Cactus Coliving is an absolutely amazing place that instantly makes you feel at home! The people are incredibly kind and welcoming, it’s so easy to connect and build friendships here. The whole atmosphere is full of positive energy and every day is inspiring and fun. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place you don’t want to leave.

I had a wonderful time at Cactus Co-Living on Tenerife and would definitely come back again. The location is great — close to nature and right near a calisthenics park. It’s easy to get everywhere by bus, and it’s also very convenient to reach the sea by public transport. What I really loved were the regular community trips. We went hiking together, which was a great way to explore the island and connect with others. There is also a beautiful rooftop where you can practice yoga — it’s a lot of fun and a really special place to move and relax. We also meditated together, which created a very calm and supportive atmosphere. The working areas were excellent as well. As a digital nomad, I found it easy to focus and work productively, while still feeling part of a community. Thank you for this great experience — I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

I spent two weeks here on a workation and had a fantastic time. Maria and all the volunteers were incredibly welcoming, the house was lovely, and the rooms were always clean. The rooftop terrace and the small garden were especially perfect places to relax. The community was a real highlight, with lots of activities, but you didn't feel obligated to participate in everything. The family dinner and Sunday brunch, in particular, created a warm, family atmosphere. Everything was also great for working, with stable internet and two comfortable coworking spaces. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this co-living place.

I needed a last-minute place for an important video call as my accommodation had poor WiFi. They were incredibly accommodating and quickly arranged a quiet room for me with excellent WiFi. The team were also very welcoming.

I had a great time at Cactus! Every day there were planned activities and things to do, from Yoga sessions to exploring the island, the tam makes sure you don't get bored. The compound itself is amazing. Two different co-working spaces (one with talking allowed and one for complete silence and focus) many small spots to sit and work or chat and a beautiful garden and roof top terrace.

I had a wonderful stay at Cactus Co-Living. The house and rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. Maria, the owner, is a true professional, organized, attentive, and genuinely cares about the experience of every guest. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Regular activities are organized, creating the perfect environment to connect with like-minded people while still enjoying your personal space when needed. Great value for money and an ideal place for remote workers or anyone looking for a comfortable and inspiring place to stay in Tenerife. Highly recommended!

Was here early October - didn’t like it much. The place is run by young volunteers which is why you get more of a hostel experience. There wasn't a community manager present who consistently sets a high standard. There may be a nice group of people around but it’s a confined space with small, warm (no a/c) claustrophobic rooms and simply a lot of people in a small area with a tiny kitchen.

Cactus Co-living is one of the best places I’ve stayed as a remote worker. My private room was bright, clean and cozy with its own desk, so I could work even from there. The house has fast Wi-Fi, multiple coworking areas (indoor and outdoor) and a beautiful garden to take breaks. What really stands out is the community vibe. You’re welcomed like family, there are weekly dinners, group activities, workshops that actually help you connect. It’s social, but never too much. I left focused, inspired and already thinking about coming back.

Be aware of colder/cloudy weather as this coliving is located in the mountains also beach is far away. I am sad that I have to leave low rating as this place has amazing community and the house is very nice. However, I would not choose this place as you are kinda limited because of the location unless you have a car but still the drive is not that short. In some mornings people had to wear winter jackets to work as it was quite cold. I visited in the middle of March.

Cactus is an amazing place that lets you meet new people while working remotely. The way it’s organized with community activities and living together in an inclusive way creates a unique environment for meeting people and the house is fully equipped with everything you need, including working space and a nice rooftop. On Tuesdays there’s a mutual dinner and throughout the week there are activities such as amazing hikes and things such as volley and wine tasting, it’s also relatively quick and easy to take the bus to places like Los Cristianos and El Medano. Maria and the team are nice and well organized, it’s a warm and relaxed environment. I didn’t think it would be as great as it was!

I stayed at Cactus Coliving for the month of January 2025 and had a fantastic experience. It’s an ideal place for a work sprint while still being surrounded by a great community and an active social environment. The WiFi is solid and the overall atmosphere is perfect for productivity. The community events and shared dinners make it easy to connect with others while still having plenty of space to focus on work. It's a larger coliving, accommodating upwards of 20 people but with 2 kitchens (one inside and one outside) and two coworking spaces there's rarely a feeling of crowding. There is a volunteer community manager (or two!) on site so there's always someone to answer questions. They also arrange many of the community events - lots of yoga and hiking in particular. The guests also arranged our own social activities including padel and even a bowling night! The coliving is in a smaller town, so while there are restaurants and shops nearby (and I HIGHLY recommend Asador 98 around the corner for a fancy steak dinner), options are somewhat limited. If you plan to visit the beaches regularly, play golf or padel, or explore more of the island, a rental car is highly recommended - otherwise, it's about a 1-hour bus ride to the coast. Overall, Cactus Coliving delivers exactly what it promises - a welcoming and well-equipped space for digital nomads looking to balance work and community in a beautiful setting. Would definitely return!

