We spent the last two weeks at Sundesk and we had the best time! All the staff are extremely helpful and so friendly. Working here is super comfortable and has everything you need. It’s close to everything you need in Taghazout so just the perfect stay. Also, if you’re looking for great food definitely stay here!!

We had a great experience at Sundesk in Taghazout. It’s a perfect place for remote work: well organized spaces, reliable internet, and a great atmosphere to stay productive. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from day one. Everything is very well organized, making it easy to balance work and relaxation. I had an amazing time at Sundesk and couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are really friendly, helpful and nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The co working space is really good with plenty of space to work during the day. The breakfasts are amazing in the morning and the lunches provided are very useful for saving time and working during the day. The community aspect of the co working space is the best part of the experience, you’ll easily meet plenty of like minded people you can hang out with after work :)

I only used the coworking space here and didn't stay overnight. It was a very pleasant experience. There are several places to work within the hostel, including an indoor area (quiet space) and several floors of the rooftop terrace with sunny or shady spots (you can even draw the curtains for sun protection), allowing you to create your ideal workspace. There's also a kitchenette where you can make tea and coffee, or even your own breakfast or lunch. You can also join us for lunch/dinner and make your own breakfast if you let us know the day before. I didn't do it myself due to overlapping meetings, but the food looked divine. It has a super nice, friendly atmosphere, and I highly recommend it!

SunDesk in a beautiful Place that brings people together. The rooms are simple but very clean and the common areas on the rooftop are beautiful. Wifi Connection is fast and stable. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitly come back.

I stayed for 3 months. Gambled going here for my first co-living experience ever. It paid off. Wonderful super helpful staff/hosts Malane, Niz, & Nadia could answer all and any questions. Perfect wifi for working. Wonderful crowd. Tranquil view over th town and sea served with a delicious healthy breakfast. 5 mins to the beach. I went out there nearing burmout. Returned healthy(!), fit and recharged. 100% recommend.

This is my 3rd time staying at SunDesk, and it continues to be one of my favorite coliving spaces in the world. 💙 The shared spaces are gorgeous - stunning terraces with ocean views. A lovely coworking space (with ergonomic desk chairs!) and super fast wifi. The community is great - a mix of digital nomads and remote workers of all ages. There are weekly events, free daily breakfast, and lots of opportunities to connect. It's located right in the center of Taghazout, and just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. You really can't beat this place. My only suggestion would be to book early! It fills up fast, and for good reason. 😊 Thanks again to the team at SunDesk for yet another great stay!

I was very happy with my stay at Sundesk and very impressed of how well everything is organised. Its the little things that really make you feel like home here, e.g. so many delicious home cooked meals like breakfast with homemade oat milk or Kefir, lunches, barbecues, a water filter so you always have drinking water without having to buy endless plastic bottles, that everything is so clean and well-maintained, great wifi, all the rooms have a friendly and individual touch and the hospitality of everyone who works here is outstanding. Also, I like that Magda (the owner) only hires local people and is really involved here in Morocco. And of course the terraces are amazing, with a great View.

We stayed at SunDesk for 10 days and loved it! We first stayed about 6 years ago and were excited to see that all these years on it is still a wonderful, friendly place and with the addition of some new room options. Magda the owner is great and so are the team who work there. Breakfasts are delicious and served on the terrace which has gorgeous views - they're communal and so it's a friendly, chatty environment. We stayed in a couple of different rooms to make our travel dates work. The double room was a good space and conveniently located underneath the office in the main building. We later moved to the Blue Studio and then to the Apartment. Both were gorgeous right on the seafront and with terraces overlooking the beach. The Apartment was really spacious with a big kitchen. WiFi brilliant in all the rooms. Office set up is good and we didn't find it too busy. However it's a quiet office and there is only one Skype room which you need to reserve in advance, so it is tricky if you have lots of calls for your job like we often do. The only problem - SunDesk gets booked out in advance! We would've loved to stay a whole month!

I stayed for two weeks at Sundesk coliving for the first time this month and I really enjoyed my stay here! Not every bedroom has a desk, so look out for that. I also would have liked a proper bedside table. Otherwise, my bedroom (at the top of building 2) was cosy and comfortable and secure, and there are plenty of good workspaces in the two buildings and strong reliable Wifi that never interrupted my work. I love the location of being short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and amenities in Taghazout. And such beautiful views of the village and coastline from the windows and rooftops! I liked having Magda and her hosts Manale and Nadia around physically every day - it gave a personal touch and made it easy to ask if I needed anything. They were always super helpful and friendly and provided a brilliant service! Not to mention, they've fostered a great community of colivers here, many of whom are returners, that I've had the pleasure to get to know and hang out with regularly. The hosts schedule regular mealtimes as a great opportunity to meet everyone and organically plan what we're doing for the week. Not to mention, the meals were very delicious, and what a convenient service to have to save from cooking as often. I’m glad to say that Sundesk really does live up to the hype. Awesome coliving you’ve created, Magda! I hope to be back soon! 😃 🙌🏾

