I extended my stay to 5 weeks. Such a lovely place!! The rooms are really comfy and a lovely location next to the harbour. The main thing for me with a colive is the community (otherwise I'd be in an Airbnb!) and that's something Laura excels at. We had a regular social planning session where you could all get involved with community activities and arrange trips out at the wkend. Very inclusive but also very relaxed too for those who just want to chill. Loved the sunset yoga on the beach! Thanks for making this such a great stay - I met some fantastic people ☺️

We stayed at Pitaya for four weeks. 🌋 The time was just amazing & I can only give five stars & tell everyone: go for it. This is the best way to experience Lanzarote in a likeminded community, a house with great location in Arrecife & to get inspired for your own nomad journey. There is yoga class on 5 days a week, family dinner, family breakfast & many more activities. I loved planning the week on the Monday evening meeting, because it brings you closer to the other colivers and makes you look forward to the week and weekend ahead. The best coffee is 5 minutes walking away at Antipøda. Lots of supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away. The only thing missing is an outdoor space as part of the Coliving but with the right people around & having the ocean so close by it’s not a big deal. My tips for you to maximize your experience: 🚗 Rent a car: there’s public transport but once you leave Arrecife it takes long and barely operates on weekends. Rent the car early to get a good price or ask Laura for a local rental. It’s the best way to see Lanzarote and go for an afternoon surf, even on a weekday. 🛏️ stay at least 3-4 weeks: it took me a week to find ‘my routine’ and get close enough to everyone. 4 weeks was perfect and I could’ve stayed longer. It gives enough time to see Lanzarote. 🐶 If you love dogs you have to plan a trip to Sara Protectora to help walk them. 💰 Bring cash from your home: most atms cost 2-5€ fee for withdrawals. While you can pay 95% by card (even buses) it’s good to bring some cash from home to avoid withdrawal fees. 🧡 Come with an open mindset & you’ll have the best time ever Thanks for everything Laura 🙏

A wonderful coliving and coworking experience at Pitaya ! Perfect location in Arrecife, fair price including community breakfast on Tuesdays, 3 yoga classes per week, great coffee, and amazing vibes. Laura created a quiet lovely little nest just near the water, at walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. The vibe at the coliving was amazing, the group super welcoming and we had a blast from day one. Their are bith single and double rooms, all very clean and comfy, the coworing in bright, well equiped with standing desks, screens, and a great wifi connection. Everything à nomad remote worker needs. The common life is super smooth, everyone was friendly, sharing and helping around. We did many activities and day trips , which Laura was always happy to help organising (hikes, car rentals, surf sessions, culinary experiences...) There are 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, well equiped, even with 2 coffee machines and a blender. Regarding exercise, there a yoga mais available, a nice and cheap gym nearby, and a calistenics parc 2 minutes away. I will come back anytime. Thank you Laura for the lovely experience ! 🙏

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hier! Die Apartments sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Coworking Bereich und die gesamte Unterkunft verfügen über sehr gutes Internet und es gibt sogar höhenverstellbare Schreibtische. Es wird einem leicht gemacht Anschluss zu finden und bei Fragen zu möglichen Ausflugszielen, Anbietern für Surfkurse oder einfach einem einen guten Restaurant oder Café war Laura immer ein super Ansprechpartner. Wenn man Lust hat, ist fast immer eine Aktivität geplant, an der man teilnehmen kann, wie z.B. die Yogakurse, die 3x pro Woche stattgefunden haben.

I had an incredible experience at Pitaya Coliving! The community is what really makes it special. I loved the people I met there, and the variety of activities, including yoga, made every day enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, right in front of “El Charco”, where you can easily find great restaurants and bars. Laura, the owner, is amazing. she’s incredibly supportive, friendly, and always available to help…. Nik, the House Manager, was also fantastic. he’s fun, approachable, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. As a digital nomad, I found it a perfect place to work; it’s quiet when you need it to be, and the internet connection is reliable. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a month at Pitaya, a co-living and co-working space in Arrecife, Lanzarote, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-organized everything was. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the picturesque El Charco, with fantastic restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to work or an inviting place to socialize, this place has it all. The facilities are top-notch, a spacious co-working space and a well-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a joy, and everything is kept spotlessly clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The free yoga sessions and family-style breakfasts were delightful bonuses that added a sense of community and well-being to my time there. However, the highlight of my experience was the incredible people I met during my stay. The atmosphere fostered genuine connections, and I left with new friends and memories I will cherish for a long time. In particular a big thank you to the house manager Katie, she did an exceptional job of welcoming me and ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. A huge compliment also to the founder Laura for doing such an excellent job creating this space. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and vibrant environment truly shines through in every aspect of the experience. I can’t wait to return and would recommend this space to anyone looking for a wonderful blend of work, relaxation, and community in Lanzarote!