Excellent space, the service has been magnificent. The quality of the people there is phenomenal and everything is very well thought out.

We really had a great time and loved the relaxed athmosphere combined with the good working facilities including always very stable WiFi. We enjoyed the community management and variety of activities, like skill sharing, yoga class and family dinner. Cactus Coliving is very good located to visit several great spots after work. Especially if you have a car it´s only a short drive to stunning natural pools and beaches. Only a few minutes by foot you find several supermarkets and restaurants. Fun coliving house. Loved the light in the workspace, the outdoor kitchen and big terrace. There is a supermarket nearby and an easy bus connection with the coast. Friendly staff and volunteers that were always there to help.

Dirty facility, with absurd rules. The owner, Maria, is a woman who presents herself well and then puts a series of psychological pressures on you. It's an experience to forget. The people inside are wonderful. The owner is the real problem. She never makes you feel comfortable, making accusations without proof in a facility where more than 15 people live. Often, even for short periods, payments are under the table and without any receipts. The owner kicked me out 4 days earlier because I had brought a friend to dinner. You have no freedom to do anything. I will never return to a place like this again.

It was my first experience in a co-living, and I didn’t regret it. Maria and her team are just wonderful and well organised. We had different activities (hiking, visits, cultural experiences, kayaking…), family diners, games… if you want to connect with digital nomads in an international environment and make friends from all over the world this is a perfect spot ! I spent a wonderful one year in this amazing coliving facility, perfectly run by Maria, a local from the village. The house is quite comfortable with lots of areas to spend time with other colivers and relax. It offers a variety of rooms for most needs. The co-working area is functional and spacious. Almost every day there are activities to do, coordinated by the volunteers. There's also have enough room to stay for yourself and feel at home any month of the year. The village of Valle San Lorenzo is functional and lively, well connected to any destination in the south of the island. Totally recommended!

Well I was hesitating to put 4 stars because next time I will book a single room, the community is really what makes such coliving a very much valuable experience ! We went out to the beach, on hikes, cooked together, did photoshoots, learn from each others and in the end made new friends. Also the property is so big you can walk around chill and move your ideas. I only regret the size of indoor kitchen and being so tired at the end of my stay. Maybe i was doing too much ahah. Very good one Coliving. The house is quite better than expected. At the beginning I though that the location would be a problem, but after spending 2 weeks there, i would repeat. Perfect and with good spaces to chill out, work and interact with other co-livers. Tenerife and Canary Islands are a very good destiny, the weather is that of a permanent Spring. The location is a quiet and not turistic place with main services availabe, 25 minutes by bus to the beachs & sea. This is not a problem, as most of the weekly life happens in the house and you do not miss anything. They organize weekly activities, family diners, usually Yoga on the rooftop, .. The place is well managed. The colivers propose their own activties as well. recommend this coliving for those who search for a quite place, good weather, very good house, facilities to work and to chill, and natural environment. If you go there, enjoy your stay!

I really enjoyed the trips out, community fundraising events, and ways in which colivers work together to create experiences (e.g. I organised a snorkelling trip to see turtles). Wow! What an incredible experience at Cactus. The vibe is unreal and the house itself is gorgeous! Intimate enough to get to know people, but large enough to find your own peace and quiet should you need it. Maria is a brilliant host, who has a lot to do with the coliving residents and our activities. I could not recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back in October for a month hopefully!

I've spent 2 weeks in the Cactus house, and I wished I have booked more. The property itself is a spacious house, with a lot of rooms (different kind of rooms, with private and shared facilities), and it has proper coworking spaces (both formal and informal), and it also offers private offices that you can book if you need to make a conference call. There is a wonderful rooftop, plenty of sitting spaces, large TVs, and lounge beds. The rooms are cozy and clean, also there are 2 kitchen areas, indoor and outdoor kitchen, with great organization for your stuff, and good appliances. When I am writing on the topic of food, there is a family dinner event organized by Maria, and it a great opportunity for people to connect and try different cuisines. Another activities are organized during the week, yoga, workouts, workshops and during the weekends they organize different hikes and excursions on the island. The community is the key here, you will meet with a lot of different likeminded people, and enjoy your time, the coliving is a perfect experience for solo travelers. I hope I will stay again there in the future.