Great views from terraces and work spaces. Rooms and working spaces comfortable in all ways, great WiFi, lockers, and notably clean as a whistle - the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Morocco! The vibe, priceless…the team there makes it and the other guests are all symbiotically falling into line with the atmosphere the team creates so it’s an incredible service orientation to guests, conscious of creating community and inclusive. SunDesk is the perfect coworking/coliving location. It's 2 mins walk into the centre and 5 to the beach. Amazing staff and amazing home-cooked meals for breakfast and lunch throughout the week. SunDesk has a great location and we enjoyed staying here as a couple. There's plenty of opportunity to do your own thing but also always someone there in the communal areas to socialize. What made this place feel like home to us, was the amazing service. There's breakfast every day (though it could definitely start an hour earlier for me personally) and on tuesdays they serve the best BBQ I've had since being there. They always make sure to have vegan/vegetarian options as well.

As the sun sets on games of beach soccer, the coastal town of Taghazout transforms into an evocative scene. Surfers catch the last wave of the day, their dark silhouettes dancing against the the setting sun. Fishermen huddle in gambling circles, loudly shouting as they smack down their cards, patiently awaiting their turn to venture out into the restless ocean. Behind them, boats are sent out one by one to ply their trade in the midnight blue sea. To sit on a SunDesk balcony and watch this play out every evening was a reminder that there is magic in this world. Etched on my mind. Beyond the spectacle is the soul of SunDesk—the people. This space is like a crossroads of the interesting and friendly. It seems SunDesk has an ability to attract mature, open-minded people who are there to enjoy the good times by the ocean, but are still serious and calmly ready to connect. The staff at SunDesk are the key to the incredibly positive and productive atmosphere I experienced. Their tireless dedication is evident in the buzzing hive of activity that SunDesk is. From the early morning breakfast to the evening, their efforts serve as the backbone of this thriving community. The breakfast will blow your mind off :)

A perfectly designed coliving/coworking space. The delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace, where you get to know each other, is a great way to start the day. Afterwards, you can work in the quiet office space or make relaxed calls from the covered terrace. The rooms are fantastic too! Everything is spotlessly clean and constantly being cleaned, the staff is incredibly attentive and takes care of everything, and there's a wonderfully relaxed vibe. I was more productive than at home and had a great, relaxing time there. I highly recommend it – which I'm already enthusiastically doing to my friends ;) Thank you, Sundesk!

Absolutely love this place! I've been a couple of times and hope to go back more often. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and always makes me feel like I'm coming home. The lunches and bbq's they host are great, but I think the communal breakfasts will always be my favourite. Not only because of the great food but also because it is a great, low key, way to meet your fellow colivers and make plans with them. The rooms are all unique and seem to be cleaned continuously.

My experience in Sundesk was amazing. I spent 2 weeks there, working (very good internet connection) but i wish I spent more time! All the staff is nice, special thanks to Manale and Nadia, great hosts that make the colivers feel at home! The room and bathrooms super clean. The breakfast moment is really nice: the terrace has an amazing view and it's the perfect moment to share time with the other colivers. Special mention to the food served: for breakfast there is a lot of variety and home made food and lunches are really tasty! I will be back for sure 😍

For me, it wasn't clear the values or intent of this coliving. I walked away feeling this is more of an elevated surf hostel with a coworking. My first week there I was informed their usual communal BBQs and lunches weren't available. I didn't know this when booking so it was disappointing to find this out upon arrival. This was the first example of lack of communication. Thankfully, BBQs and lunches did return eventually. Largely though, we were self-reliant to organize our own activities with some staff suggestions. In my opinion, part of the service of coliving is having a community manager who does that work for you so you can focus on your work. We did have daily breakfast but it's only 9-10am which doesn't allow for much flexibility. Many of the email communications I received before arriving provided incorrect or outdated information for example saying I could bill my taxi ride to my stay but when I arrived I was told to pay the driver directly in cash. There was also an incident when staff entered my room and removed an item without informing me before or after. This lack of communication and invasion of privacy left a very bad taste in my mouth. The owner was very understanding and apologetic which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, communication with staff still didn't improve. To SunDesk's credit, the owner is incredibly friendly along with their receptionist Habib and cook Khadija. For me to enjoy SunDesk as a coliving, I would want to see more efforts and a better framework to build community and facilitate meaningful connections.

