Personally, this is my favorite workspace so far. The first two months went by very fast. Besides the beautiful view, there are other things worth mentioning that make this a fantastic workplace. The community has nice, diverse people who also like to be social. The view is amazing, and the workspaces are ideal. Whether you need focus or have a call, there is a good spot for every type of worker. I prefer working in the quiet room with AC and use the phone booths often, or I have my meetings outside near the rice field. The staff is proactive, very friendly, and helps you quickly. I look forward to the next months!

Simply the best coworking space in Hoi An.

It is a nice coworking space but if you are there in a wrong season when farmers are spraying surrounding rice fields with tons of pesticides, I think is not the healthiest environment.

I recently had a working experience at Hub Hoi An Coworking and found it quite good. The space is airy and has lots of greenery, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the internet connection is sometimes unstable and needs improvement. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The prices are reasonable compared to the general average. Overall, it's an ideal place if you need a flexible and close-knit workspace.

This place is simply incredible! We had to cancel our visit due to the floods and returned to France. Throughout the booking and cancellation process, I was in contact with Phoebe. A package was supposed to arrive at the property, but since I canceled my trip, Phoebe did everything she could to have it sent to me in France. In addition, the package was marked as lost, and she helped me track it down. So thank you to all the staff, and especially to Phoebe, who helped me throughout the entire process even though we had to cancel our reservation. When we return to Vietnam, we will definitely stay at this place again. Thank you all! 🙏🫶

Hub set the tone for my whole experience in Hoi An. I was solo traveling, just wanting to be around likeminded people and also get productive work sessions in, n Hub was exactly what I needed. It goes way beyond a coworking space. They host regular events that bring everyone together, which makes it so easy to make friends and feel at home even when you just arrived. The staff is amazing, especially Linh, she helped me so much and always made me feel welcome. And the view… exactly what you see in the pictures. Water buffalo and ducks hanging out right in front of you every day, cute! Loved everything here. If I ever come back to Hoi An, it’s definitely because of Hub. Thanks!

One of the best co-working spots we've ever had the fortune of working from, my partner and I loved it so much we're planning to return in a few months after our honeymoon! Especially loved the ice baths 3 times a week. Sitting in an ice bath, under the hot sun, looking out over the rice fields was such a delight! Beautiful views over rice paddies and distant mountains, (much better than is possible to capture in photos), stunning sunsets. Warm, friendly vibe with tonnes of events going on, though we were too busy with work to make the most of the social aspect. Always someone around to chat to in the lounge, yet dedicated quiet and AC spaces where it's easy to focus and work 24/7 without interruption. Lots of people around working, even really late at night. Loads of thoughtful touches, free coffee, free big fluffy towels for showers and ice baths, foot cushions under many desks, a variety of good chairs (including plenty without arm rests - a win for those of us who have POTS/ can only sit cross-legged!)... it really feels like everything has been thought of and a lot of care has been taken to make it a great experience for members. We can't wait to come back!

I have been working here for three months, and I can truly recommend it. The staff were always very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially Linh, Lam, Abby, and Phương. The internet is strong and stable, and it even keeps working if the electricity goes out (they have a backup generator for such cases).

A nice co working spot next to the rice fields. It has two rooms for flexibility which are air-conditioned but the silent room often gets hot and they keep opening the doors again and again. The cafe has delicious food and smoothies and free coffee when working. The staff are friendly. The co-living is not really co-living but a rented hotel. So FALSE ADVERTISING. Nothing special and the room rent is $860 which is Outrageous. I found that I could have rented a 3 bedroom villa with a pool for the same price. It is 15 mins walk to the coworking space but if you need to go the room real quick, there is a lot of time wasted. I DO NOT recommend it or visit in person before booking online. Community is nice, but depends on the people at that time. The staff do talk about the events in family meetings, but the guests need to plan everything which just adds pressure while I paid for the membership and should have things planned for the members. I wanted to pay by the credit card, but was not given the option. Was happy to pay for the fees but instead was asked pay to one of the various bank accounts around the world.

Amazing co-working space! Beautiful and comfortable, with great chairs and tables. The staff is kind, and the people here are really nice. I’ve been here for two weeks and I love it!

