infinity pool with an excellent view—truly stunning! Obviously, you'll need a car to get to the beach, but even on August 15th, parking for three cars was no problem!

Gorgeous place, but don't expect the usual B&B. A different philosophy reigns here.

I stayed in Navitas Coliving for four weeks to do my graphicdesign and photography works and also to enjoyn a great time in Italy. For me Navitas was the best choice I could make! I felt like home from the first day - The rooms are very clean and nice and the coworking space gives all traveling workers a beautiful opportunity to become creative. The system with the shared kitchen and fridge worked perfect and it is a place where I always got in touch with other guests and had interesting cultural conversations. Anna Maria und Mauro are very kind and fit perfectly in this place. I will come back soon! Thanks for the great time! ☺️

I'm from Civitanova and can guarantee that this co-living offers the best view in the area. The facility is fantastic for working and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the workspaces spacious and bright. Anna and Mauro also provide electric bicycles so you can enjoy the surrounding hills overlooking the sea and villages like Montelupone or Montecosaro. Great experience!

Navitas is an exceptional place to enjoy while working. The facilities are amazing. Everything is well thought and very comfortable. I slept very well in this quiet place. The swimmingpool and the garden are beautiful. I really recommand it if you want to do some remote job or if you only want to spend some holidays

The property is excellent in many ways, from the ample parking to the shared workspaces, from the bedrooms to the kitchen... and the pool. A spacious and well-connected space, it sits atop a hill overlooking the sea. The interior design, lighting, and attention to detail combine to create a perfect blend of innovation and tradition. Inside, among the various services offered, we find a collection of artworks waiting to be discovered. I had a short stay and had a wonderful time. P.S. The coffee is very good :)