Bad experience. The space itself is fine, the rooms are fine—although not as pictured—fairly clean and with a pleasant atmosphere, but the staff was subpar. I traveled as a couple, and unfortunately, we experienced the earthquake there a few weeks ago. The coliving staff showed no interest in us, nor did they care. They didn't add us to the group, didn't call us at any point to find out how we were or where we were, or to give us local recommendations due to the earthquake, and didn't care whether we were sleeping or not. They also didn't answer any of our calls or emails until the next morning. They didn't even care when they didn't see us again for the rest of the week. It's embarrassing when you're staying in a place that claims to be a community and you're experiencing an emergency. Honestly, it's better if nothing happens to you. Impossible to recommend.

A quality co-working hostel. Hi-speed internet, clean rooms with cleaning service, delicious breakfast, incredibly friendly and professional staff and great location. Sundesk has created a perfect space to allow one to work remotely - in a productive environment - while also cultivating a sense of community and adventure. Highly recommend, I’ll be back!

Had an amazing time at SunDesk! The people are amazing, friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed all the home-cooked meals. Rooms and common areas are super clean and cosy. I spent most of my working days on the rooftop terrace that had excellent internet connection. Location is super close to the beach and many restaurants. It is possible to do all kinds of sports, either with the equipment available at SunDesk or outside (running along the beach, surf, yoga etc.). All the people I met at SunDesk while I was staying there were kind and fun and we went out multiple times together or shared a meal on the terrace of SunDesk. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!

I’m torn about leaving a review. On the one hand I have to be truthful about how amazing Sundesk is. On the other, I don’t want to make it harder for me to book my next stays… The staff is the best, Manale and Zina are as helpful and competent hosts as they are friendly, it’s always a treat to hang out with them. The cleaning and cooking crew are top notch as well. Every inch of Sundesk is spotless clean. Now regarding the food, the communal breakfast here is just about the absolute best way to start a day. Homemade everything to your heart’s content, yogurt and oat milk, moroccan pancakes, crepes, cupcakes, deliciously addictive *amlou* to put on everything, granola and oats, fruit salad, omelettes, the list goes on. All is laid out on a big table on the terrace where every morning you can eat and connect with the rest of the guests, Manale and Zina, and if you are lucky, Magda as well. Then there’s lunch, every day a different traditional moroccan dish. Arguably the best food you can get in town. The co-working space is great. Fast reliable internet (best in town), comfortable and warm office space, dedicated meeting room, and of course the terrace if you have a chill and slow day. The rooms are perfect, although I have stayed only in the Single-Double rooms, they are big and spacious with a desk and chair if you feel like you need more privacy while working. On top of all this, it’s located in Taghazout, chill fishing village with great surf spots all around and for all levels. There are also yoga classes all over town, running trail along the beach, volleyball courts, skate parks, easy to book day trips to different places, loads to do aside from surfing.

SunDesk is so far the best coliving I’ve stayed at! And I stayed in many. This place is perfect for digital nomads, surfing lovers, and anyone who would like to experience slow life in the beautiful village of Taghazout. No need to worry about anything at SunDesk! The coworking space has everything one may need for work - proper desks, office chairs, extra monitors, and super-fast internet. There is plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are very cozy and nicely designed. The house is kept very clean, as the cleaning ladies come every day (they do a great job!). The view from the rooftop is spectacular - you can literally see the entire Taghazout, the ocean, and the mountains in the distance. Perfect spot for sunsets and sunrises :) Every day in the morning breakfast is served on the rooftop - delicious food, freshly made by talented cooking ladies <3 They even make their own granola and yogurt! Talking food: home-made lunches (often featuring typical Moroccan food) are prepared 4 times a week, and there is also BBQ every Tuesday. Absolute feast! Magda and the hosts (Manale and Zina) put a lot of effort to make this place feel like home. They are very welcoming, and friendly and try to help with every request that you might have. I loved every single minute of my stay at SunDesk. The house, the community, the atmosphere - everything was perfect and I cannot express how good I felt here. I left a little piece of my heart at SunDesk. Hopefully I’ll visit you again one day :) Thank you for everything! <3

Food is fantastic (breakfast, lunches, and weekly barbecues); the hospitality is incredible; the location is excellent; rooms are great, and most importantly the sense of community is so strong and people are so consistently lovely. Definitely one of my all time favourite spots.

Super good. Loved all days here. Great wifi, nice places to work, you can even book a private room if you have a more sensitive call and they also have big screens to use (amazing for designers). Close to everything in Taghazout.

I was very very impressed by this place! They clean the rooms daily, they make a large shared breakfast with fresh local produce (they make their own yogurt and almond milk 😱), all the hosts are nice and very helpful ❤️. Internet worked without any issues. They do have some extra screens for those that need them. BRING EARPLUGS! Otherwise you'll be woken up by the local mosque's morning prayer at 6am.

