Having stayed at Manas Coliving for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The coliving is placed in a perfect spot along the picturesque Atlantic coast in Portugal. The accommodations were spacious and impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The proximity to the beach and nearby surf schools was convenient, allowing for easy access to outdoor activities. Additionally, the well-equipped amenities, such as the BBQ grill in the backyard, sizable kitchen, coffee machine, and beamer for movie nights, added a nice touch to the overall experience. Overall, a highly recommended option for those seeking a tranquil retreat by the sea with all the necessary comforts provided.

Spent one fantastic month at Manas! Breathtaking view from the terrace. Amazing historical building freshly renovated by Inês. Fast Wifi. Surf spots nearby. Great place for groups travelling together and company retreats! Recommendation: bring your (rental) car to reach the best surf spots.

I spent a wonderful month at Manas coliving which felt a little bit like a little lifetime. The moment you enter the house you can feel that this place isn´t just another Airbnb but is a home with a soul. Felt like conquering the world with that fresh morning coffee and literally THE BEST VIEW IN TOWN from the terrace. Felt refreshed after that morning run around the harbor chasing seagulls. Felt very creative and focused in the coliving area with terrace view. Felt very much in peace while enjoying my after-surf-orange and humbled watching other surfers having the best time of their lives falling ;)... The house is very spacious, very well equipped, clean, comfy beds, hot shower, fast wifi and attracts very chilled and easygoing people. Sines is a hidden gem in high season as it's almost all year around 23 degrees. Get a car if you have the chance. Super safe area as a female solo traveller. Thank you, Ines, for being such a cool and kind kid!

The house was incredibly beautiful and functional, we enjoyed the place so much! We could walk to the main part of the village, drive to beautiful beaches not far from there. The view was breathtaking. Ines is so kind and helpful. Thank you for the stay, it was such a pleasure!

We were searching for a tranquil coliving and coworking experience in a serene region of Portugal, situated near surfing schools. Eventually, we stumbled upon Manas Coliving and spent a month there. We are already planning our future return as it exceeded our expectations. The combination of vintage and minimalistic aesthetics in the interior design created a visually pleasing and comfortable atmosphere. The spaciousness of the place was an additional advantage, enabling us to engage in activities like yoga with ease. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances, and to our delight, a good coffee machine was also provided. Moreover, the terrace offered magnificent views of the ocean. Even the room we booked had impressive views, making waking up in the morning an absolute pleasure. However, what truly made our coliving experience unforgettable was the incredible host, Ines. She was warm, friendly, and supportive, not only making us feel welcome but also sharing valuable tips and recommendations to help us make the most of our time there. All in all, Manas Coliving is a hidden gem for digital nomads and anyone seeking a relaxed and inspiring environment.

Tuve la suerte de pasar unos días con Inés. Despertarme con el sonido de las olas fue realmente increíble. La casa es gigante con espacios para trabajar y relajarte. Best co-living guest house and co-working space I have ever seen. The hosts are just amazing, incredibly friendly and accomodating. It is well positioned right next to the city's historical center, with ocean view and easy access to the beach. I had an excellent experience at Manas Coliving in Sines. The private rooms are well-decorated, and the shared spaces are great for relaxing (fireplace) and coworking. The atmosphere in the house is super laid back, and Inês, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. She welcomed me like an old friend and invited me to multiple dinners and wine bar drinks with her friends, as well as to go surfing together. The surf spots nearby (Sao Torpes) are fantastic. Sines is a lovely town with everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a place to work and relax/surf/enjoy yourself in Portugal, look no further!

The views are spectacular, the hosts are very nice people and surfing in the area is amazing. You’ll be hard pressed to find other living experiences that are so authentically Alentejo and international at the same time. The internet is definitely suitable for working and there are ample nice workspaces available to be productive. During your stay definitely try out the local restaurants (heavily seafood-based cuisine) and if you go surfing ask Inés about the “special wetsuit” to save some money compared to renting somewhere else.

Since COVID happened I have started to move from one place to another. Working remotely and making friends. On my way I have been lucky to find out this co-living/co-working. Since the first day I have felt like at home. Having the possibility to hang out with the owner Ines and her friends. Tasting wonderful portoguese cuisine. Surfing amazing waves. And having the possibility to work alongside cultural enriching people. I have stayed 1 week and it felt like we were friends since years. Definitely a must for people looking for co-living in Portugal:)

This was one of the best places I've every stayed at. The views to the ocean are so relaxing... It really makes the work day so much nicer. We were very lucky with the waves and got some great surfing with very few people in the water. The restaurants around are great and serve very healthy food, with local fish being the star dish. People at the coliving were really friendly. Finishing the day with a little beer by the terrace was priceless.
