I stayed at the Vivenda for almost a month, that being my first time in a co-living space. There are not enough words to convey the magic and preciousness of this experience. Liam and Chico are beyond kind, generous, and each extraordinarily talented humans! The people I connected with during my stay truly felt like a family. Deep talks at the bonfire, communal gardening and cooking, spontaneous adventures and hikes. The farm taught me a lot in this short time. Chico’s passion and love for the Mother Earth is beyond inspiring. I feel my body and my heart nourished and softened after this stay. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who wishes to be part of a community, to be of service, share, connect and rediscover our inherent connection with Mother Nature. wow!!! Don't have the words to describe this place other than that is it a little piece of heaven on earth!!! Liam and Chico are such sweet hosts. They are so welcoming, laid back, and kind people who make you feel right at home in their space. The house itself is absolutely stunning with a rustic / farm chic / bohemian vibe where the sunlight steams through the upstairs and makes the whole place look like it's covered in honey. The garden is beautiful and Chico will take the time to tell you all about his work and compost if that is something you are interested in. It was very quiet when I was here as I was the only guest at the time and it was such a relaxing and reflective escape that came at the perfect time for me. I hope I can come back and learn more about permaculture and experience more of the community feel when the house is packed with more people. Overall, it is a relaxing place where you wake up to the birds, the sun, and you can catch a ride to the amazing Magoito beach!!! Come here for relaxation, to connect with nature, and enjoy the garden, the cats, and get a taste of Portuguese culture !!

We stayed at Vivenda Felicidade for five weeks and it was honestly one of the most memorable and enriching places we have ever stayed. It is rare to find somewhere with such a special atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, inspiring, and full of warmth. The accommodation was fantastic: beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together, with everything needed to feel at home for a longer stay. The cats Meeko and Gala looked after us very well too! There is such a lovely energy there, with great people, beautiful surroundings, and an overall sense of calm and connection that made every day feel restorative. We learned so much about about permaculture and sustainable living from Chico and Liam. Being there gave us a real insight into the philosophy and practice behind it all. Some amazing beaches are just down the road and Chico is an absolute shredder on the waves! Can't wait to come back!

Incredible place to co-live in Portugal ⭐️ Chico, Liam and the cats are really what makes this place so special - they instantly made us feel at home and shared so much of their personalities, stories and skills with us. Together with the curious and open-minded guests they seem to attract, this really feels like a little community that we were lucky to be part of for a while. People love to socialize, share meals and surf sessions, while it’s also always fine to do your own thing or work (like most people had to during the week). The house and its beautiful permaculture garden have its very own cozy charm. There is everything you might need - a well-equipped kitchen, a co-working space, an outside workout area and a cute attic for yoga sessions or a quiet moment. Location is fantastic as well. You can reach a surfable beach in just 5 mins and Sintra, Ericeira, and even Lisbon are just a short car ride away as well. Can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home on the Portuguese coast for a while!