This was my second time staying at Sundesk and it surely won't be last the last one. Words will not suffice to capture the beauty of the place and the community built around it. The staff has been more than amazing and accommodating. A special mention goes to Manal for always going the extra mile to make sure that our needs are met. We got to meet Magdalena the founder on our last day who is an extraordinary person. Keep up the good work and see you again!!

I had a really great time at SunDesk Coworking and Coliving. Manale and Zineb are really great hosts and were very kind, helpful and patient with all my questions :P. The Breakfast (which is included) is a great way to connect with the other guests and is the foundation of creating a sense of community, even if you stay for a few weeks. There is a Lunch offering for 50 MAD (little less than 5€) and i highly recommend to take it, because it is the most local food you can get in town (and it's delicious)! The Coworking Space is well equipped (enough tables, comfy chairs, etc.) and the internet is fast. The after-work activities included: having dinner with other guests, going to the beach, surfing and watching a movie. On the Weekend you can go on trips to Marrakesh, Essaouira or Paradise Valley. So there is plenty of things to do. You will get added to a WhatsApp Group, where you can organize trips with other guests and get all relevant news from SunDesk. The Community is self-organized and taking the iniative is well-appreciated :) I had a great time at SunDesk and would recommend it anyone. You won't regret it ;)

Amazing - Can’t say enough good things about Sundesk. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, all the meals were delicious and the best ones I had while in Taghazout. Great co working space with super fast wifi. My room was incredible in Blue House 82- I stayed right on the beach, and the wifi there was even faster than the office. The people are awesome as well, so easy to meet others and surf, explore, play volleyball, do yoga, etc…this is the only place I would next time I’m here. Thanks Magda and staff!!

Magda and her entire Sundesk staff have created a world of productivity and happiness for all to share in celebration of community and personal / professional development. The seven weeks I spent at Sundesk were definitely one of the best experiences of my life both socially and personally. I will be returning again someday to make the most of the unique environment. Overall - Taghazouh is mystical, imperfect and full of character. Surfers, dogs, sun and a village mosque. Expect to meet many new friends and maybe a few to take with you on your world travels. Sundesk will always have a huge place in my heart. This is a wonderful place to work and to meet like minded, open and interesting people from all walks of life. The work spaces are ideal and are varied, there is always a space. The breakfast is a really special part of this place and I always started the day feeling physically and mentally nourished and inspired. The staff are just the greatest people, always there to support you and to make your experience as special as possible. Rooms are always super clean and are spacious and comfy, mine really felt like it was my own bedroom. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Sundesk for a transformative 6 weeks! Nell x

I stayed in this wonderful place for a month. I got a lot of work done: the coworking floor is awesome, there is supergood internet and even a skype room. Taghazout is a special place overall, and our hosts (Magda, Musta and the rest) and colivers at SunDesk made our stay unforgettable. Pictures on the Google Maps are accurate - the two terraces have the best-possible views, rooms are spacious and breakfast was delicious. There is a second house that is equally great, just a few steps from the main house. Will come back for sure.

This was a wonderful co-working space to work in. I spent a month here while working on my thesis. There was a great community feeling, decent facilities (for morocco), and very well managed. Only thing missing is more vegan food options!

I'm a very open person and I'm ashamed to admit I was very hesitant in trusting the Moroccan infrastructure with my livelihood, but Magda knocked it out of the park. The internet is faster than my home internet in Miami, Florida. The food is amazing, and the people (you may not get the same folks) were amazing! I'm going back to Taghazout and it will be at SunDesk. For sure.

Best co-living and co-working place I’ve stayed in. Perfect for spending a few weeks finally getting started on that book or just getting some work done in a friendly atmosphere with the breaks spent surfing, swimming or jogging barefoot on the beach. Best internet connection in town and Magda and the staff are extremely welcoming. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place to spend a few weeks! All the people who organize and work for Sundesk put a lot of care into the place. They make sure their guests have the best experience possible. The view is is fantastic. The beach nearby is endless, very fun for evening walks or a horse ride :) The office is comfortable and modern. I very highly recommend this place!

Great co-working space. Good internet, delicious/extensive communal breakfast, and clean rooms. And very friendly hosts! Recommended for digital nomads.

I really enjoyed my time here. Perfect location, great people, great vibe and Magda was a very cool and welcoming host. The terrace is awesome for working on, my room was comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing. If you're looking for a really productive yet fun work environment, this is it. If you surf then it really is perfect.

The forerunners in how to do relaxed, yet professional co-living, co-working. The calibre of professionals, travelling entrepreneurs, business people I met here was so high I am still reaping the rewards of such great connections. Magda, the founder, is a wealth of knowledge, easy going, fun and runs a fantastic operation that feels like a work home. The breakfast and lunches are some of the best Moroccan food I've eaten! And working from the terrace with one of the best views of Taghazout, is a sight I will remember and enjoy forever more! I can't wait to come back for more, as so many guests do, again and again, year after year.
