I had a lovely time at the Green Room. They have a diverse selection of packages to choose from depending on your needs for working there. I chose the hot desk option and worked in a space where anyone can join. It is a quiet zone, so no loud calls. They had comfy chairs and big tables. Was the perfect space for a days work where i had to concentrate. It is clean, well run and right by the ocean, with tons of nice coffee shops surrounding it. If i have to work from Jeffreysbaai again I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved working from Green Room JBay! The reception was warm and welcoming, and the space is massive with a great variety of work areas! Free coffee was a bonus, and the vibe was perfect for getting things done. WiFi was solid overall - just a bit slow that one day eith upload speed which only affected a friend uploading youtube vid content. Otherwise, no issues with meetings or calls at all! W-priced, well-run, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone needing a great coworking space in JBay! :)

The co working space is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the space is always clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The space is divided into different sectors, there is a common area with the kitchen, many seating options and also a table tennis table. furthermore there is a quiet area with separate offices, meeting rooms that can easily be rented online and additionally there are separate zoom-call booths with good sound and light. The whole office is very artistically and elegantly decorated and you have a great view of the sea. I would come back anytime and recommend it to my friends.

The best coworking in the world! I have been travelling around the world and tried some different coworkings. Green room is so far the best because: 1. The staff:super nice, friendly, helpful and flexible. 2. Location: right in front of kitchen window's surf spot. You can check the waves from the balcony and jump in. 3. Facilities: good chair, desk, internet. They have place for your surf board, wet suit and a shower. They have good power generators so you never feel the loadshedding. 4. Community: they have off the lips sessions a local version of a TED talk. Its very interesting. Absolutely recommend it!

I don't even know where to start. Do glad Google suggested Green Room because I cannot imagine a better environment to work remotely. Firstly we were greeted by the friendliest staff who explained how Coworking functions and the different options we had. Then walking into "the office" to what at first appears to be a normal office space but FEELS so much different ! It's like working and being on holiday at the same time! Being able to pop in if only for a meeting you didn't expect to or needing a private space to work AND get bottomless coffee? #winning . Green Room brings work from home to a whole new level by providing a space you can use just to get away from the monotony of working from home but still allowing you to feel like you are not in a conventional office environment that we all could use a break from. 11/10 would recommend to anyone needing somewhere to work away from home even if you ate just passing through and need to answer some emails or attend a zoom call. see you soon !

I'm a web developer, and spent a week in J-Bay in September 2022, remote working and surfing. The Green Room Coworking space provided the ideal working environment for me to get work done when I needed it. It's spacious, clean and light, beautifully decorated and has a positive, vibrant and alive energy. There's a fun and open plan common area where there are opportunities to meet other like-minded people over a cup of free coffee and a game of foosbal or table tennis, plus an enticing view of the ocean in case you need to check surf conditions. The staff are attentive and helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. When I wanted to book a massage, Steffi at reception was able to recommend a masseuse about 30 seconds walk from the coworking space. All in all, it felt like a home away from home for me. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby for getting snacks, lunch or dinner, and close to all the surf brand shops in case you need to buy some clothing or surf related gear. Oh, and the office chair at my desk was super comfortable, which made working a pleasure for my back.

It feels more lax than any office space I've ever worked in, which eases stress, amplifying productivity. Though this may obviously vary from individual to individual. Incredible space! I have utilised many co-working spaces and this was by far my best experience. Wonderful, spacious environment, great views and meticulous attention to detail. Mike and team made an effort to make me feel welcome and introduce me to others, even though I was only there for a few days. I travel to Jbay often but will be spending increasingly more time there this year simply due to the fact I have a viable work space. Been working out of a private office at The Green Room for the last week. Its been an awesome experience, with shops, food and surfing all around you. WiFi is good and the people are friendly. The offices could do with a bit more decor to match the spirit of the village, but other than that its a great effort and a cool location.

What a find, now another excuse to visit J Bay. This work space is as good as any I have visited with fast reliable ISP, private rooms if required, coffee on tap, ocean views to keep and eye on the swell and perfectly located in the village a stones throw away from Supers if you do need to actually get anything done - ocean views allow you to keep an eye on swell and wind whilst you work. Highly recommended, ask for Michael and John and they will sort you out. I will definitely be back.
