A run-down building and Management. If you have a choice, please avoid. I lived here for a few months for my work in Israel, Cockroaches in my kitchen and other units, rats in garbage area. Broken floor tiles, leaking showers, unsecure main doors, always issues with laundry machines, very poor room cleaning (stinks more after cleaning), my friends had theft problems, rusted appliances, and really bad bedding. If these guys were running this rental operation in North America, someone or I would have taken them to rental court. I consistently complained to building managers, they have this default WhatsApp number which you can complain but no one will respond back and if they did they will say they will take care of it and nothing gets done. It’s a nightmare and counting my days to be out of here.

Great place for breakfast! Everything is good. Have two small cappucino instad of a big one to get much better taste. Portion size is huge! I recommend sharing, especially the french toast with nutella. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Appartamento molto servito ed in una zona ottima di Tel Aviv. l'appartamento è costituito da due stanze da letto di cui una con un letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, uno spazio giorno con cucina e area salotto ed un bagno. Unica pecca che si trova al secondo piano e non c'è un ascensore. Inoltre il palazzo è un po' fatiscente come tutti i palazzi di quella area di centro città per me vanno bene le foglie di Tel Aviv
