Two years ago, someone suggested a quick morning walk for coffee and a croissant. Fast forward to today, and it has become one of Alpiness Coliving’s most beloved (and delicious) traditions: the Croissant Hike 🥐⛰️ Once a week or sometimes more, if the craving wins, we make the 40-minute uphill walk from the house to Les Collines. The reward? A great coffee, a buttery croissant, and views that make it all taste even better. In winter, we traded hiking shoes for snowshoes and cozied up inside after the climb. But now the terrace is open again, and we’re back in the lounge chairs, soaking up the sun with pastry in hand. Some habits are healthy. Some are delicious. Ours happens to be both. 😅 PS: Lucie @lucie.repond is back in the house and last year she managed to earn the local legend title on strava for this segment.