A great place with great people! Maria established such a special a nice place with amazing community and lots of fun activities. You can rest assured you won't get bored there! But don't be intimidated from it. You don't have to participate at them and they are usually at hours that most people don't need to work. The free yoga classes and the hikes on the weekends are awesome! Pablo the guide is such a nice guy! And of course all the volanteers are such an amazing girls! For some reason this place attracts really good and open minded people and that's the most important thing for my opinion! People are extremely sociable and friendly and there are many group activities. From last year to this one they created new places in the house to hangout and cowork which is great. Cactus Coliving is a must-visit place for every digital nomad that wants to live with like-minded people in a community! : ) This place has everything one might be looking for - comfy rooms, proper coworking space, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, rooftop. Maria - the host - brings so many positive vibes to this place and managed to create a unique place. The moment you arrive, you feel like at home. They organize family dinners, hikes, trips, various activities to keep you occupied after work. And they have great wine cellar which you can also use as a working space/event space <3 Cactus is a perfect place to come and experience a digital nomad lifestyle. Words cannot describe how much I recommend Cactus!

Amazing! The place is truly beautiful, with a lot of room for cooking, hanging out and working. The other guests were nice to talk to, most were around 30 years. Wifi worked perfectly Daily activities like hiking, yoga or snorkeling Also great price What are you waiting for? 😄

I stayed 2 weeks at cactus and enjoyed it to the fullest. The beautiful house, the village "El Valle de San Lorenzo", the people and the activities with everybody made every single day a special experience. Maria, the host, is always available and helps wherever she can. She puts a lot of effort in planning the after-work-activities which are very diverse, so there´s something for everybody. What I enjoyed the most was the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere due to all the open-minded and super friendly co-livers, I felt immediately at home. I will definitely return to this beautiful place and recommend it to everybody 💚🌵

It was amazing experience. Cactus is my first coliving. There is a nice place with 2 coworking spaces, free breakfast and weekly activities. It’s a great mix of work and rest. People here are from different countries, I was able to practise my English everyday and share experiences. I’ll definitely come back !

Cactus has been an amazing experience. Not only is the house, it's the people who run it, people who collaborate in it, experience that you share. I can only recommend it. I spent there 2 weeks and left with the wish that I had stayed there longer. The house is very nice. It gives the guests the option to be always with people but the fact that's big enough, also let's everybody have their own space and time on their own. Perfect combination.

Cactus is a peaceful place between the beginning of the mountains and 15 minutes from the sea by car. Perfect for a good balance between quietness and accessibility for activities (surfing, kite, bar,...). San Lorenzo is a small town with everything you need within 10 minutes from the house (restaurants, supermarkets,...). The old family house renovated for coliving is very nice and spacious. There is plenty of space to relax, work, cook, do yoga, ping-pong, .... A lot of intention and process has gone into making the living space clean and organized. Each week, a variety of activities are offered by the Colivers, the Volunteers or Maria, the host (surfing, hiking, cooking, dinner, yoga, barbucue, dancing, wine tasting,...). Everyone is free to join or do other things on their own without any sense of social pressure. Maria and her family are extraordinary hosts. She is very involved and manages the house very well. I am very grateful to her and her parents for offering this beautiful place.

I stayed for 2 weeks in cactus and it was a totally awesome experience. From the very first moment I felt comfortable and welcome. The vibe is just great with divers, open minded and friendly people. Maria, the owner, is so dedicated, always available and tries to combine the international community with typical, local traditions. She is organizing weekly activities in the area, introduces local specialties and gathers the community. This is really a lovely place I can only recommend making the experience your own.

Cactus exceeded my expectations in every way 🥰 The home and coworking space is very spacious, bright, and inviting. My favorite part is the people who made everyday an adventure. Maria and her team also goes above and beyond to make it a memorable and fun experience. Definitely take advantage of all the events and activities offered by 🌵

À short experience of a week but at the top! An integration into a beautiful community, Maria (the person managing the coliving) as well as the volunteers are full of attention. The coliving is very clean, the place is more than spacious, the activities offered are varied, and great (yoga included in the coliving 5 days a week, workshop to learn how to make Barraquitos, hikes, meal themes to share, tasting of local wines, in short, a very nice experience for me! I recommend this coliving 100%! It is well located in the heart of the San Lorenzo Valley, amenities are close. Beautiful encounters, good vibes and an island of madness to discover!

A very cool co-living, you will never get bored there. There is always something to do, someone to talk too. It's very active with a lot of activities which are organised for all tastes and interesting people!! The wifi is really good, you can even work from the garden or on the sunny terass if you want, it's very comfortable and it is always calm to work. It's very calm during the night, so you will have no problems to sleep well, when you are working. María is a very cool host, the mood in the co-living is always good. She will always have interesting information about Tenerife and tips for you. I highly recommend Cactus 🌵

Maria and her family house, that she decided to turn into a co-living, is for sure a place that will warm your hearts since you will step into it. I had the chance to first be a guest and then volunteering for some weeks, and i feel grateful for having the opportunity to be part of a new way of living, where people and sharing come first. Cactus is indeed an inclusive and safe place, as we all need more in this world.