This has got to be the single best coworking space I have found in SE Asia. It strikes a rare balance between productive work spaces and social activities, and there is a thriving community and well-organised events calendar. The quiet room is perfect to get your head down and work hard. The selection of chairs is as good as it gets, and you can hire monitors as well. The outside spaces are great too. Lots of fans and comfy chairs, people to talk to, and wonderful views out over the rice paddies. The staff are friendly and super-helpful. The selection of in-house food and drinks means that you keep going without hunting for restaurants (and the Grab drivers know the place well if you want to order in a bit of variety). I will say this - you should try the Choco Cloud smoothie bowl at least once! If you are planning to come to Hoi An or Da Nang, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. I came once, and I've been back three times since!

I stayed in extra day in Hoi An and needed a quiet space to take calls with clients. I found Hub Hoi An online and reached out to see if I could come in for a day. The entire experience was seamless, with Phoebe helping me via email to get my 1 day pass and a room booked for calls. When I arrived, they did a lovely intro to the space and showed me how to order food from my phone. Since I missed lunch, I could still order from the a la carte menu - they had a good mix of brunch foods, salads, bowls, and drinks. The views are also fantastic. Absolutely breathtaking, and almost make you want to not work! I managed to hang out in the hammock between calls, which was super wholesome and recharging. They even had a mafia night for whoever was in the building, and although I couldn’t attend, everyone seemed super open and welcoming. Best of all, they are open 24/7 so it was ok for me to take calls until late at night, since I work UK hours. Would definitely recommend visiting if you need a space to work for the day and even considered moving to Hoi A for a few months precisely so I could enjoy this space for longer :) Huge thanks to Phoebe, Abby and the team for all their love, openness, and hospitality!!

Definitely one of the best coworking places you will find. Incredible, serene views, awesome work spaces, tons of events, a great community and above all the fantastic ladies who run it and are so friendly, caring and efficient.

I went today to the hub for the first time for a meeting. I was very impressed on how professional, it is. It feels very modern, relaxed with all the amenities you need. I met very interesting people and can imagine to work from there.

Great place and super helpful staff. Only complaint is that most of the chairs/tables in the “loud” room are either broken or close to being broken, as well as the extension cords are sparkling every time you plug something in, kind of a safety issue. Apart from that a special thanks to Phuong, Abby, Lam and Huong (sorry if I misspelled). Ice baths is a huge benefit during hot days as well!

Everything is beautiful and interesting, BUT! A single visit costs $11, monitor rental is another $4, drinks are $4-5, and so is food. Are we going to Vietnam to live at New York prices? Absolutely not.

I love this place so much that it's a problem. I didn't want to come to Vietnam and more specifically, to Hub (which I've been hearing about for years), because I was afraid I would like it too much and not want to leave. And guess what? That's exactly what happened! The community is too friendly, the idyllic rice field setting is too beautiful, and the internet is too fast. I'm leaving with sadness, but will be back for a longer stint next time!

The best coworking space I’ve ever been to! The environment is incredibly pleasant, with stunning views from every corner. There are four phone booths, a quiet room, a designated space for calls, and even outdoor work areas—offering the perfect setup for any work style. What really sets this place apart is the effort they’ve put into building a strong community. They organize plenty of activities, but participation always feels natural and optional. The cozy ‘living room’ area makes it easy to connect with like-minded people, creating a great balance between productivity and social interaction. As for the coliving, I wouldn’t recommend it at this stage, though I know they’re actively working on improvements. The concept has a lot of potential, and I’m excited to see how it evolves. We’ll definitely be back—thank you for an amazing experience!

Be aware of the co-living! I booked the co-working + co-living for a month because the pictures on the co-living website looked great. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. I had to move out early because I got sick due to the accommodation conditions—multiple mold issues, as well as cleaning and maintenance problems. I was refunded for the nights I didn’t stay, but I had to follow up multiple times to get it. The staff is lovely and tries to go above and beyond to solve the issues, but upper management doesn’t seem to do anything about it. The co-working space and community are great—a very social place. You’ll definitely make friends and have a good time.

