I had a truly lovely stay at Biliq. This co-living is a little paradise on its own with its charming design and the lovely community. It is located in a quiet area that is shielded away from the main traffic while still being super central with everything in walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. With their two co-working spaces (one directly at the homestay and the other one simply 10 minutes by foot), it is very convenient. The stay also has a small shared kitchen equipped with all necessary tools for cooking. And if you don't feel like cooking, they have their own little Good Soil Cafe with a lovely menu and a super cozy atmosphere. Also, the staff is enormously kind and considerate. Especially Cindy helped me in so many regards and made my time at Biliq truly unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything, and I hope to see you again!

The access to two coworking spaces was a huge plus: one next door in the café, and the larger one just down the street. The bigger space is fantastic, especially for getting serious work done- great atmosphere and even call booths available.

Two issues that should be highlighted for potential guests
- the internet went out twice during my 5 day stay. Both during US workings hours (night time). It was fixed within two hours but the cell service in Bali is bad - would endanger calls
- At 8ish am there is some sort of drum class nearby that goes until 1030 am. It’s deafening. The other residents say it’s an every other day occurrence. I would say that’s a huge issue for long term stays. Also the room walls are very thin so you hear everything that happens nearby 👀

We've absolutely loved the place and will recommend to anyone who asks. We originally booked for 1 month and ended up extending for another full month. We have full intentions of returning to the Biliq whenever we go back to Bali again.
The location was perfect for us, away from the chaos of Seminyak but a few minutes on scooter and close to just about anything you might want/need.
Facilities were great, clean and the internet is fast and reliable. The room was big and cleaned often, the kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking some light meals, the co-working spaces work super well and there's one on-site open during the day and a 24 hours one close by.
The staff was lovely, always willing to help out and super responsive. Our air con stopped working once and within 2 hours there was a technician there to fix it.

An sich schöne Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattete Küche. Standort eigentlich auch gut. Allerdings ist hier von Ruhe nicht die Rede. Da sich ein Warung gegenüber befindet und Kinder den ganzen Tag vor der Hütte hängen und versuchen sich die Zeit zu vertreiben und gerne mal Partys dort gefeiert werden, ist eigentlich nie Ruhe. NIE! Mir wurde versichert dass es eine ruhige Unterkunft ist. Habe extra danach gefragt vor der Buchung. Nun kam eine Baustelle dazu, ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür. Auch hier nichtmal am Wochenende Pause. Wer Dauerstress auf Grund von Lärmbelästigung sucht, hat hier richtig. Das Team ist bemüht und freundlich aber bekommt es anscheinend nicht geregelt, den assozialen Menschen gegenüber mal eine Ansage zu machen. Mir wurde gesagt ab 10 ist in der Umgebung eine Sperrstunde. Von wegen. Hier ist ein Coliving und Coworking Space, da sollte eigentlich Ruhe herrschen da auch nachmittags und abends bzw immer gearbeitet wird. Schade. Wie gesagt eigentlich könnte es echt schön sein. Sorry für die Bewertung aber das sollte man wissen bevor man anreist. Habe mehrmals nach einem Zimmer unten gefragt die sind evtl etwas ruhiger aber da gibt es wohl auch keine Möglichkeit.

There is a shared kitchen next to the pool. 2 Co-working spaces, 1 is above the cafe and the other one 5 walking minutes away. It's a bit outside of Seminyak which I prefer as I would anyway recommend to rent a scooter and drive around and if you stay in the center you are just stuck in traffic, before reaching the main road. But AC was not working in our room.. they didn’t have ceiling fan also.. it was really difficult for us to stay without AC as the weather was also hot. Very helpful staff, rooms were suprisingly spacious and quiet. TVs have their own HDMI plug which is useful if bringing a laptop. Internet connection was fastest I've had in Indonesia and was similar to what I work with at home. Really enjoyed staying at this place! Cindy and all staff were super friendly and helpful. When I stayed for 2 weeks, we also got complimentary access to Biliq Coworking space, about 8 min walk down the road, which is super useful. The 3 resident dogs and 1 resident cat were sooo cute and friendly - I miss them!
Coliving space includes shared kitchen and pool, and individual rooms. Kitchen was well equipped but a microwave would have been nice. The cafe (Soil) nearby was very tasty but a little expensive for my budget.
Our room had smart tv, shelving, desk, safety box, and all other basic amenities. Room cleaning was 2x /week on Mondays and Thursdays. It was very bright and clean. AC worked well, though the bathroom is open-air for ventilation so it sometimes got hot. Only soap in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner. Overall happy with the rooms, but some suggestions: darker/thicker window shades and kettle in the room.
One thing to note: it was quite noisy because the walls are thin. I know this is not their fault, but sometimes it was hard to sleep at night if there were noisy guests, neighbors, or if there was ceremony in morning or if dogs were barking or roosters crowing. Thankfully, I had earbuds and that helped, but if you are light sleep, just consider this.