And the spot in Arrecife is perfect, close to the beautiful harbour and lots of good restaurants and feels very local. I enjoyed the time in Pitaya a lot and had a good time with the people. Maria is running the place right now and takes care of all the affairs like a charm. Activities are planned together which is perfect for newbies to the island. The house is almost perfect. Kitchen is equipped perfectly, living and dining invite to hang around together. Sometimes the office was a little loud and there is no room/boxes for calls which can make it a little hard having many meetings.

There were some group activities organised during the week but enough space and time given to everyone to organise their time (jointly or alone) as one wished, which I really appreciated. I spent one month at Pitaya in March 2023 and I had a wonderful time there. The coliving is perfectly located, it's close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and it's a 10/15 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and the coworking area has all the necessary equipment to focus and work well, with standard and adjustable/standing desks. This has been my best coliving experience so far, because Laura is an exceptional host and she created an amazing community 💖. There are weekly events , yoga, community breakfast, family dinner, and there is a lot to explore in the island, so it's impossible to get bored. I recommend it 100% and I hope to come back!

We had an amazing experience staying in Laura's place. Pitaya Coliving is the first coliving on the island of Lanzarote. Laura, the host/owner, brings so much energy and passion into her space, and with that much dedication, it is not a surprise that everyone who stayed so far had an awesome experience. The main focus is on the community, but it's also centered around Lanzarote. Laura always encourages people to discover the island and is always ready to recommend you things to do. During our one-month stay, we met some wonderful people. The place has a coworking space fully equipped for people who are working remotely, with a gorgeous view. El barrio es tranquilo, pero tiene mucho ambiente y restaurantes con vistas al "charco". Laura lo cuida todo con mucho amor y está pendiente de cada detalle. Nos trató a todas como parte de su familia, nos enseñó lugares para tomar algo y paseamos mientras nos contaba su historia y cosas de la isla. It was a great choice to stay in Pitaya Coliving for my half vacation/half remote working week. I loved the location and the apartment itself. All the working facilities and the bed were very comfy. The wifi connection is so good that you will not have any excuses not to work. Also I enjoyed the yoga class that is offered by Pitaya Coliving and the breakfast and the dinner with Pitaya “Coliving-ers”. Laura, the host, is an incredible person who makes you feel really welcome, she has really good tips where to go, what to see and is creating an amazing community. I stayed in Pitaya Coliving (only 🥲) one month but wish I could have stayed longer. There are different rooms all facing on a small internal courtyard, one whole floor for the coworking space (with fans and AC) and two fully equipped kitchens. Laura is doing an amazing job ensuring everyone has a good time, and will do everything to accommodate any need. I can only recommend this place if you want to unwind and work from a beautiful island for some time. Will definitely go back at some point!

I had the best time at Pitaya Coliving :) Laura is the sweetest person on earth and she's always there for you in case you need anything. I just spent one week there but I stayed one more week in arrecife and she was the nicest letting me work from there sometimes and join the group, like I'm at home ❤️ There's one yoga session and one great breakfast included, which is the best opportunity to get to know everyone in case you haven't seen them before. The place is great, rooms are so nice, co-working is big and comfortable, and in just one minute you reach El charco with lots of restaurants and amazing vibes. Last but not least, people were amazing and I really felt like home, was so much fun I will come back, and I recommend everyone to try because the experience is great!

Laura is such an amazing person. She has made a Notion page with all the best shops/restaurants/things to do in Arrecife, and if you don’t find what you want you can always ask her when she is at the coworking. The place is at 10min feets from the beach, and you have a nice view of the ocean when you work. The Wifi is really good, I am a web developer and I had no internet problems. The Coliving is always clean, someone come to clean your room every week. The kitchen is big and very well equipped. Lanzarote is full of nice and kind people. I went for 2 weeks, but if I could I would extend for a month. Anyway, just come to Pitaya Coliving and you will not want to go back anymore !

Great Coliving! Everything was great since the begining. Pitaya is extremely centric within the island which allowed me to move around very easily. It's only a few steps from the pier where you have several restaurants with great food, and super close to supermarkets, stores, gyms, the cinema, and bus stops. The place is super nice, clean and very organized. It also has a very positive and calm vibe. The space itself really helped me feel at home. And Laura also went above and beyond with everything. I've stayed at a few co-livings around the world but this one is probably at the top of the list. The location is amazing, overlooking the beautiful Charco San Ginés, perfect for a scenic stroll with a view of the boats, in a big enough town that there is plenty to see and do but it feels super relaxed that there is no 'hustle and bustle' to deal with. The guests that were there when I was were all amazing it felt like a proper community. Laura the host is incredible, welcoming, and super helpful. She even planned events for us so it was easy to get stuck in right away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the co-working space had good WiFi and standing desks which is a major plus for me! This was my first visit to the newly opened Pitaya co-living but definitely not my last!