The co-working itself is good (my rating reflects that): it has incredible views and two different air-conditioned rooms, as well as an active community. However, I need to warn anyone who is considering staying at the Hub Hoi An Co-Living. The villa has a serious mold and damp problem, which gave me breathing issues within five days (no preexisting asthma); later, I found out the couple before me had found mold growing on their camera lens and clothes after 2 days in the same room. Unfortunately, the mold is painted over, and not properly dealt with, and they keep booking people into the problem rooms. In addition to this, despite booking my stay several months in advance, I was double booked. They arranged a new schedule for me that included three room changes and a dorm room. I’d already paid for my stay, so I agreed. Instead, when I arrived, they had forgotten about me (despite sending a driver to pick me up from the airport). I arrived late in the evening and they did arrange and pay for a hotel stay for that night, but the hassle was a lot. I later found out the double booking is an ongoing problem; several other guests had the same happen, and I found a distressed couple at the villa 3 days later who booked through Airbnb and had arrived to find they didn’t have a room. I fail to see how this is a ‘system error’. The villa is advertised as having free bicycles and a swimming pool. However, the villa’s ongoing fly infestation (very disruptive in the evenings) meant that the pool was layered in dead flies and unusable. Most of the bicycles were broken - although to Linh’s benefit, she did quickly provide new ones when I mentioned it. I do believe that Linh is doing her best in managing the villa. She assured me she is going to try and make positive changes in the future. I really hope they do because the current situation is putting residents’ health at risk and is not productive or ideal for remote workers at all.

I loved the quiet room and the open rice fields nearby. I loved walking in the open space of the rice fields, and it was easy to focus here. I get the impression that it's a nice social place to stay, and people are friendly to chat with. I wish I had more time to verify that! The breakfast was very healthy and also delicious - you can see the attached photo.

Spent a good few months here, and it was a dream place to work from, overlooking the rice fields. Split into two main rooms, there is a "silent" zone and a room where more calls can take place, alongside new call booths. Its a great place if you like nature, always lots of cows, buffalo, ducks, and even dogs roaming about :) All the staff are great, so its hard for me to highlight a particular member of staff, but for me **Linh** was exceptional, and is the one who keeps the place running well, she responds quick on whatsapp, gets involved with a lot of meals/events (such as pickleball, and meals to nu eatery, com linh to name a few) and is so crucial to the team as she is Vietnamese and can negotiate prices, change bookings, and well....she just seems to know everyone :D Phuong deserves a lot of credit also as she prepares all the food and drink!

If you combine a productive work environment, with homemade food, stunning views, lovely staff, fun activities and a vibrant community; Hub Hoi An is the result 😊

Highlights are: - a great, peaceful location overlooking beautiful rice fields. - truly superb staff. They all love being there and they make it a vibrant atmosphere. - great food options, always freshly prepared. - a social and lively community with many (optional) events every week, like dinners, sports, and sightseeing trips. - great facilities. What more do you need at a co-working space? Spent a month in Hoi An and I feel lucky to have chosen Hub Hoi An as my workplace. This place is like heaven, surrounded by lush green rice fields(they were at the peak when I visited) and offering you such a great community of digital nomads to interact with. The activities that the team puts up along with member inputs are an added value to the membership. Loved participating in the men’s circle, the regular ice baths, and the impromptu karaoke sessions 😅 Special mention to the amazing team that works so hard to make all of this possible. They definitely made me feel at home and made sure that I could give my 100% at work while they took care of everything else. Lam made sure the onboarding was super smooth, Phuong did her magic with all the delicious food and amazing coffees, and the leader of the team - Linh, what do I say about her dedication towards work and making sure that every member gets what they’re looking for even if she has to go above and beyond her responsibilities. I've been to over 10 coworking spaces around the world, and Hub HoiAn is the best—my absolute favorite! I stayed there for 2 months, and the view of the rice fields from the quiet office is unbeatable. It's stunningly beautiful throughout the different seasons. All the staff are super nice, friendly, and helpful—we even became friends! I can't wait to go back soon. They organize events every day, like ice baths, sunset drinks, karaoke, and more. LOVE IT HERE! This is a fab place to not only come and work, but also for the community. The food and drinks are delicious, views are beautiful, and the team are just lovely. There's a lovely outdoor deck area, communal dining area, 2 large air conditioned rooms (1 silent). The internet is super fast, and it's just 5 minutes away from Hoi An. I've been using The Hub for around 6 months now, and would recommend it to anyone!

