I don’t even know where to begin with how wonderful Coco is. The team, the flat, and the community are all outstanding. Before my stay with Coco, I was at a friend’s place when the roof started leaking uncontrollably. I needed to move—fast! Within 24 hours of connecting with Fred, I had a stunning apartment waiting for me in the 3rd. (Thank you, Fred!) The flat itself was immaculate: beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and, without being hyperbolic, truly gorgeous. When I arrived, I was greeted by Albert, who continued to be a generous source of support throughout my stay. Whether I needed gallery recs or help with the apartment, he was always available and kind. I can't recommend Coco highly enough. Their care, responsiveness, and attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely special. My deepest thanks to the entire team.
