We just wrapped our MVST offsite in Gran Canaria! We had workshops, aligned on our goals for the second half of the year. But what stayed with the team the most weren’t the strategy sessions. It was the dinners that went too long. The padel matches that got too competitive. The hikes where the best conversations happened. And meeting all the passionate people that joined our Team so far in 2026. Seeing the whole team together in one place is always a reminder of how far as a company we’ve come and how much has changed since since 2019! This week reminded us why none of this works without the people in it. Thank you team!

I've been living for moments like these lately: salty air, deep conversations, warm sunsets, random walks, staring at the ocean, tears of joy, less overthinking and all the tiny memories that end up meaning the most. Gran Canaria is the place where I had this. I am sure this is not the only place in the world, but this one has a special place in my heart. To me, being a Community Manager in a coliving is more than organising events. It’s about sensing the rhythm of a group. Creating the first bridge between strangers, noticing different needs. Making space for energy, rest, conversation, silence and belonging. Because people can live in the same place and still remain separate. Community happens in the smallest moments: maybe it's a shared meal, a spotanenous walk to the ocean, a question asked at the right time etc. To me, being a Community Manager means holding the space where human beings can find each other. And I’m happy to have this role from June 16 to July 21, at El Cabo, an amazing coliving in Puerto de Las Nieves, Gran Canaria. Somewhere between ocean swims, shared dinners, and late-night conversations, I’ll be helping turn strangers into a little temporary family. I’m going back to Gran Canaria and all I can think of is… the ocean, the island vibe, the events, the people I’m about to meet and the community I get to build there. And also, the version of me from last December, who was too scared to believe this could actually happen. Back then, it felt impossible. There were so many doubts, fears and voices around me making it feel like this kind of opportunity was too far, too big. And now, somehow, it feels natural. I’m going back to do what I love most: build communities, create meaningful experiences and bring people together in places that feel alive. I’m returning as a Community Manager, to a role that reminded me how much I love creating connection, holding space and making people feel part of something. 🤍 I’m so grateful to @repeopleco and @nomadicoliving for trusting me, believing in me and giving me the chance to be part of this.
