I spent more than two years and a half living in La Casa and it was an incredible experience. I arrived to France knowing nobody and was welcomed with open arms by my housemates and I have created amazing friendships ever since. Even after leaving I’m still in contact with them and they’re a big part of my community here. Got to meet people from all backgrounds and interests, there was always something fun to do and someone to talk to or hang out with, but you still had your privacy that everyone respects. I would recommend this experience to anyone interested or thinking about it, it’s absolutely worth it. And big plus for me, it was the best way to improve my French, which I now speak fluently.