I spent almost 8 weeks in this coliving. Great place where to live and work. María is an amazing host running this familiar business. Great and positive vibes that makes you feel like at home from the very first moment. This is a great place if you are a remote worker looking for a quite place where to work but also for people to hang around with after your working day. The coliving is placed in the mountains, in a local area, 15 min from Los Cristianos by bus. There are plenty of activities happening almost every day: yoga, hikes, trips, surfing classes and others, organized either by the coliving itself or on the fly by the ones staying there. Very dynamic and lively community. Great thanks to Selina and Christine as well for the organization and the positive attitude, making all this possible.

I stayed at Cactus Coliving as a Yoga Teacher and volunteer and I couldn't imagine a better place for remote working and holidays. Maria, her family and the other Colivers made me feel at home immediately and were very kind and it is a big plus to explore the best spots on the island with locals! The rooms, garden and surroundings are so cozy, clean and full of good vibes.. Teaching Yoga classes here was a real pleasure and did not feel like work at all (in other volunteering places people take advantage of you very often!). I enjoyed it a lot and still think about our cooking sessions and beautiful hikes. Will come back for sure one day! 😊

Amazing place and atmospere! I felt welcome and home from the very first day. This place has everything you need to do your work and enjoy the free time on Teneriffa. Excellent facilities and rooms to work. At the same time there are plenty of opportunities to meet people and the beautiful island.

A great place to work, meet people and enjoy your life. Maria has put so much effort into this place and it really shows, she's also Ben really active in organising great activities. I've been on hikes, boats and different islands in my time here. I'm really going to miss the impromptu singing and dancing with the housemates, I feel like I've made so lifelong friends here and I'd love to come back.

Cactus is such a nice and warm place to spend some time while working from Tenerife. It's a beautifull house with Terracotta walls that has everything you need; comfortable rooms and bathrooms, a big kitchen, a big living room with a big Netflix TV and a beautifull rooftop with daily yoga :-). To work there is a common workspace, a small room for calls and sufficient corners in and around the house where you can work quietly. But the best thing is the nice homy vibe in the house so it really feels like a family. Maria is a such a great and enthousiastic host and she will do everything to make you feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Cactus Coliving is a wonderful place, I felt at home immediately! The traditional house is cozy and spacious with a beautiful garden and a big rooftop terrasse where you can play ping-pong, take part in the daily yoga classes or enjoy the beautiful view. The owner Maria is such a friendly person and helps you with everything you need. It is the perfect place to work (the internet is great!) and to connect with other like-minded people. The community feels like living in a big family and the atmosphere is really special 🌵 You can reach supermarkets and bars/restaurants within walking distance and there are a lot of beautiful hikes nearby. Highly recommended! :)

Imagine laying on an hammock under an historical avocado tree, watching the full moon appearing behind a mountain in front of you, doing yoga with your co-livers and great teachers, shared dinners every week, and with an awesome host Maria ready to support, always with a smile - this is Cactus! A big family and the place to be, definitely recommended.

Cactus coliving and coworking is amazing ! The place is huge and well decorated, the rooms are very confortable and the house is surrounded by beautiful mountains. You will find everything you need to stay short or long term in this typical Canarian village : supermarkets and small shops are nearby and you have a full equipped kitchen to cook. The coworking place is great to concentrate and get all the work done. There are many outdoor spaces perfect to work, relax or chill with the other colivers. Maria, her family and her dog Bartolo are super kind and always ready to help you to get the most out of Tenerife. I recommend this place and will certainly come back.

Cactus Coliving & Coworing is not just a place to sleep, eat and work. It's a whole complete experience with yoga classes, hikes, ping-pong, wine cellar, among others! Not only that, but the cost benefit is one of the greatest I've ever come across in my entire life. Maria, the owner, is a lovely person and will always assist you on your needs and also recommend activities to do around Tenerife. Staying in the Coliving also allows you a great opportunity to meet amazing people with unusual life stories, living and working remotely. I wish I could give more than 5 stars review!

This is such a beautiful house in a lovely town in the south of Tenerife. Maria is an awesome host and she created a very special place. Spacious and cozy, with comfortable rooms, a nice big kitchen and cool sitting areas inside and outside. You can tell from the first moment that a lot of attention and love were given to create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Oh yeah and of course they have a lot of cacti, in the garden, in the house, everywhere. Love it. My stay was the perfect blend of high-focus-time, connecting with other people, sports, nature... Highly recommended, the coliving offers great value and I will definitely come back.

A lovely coliving in the middle of the beautiful island of Tenerife. María and her family are super welcoming. They'll make sure you're comfortable and you enjoy your stay. It's super easy to feel at home in this coliving. Here I've had a lot of fun, have been very productive, have met amazing people and have had great experiences. 100% recommended.
