The worst experience of my life. I wouldn't recommend Casa to anyone, especially not to my close friends and family! Casa pressures you to move in and pay for weeks of unpaid rent before you even leave your current place, all so that "other applicants" don't take your room. And yet, no new applicants are even applying at that time. Furthermore, they have a serious lack of transparency. They don't disclose, during the lease signing, the presence of a mentally ill/squatter roommate in the house whom they haven't been able to get rid of for years and who has caused problems with all the previous tenants. The house, which was originally designed to house 13 tenants, ends up completely empty, and they leave us, 4 or 5 tenants, to live with a mentally ill person who prevents us from feeling safe in our own home. It's utterly shameful and inhumane to operate this way. Look elsewhere if you want to be valued in your coliving and have a more human experience.