Beautiful place to stay, comfy and safe that's most important. Quite, surrounded by rice fields and small river also pet friendly, got parking for cars and motorbikes. Need repairs and maintenance here and there but still OK, host is quick response to all issues. We stayed 9 months starting Nov 1st 2021 and we got married on Nov 7th 2021 so this is our 1st home together ❤️
However so sad that it will close the door by Sept 2022. We hope there will be another Biliq Coliving Space in the future. ~ 301 ~

It is quite a new place. Was staying there while had a renovation at home. Rooms a very clean, bright and fresh. Fully equipped kitchen and cleaning two times per week really helped.
And big thanks to host Nanik who was helping us during our stay. We gave her a bit of a headache but she handled it perfectly and friendly:)

The wifi was very good and stable all the time that I was there. There is also a walking/running path very close by, and the guests that stay here can get access to the co-working space as well. Was so happy staying here, would highly recommend it. The room was more like an new studio apartment with all the amenities that you could need. A big fridge, gas hob and kitchen equipment to cook with, a sink, a big TV, nice bed, plenty of cupboard space. The room was so so much better than most of the hotels/homestays we have stayed at. It looks just like the photos on the website.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned very frequently. They were happy to arrange getting laundry done or helping to rent a scooter for us.
There's alot of nature just outside the place with beautiful rice fields over the road, with a walkway good for jogging or taking an evening/sunset walk.
There are sometimes people fishing in the river opposite and even some local happy cows just a few minutes up the road.
The other people we met staying at Biliq all said good things about the place. Some people even extended there stay after realising the gem of a place they had found.
The co-working facility, that they have which is a 7 minute walk away is also very good. It was never too busy and perfect place to go and do some work or make some Skype calls. Nice atmosphere there.
The prices of food and drinks were good.
When we booked, we were given 1 free person access to the co-working as part of the room which definelty added value. You can confirm this on the biliq website when your booking.
So, that's all you need to know. So don't hesitate, my advice, just book it :)

The room is spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen space means we can cook whenever we want, although of course we still get the occasional GoFood 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and quickly responded to our questions. Our room, aside from being newly renovated, was spacious and came with essentials we appreciated (kitchen items and utensils, a gas stovetop, small fridge, hair dryer). Only downside was that the hot water would quickly run out when we took showers, but maybe this would’ve been addressed had we asked about it. It’s so hot in Bali that we just dealt with it! The area itself is pretty quiet and peaceful. Just note that it is a bit removed from the main tourist streets in Seminyak, and is on the east side of Sunset Rd, but you can walk and be there in about 10 - 15 minutes, rent your own bike, or get a Grab. Having access to the coworking space was the reason we booked this place. We enjoyed working from there too as it was very close by (but be aware that booking this place only covers one person for free). We'd stay here again! Thanks Biliq!

This place may seem quiet at night but it is actually very safe as the police post is just down the road. Also it is so centrally located. It is value for money. The room is big and the staff is very friendly. They were very helpful in telling me where to go and what to do. I enjoyed myself very much!

A newly renovated place which have a very comfortable, clean environment, and friendly staffs. Suitable for you who seek a quiet area but still near the crowded area of Seminyak. There’s also a view of paddy fields nearby. Highly recommended place for a short or long stay in Bali. Thank you and I’ll definitely come back to stay here again next time.