I was there today for the first time and it was a very pleasant experience. I used one of the phone boots, and that was really good also. Really soundproof and good Aircon. The staff was realy nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Truly a stunning place to work, all the facilities you’d expect of a coworking (quiet room, call rooms, outdoor spaces to work, communal area), as well as some delightful extras such as their tasty smoothie bowls and expertly made beverages; but most importantly what really makes the Hub shine is the way they foster a real sense of community amongst those who work there, encouraging people to share their esoteric hobbies / interests with the group. Most days there are a variety of community activities put on by either the crew working there, or by other members. I cannot recommend this coworking highly enough if you find yourself in Hoi An. It’s such a unique place which seems to attract great people with great vibes. I can’t wait to visit here again when I’m back in Vietnam

It's the second time we've been to the Hub, and it's very cool. The community is wonderful. We've made many friends that we'll keep for life! The events they hold are nice, and noise is always respected in the workrooms. Additionally, the workroom is very comfortable, and you can even watch the sunset in the middle of the rice fields. As an introvert, I'm not always drawn to group activities, but the exceptional warmth and inclusivity of this place can be credited largely to the outstanding efforts of the community manager. Interactions with people from around the world, whether by the coffee station, during board games, lunch, or even boat karaoke, have made this place truly remarkable. Yes, it is a stunning place to work from, but the beauty of the rice field would feel shallow without the nurturing environment fostered by the community manager and fellow co-workers.

Shelley and the team here have been absolutely amazing in establishing a family/community vibe. The place boosts great views too which a definitely an added bonus to it all. 10 stars if I could. 🙏

I didn't enjoy the service and staff working there. The manager treats members like a grumpy mom. The staff is only there until 3pm. When you loose personal things there you won't get it back! The staff says they found it and they don't return it to you. It's not well organized at all. The schedules won't be in the group chat, you're not allowed to chat there since the manager gets annoyed (that's the function of a community chat, to discuss stuff). The open area is always with people that smoke which is so annoying. The chairs are horrible and broke. No one cares. The wifi is the worst ever, they cut it off to fix it for weeks. No call rooms since over a month of my stay. Pricey. Many mosquitos. The vibe is the tribe but not the people working there unfortunately. Prefer a nice café in my opinion.

Amazing space, amazing people - Shelley and Dung are absolutely top tier and will make your stay amazing. I stayed for a few weeks, easily could have stayed for a few months. Phenomenal.

The coworking was the best I have seen. I worked there for 5 weeks. It's right next to the rice fields with beautiful sunsets and gorgeous open views. The place has 2 rooms to work from one of which is silent room. There are some places to work outside as well. The living room is so nice to hang out and socialise, enjoy meals etc. The coworking place is open for 24hours which is great if you want to start early or stay all night and work. Amazing little detail. Other than the place itself, I think what makes this place special is the community and it's people. I met so many inspiring, friendly, kind people I am hoping to cross path one day again. Also, it's worth noting about the social events they organise where everyone can suggest an event and if enough people are interested, it can be scheduled. So it's calendar is shaped by it's members, which is great. Overall, I had a great time there and I am so happy that this place exists. I will surely go back.

Gorgeous coworking space and amazing community! I colived at Hub Hoi An for 2 weeks which came with free access to the coworking space. The coworking space is located in the middle of a rice paddy field with beautiful views of greenery, ducks swimming by, and water buffaloes. Loved that there is a silent room, call room, and plenty of open spaces for you to focus and take calls if you need. There’s also free Vietnamese coffee and tea in the pantry as well. The coworking space also hosts social events from dinners to sharing sessions and ice baths so you’ll have no issues making friends from the get go. I’ll definitely be back if I’m looking to work remotely in Vietnam! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the coliving as the living conditions weren’t that ideal. The room was very dated and there were some issues with the water, which the team fixed in a few days. For the same price, I’m sure you can find better elsewhere. If you get the room with the bathtub, you have to squat down to shower or the water would splash everywhere. I love the idea of coliving but this place definitely needs further refurbishing. Don’t get me wrong though, I had a great time here overall and would love to give a shoutout to the sweetest staff at Hub Hoi An! Thank you Phoebe, Dung, Chloe, Shelley, and the cleaning lady at the coliving (I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she’s so nice!!!) for going the extra mile to help the members, giving us local recommendations, hanging with us outside of your work hours, and all the fun memories together. @ management, please do all you can to retain this team of amazing humans because Hub Hoi An wouldn’t be the same without them. ♥️

To be honest, I haven't done much research. All I originally needed was a place where I could work for two weeks in HoiAn. Conveniently, the hub also offers coliving, which was a perfect fit. I now know that even if I had had expectations, they would have been far exceeded! I don't think I'll work in a better office again: The staff is super helpful, organizes lots of events and activities, and the in-house coffee & lunch service is the best! The view of the green rice fields, the daily duck parade and the different areas from silent to talking room, lunch area and lounge offer everything you need for a perfect working environment. The opportunity to meet new people and exchange ideas rounds off the offer. I really hope that I haven't been there for the last time. Keep up the great work!

