Not only is it a fantastic concept (you find yourself under the same roof with lots of different people who all want to share everyday life), but it's also incredibly well-run (great owners and responsive staff). I stayed at Casa for three years, and it flew by. I met and lived with so many wonderful people, some of whom are now lifelong friends. Not to mention the comfort of living in a very large, well-equipped house near Paris. Thank you, Casa!