I was a member for 5 months and had the most amazing time here. The community in high season (March-May) was amazing. We went on weekend trips to waterfalls and temples, and even went to a music festival with a fun group. I've met some beautiful souls and already made plans to reunite with some of them. What makes the Hub unique is the overly attentive and caring staff. Special shout out to Julie, she went far and beyond to answer many of my questions and make me feel at home. Without the staff and the community building efforts, the Hub would be just another co-working. I hope the focus on community remains a high priority.

I had the pleasure to be one of the first guests at the new site of Hub Hoi An. As this was a soft opening of course not everything was ready right away. This, however, gave me an opportunity to experience how the owner Florian, the manager Julie and all the other staff worked tirelessly to fix everything and to find quick solutions for any problems. The Hub is clearly not just a business to them but a work of love and idealism. As Florian told me, all technical aspects of the Hub like the acoustic of the buildings, the necessity to provide shade at certain times and in certain areas, the ventilation of the glass buildings were carefully planned and simulated during the construction process. This is highly noticeable as the environment was really comfortable at (almost) all times. And the one time it wasn´t, Flo and his team immediately set up electric heaters to keep us from freezing in the most unusual coldness we had for one or two days in Hoi An (I saw people in full winter gear!!!). The site itself is amazing. It offers world-class views across the rice fields and the sunsets there are simply to die for. There are two glass buildings overlooking the rice fields, two spacy outside areas, a kitchen and the toilet even has a shower (for people coming from the beach which is nearby). The office furniture is comfortable and functional and there are sofas, armchairs and hammock-style seats for relaxation. The Hub also has a nice collection of board games (including Terraforming Mars!!!) and an espresso machine that makes the most delicious coffee. The community I experienced there was also great. This was to some extent due to the weekly held “Family Meetings” where among other things members were encouraged to plan and organize events. Thus, we always had a plethora of activities to choose from. Those included pub quizzes, board game nights, motorbike trips to the ancient temples of My Son or to Da Nang as well as creative writing exercises, Wim Hoff breathing and ice bathing and regular group lunches, dinners and drinks and so on. All in all, I enjoyed my time at Hub Hoi An very much and I can´t wait to return!

Hub Hoi An is most definitely one of my top favorite coworking spaces! It has much to offer on top of a space to work from and all the equipments you'll need; it is a hub in every definition! I had originally planned to spend 2 weeks in Hoi An, but upon coming across Hub Hoi An and its amazing community I ended up extending my stay to 2 months (and only had to leave due to visa restrictions). Located right on the edge of Hoi An city, Hub Hoi An is exactly where you want it to be, away from the traffic and busy streets yet just a short distance from all the attractions Hoi An has to offer. Beaches, rice fields, hiking, trekking, and going on long adventures on bicycles... I have made great memories with this community of location independent members and thrill seekers! The Hub offers the best internet connection in town, the space, atmosphere and staff make it easy to be 110% productive. My favorite spot is the standing desk in the 360˚ garden view GLASS HOUSE, I could easily spend countless hours working without feeling depleted or tired (I am sure the organic and healthy lunches offered by the William and Trieu, the resident French and Vietnamese chefs, played a big role :D ). The space also plays an important role in helping local businesses by providing weekly talks on a variety of topics to help them optimize and grow their operations. Monitors, keyboards, cables, extensions.. whatever accessory you need is available. Thank you Sarah and the amazing Hub staff for a memorable and productive stay!

First off the location is beautiful with the co-working space being located right in front of a beautiful view of the Hoi An landscape and rice fields. There is plenty of working space in the Hub with outlets and extension cords always available. They have both seating desks and standing desks available. They have designated quite rooms and also common hangout spaces. The hub also puts together daily community lunches and events for the members which are awesome opportunities to connect with other members of the space. Lastly they have available food and drinks so you never need to leave your work zone for nourishment. Having an office to go to really helps with my discipline on the road AND the social scene is great which rounds out a balanced experience. Sarah, the owner, and Chau, the community/space manager, along with their team, take excellent care of their members and guests. Space is limited, so it's recommended to inquire or reserve in advance if you're planning a visit during peak season. The location is away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the old town, allowing you to focus on your work. The community is international and professionally diverse. It's easy to meet interesting people, and numerous community events offer opportunities for networking! We're thrilled! 👍

To simplify things a bit for me, I'll divide my assessment into factual and personal: Personal: Yes, it was my first coworking space, but I can already say (I've seen a few others since then) that Hub Hoi An is the benchmark for me. From the great location with a rice field view, the extremely friendly staff, the superb decor and the delicious coffee, to the community, the 1.5 months were an extremely enjoyable, productive, and emotional experience for us. We came as visitors and left as family members. Christmas and New Year's Eve with our new family were wonderful. Everything is just right here. Our work never suffered, and we were never distracted. In the evening, the community manager took over and invited us to board game night, a community dinner, and other activities. If you're looking for fun, productivity, great people, a relaxed atmosphere, and a great community in a wonderful and inspiring environment, Hub Hoi An is the right place for you. In fact: - Very stable and fast internet with a backup solution that actually works - Clean restrooms - Plenty of power outlets - Great coffee machine - Bistro/restaurant with rotating meals (very tasty) - Quiet room with windows and air conditioning - Meeting room with whiteboard, projector, and air conditioning - Outdoor area with lounge and lawn, as well as a garden and numerous workstations (the heart of the complex) - Glass house with air conditioning and numerous workstations - Always available to contact - Open 24 hours for members - Great community

I would come back to Asia just for this co-working space. Great place to work, good food, good internet, lovely staff

An amazing co-working space! They have daily community lunches from Monday to Friday. Also a small Cafe selling delicious snacks. It's a very peaceful place where you can well focus on work.

Hub Hoi An was by far the best coworking space I've been to due to two very important factors: friendliness and inclusiveness of the staff/community, and the environment lending itself to completely focusing on your work.

The space is lovely set up and furnished. You can choose of different workplace settings from outdoor greenhouse to a quiet room. A meeting room with whiteboard and beamer is available as well. The provided equipment including decent internet connection works and you get everything you need. Particularly important is good Coffee and they have that too! Try their members' lunch, the chefs create really good food varying between French(ish) and local food. Pricing is reasonable - though not particularly cheap -, for their menu as well as the membership. The location is perfect in between the Town and the Beach, so both are easily reachable by bike or scooter. Last but not least: The staff is very friendly and nice, the atmosphere is great and you can get stuff done here! Just what a Co-working space is all about.

Beautiful little co-working space just outside the heart of Hoi An. It's tucked away close to some serene rice paddies, and set in a really chilled house. Will definitely be back :)

I was based at Hub Hoi An for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect and the staff and community there are friendly, warm and welcoming. It also have the fastest, most reliable internet I've have used in Southeast Asia. I would highly recommend this space to anyone passing through Hoi An or looking for a more permanent work space in Vietnam.

A little piece of paradise. Hoi An is an up and coming digital nomad spot and the founder, Sarah is ahead of the curve. Overlooking the rice fields, this co-working space is tranquil and poised for productivity. She has effortlessly set up a beautiful space to work and socialise. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to network with other digital nomads and meet like-minded people, all whilst getting your head down and keeping focused in one of their air-conditioned rooms. My favourite is the glass house, set in the luscious garden it's peaceful yet energetic. The community at The Hub is welcoming and allows you to unlock a real Vietnamese experience. They host early morning yoga sessions, gather members for quiz nights, enjoy volleyball on the beach, and weekly dinners together. The onsite cafe specialises in fusion Vietnamese food, offering community lunches every day to fuse bonds between members. If you're looking to perk up – as most of us are – their Vietnamese iced coffee is a crowd favourite. I haven't even left yet and I'm planning on coming back. It's my favourite co-working space by far. Sarah and the staff at Hub Hoi An make the place a joy to work at. They are so knowledgable about the local area and often offer advise about banks, markets, motorbikes, etc. This makes adjusting to life in Vietnam almost seamless.

I moved to Hoi An a few months ago into a nice place in An My village just down the road from Hub Hoian. Working from the hub everyday has been a great change from doing it solo from home for the last four years. Sarah, Chau, William, and the people make it like home. It has a great vibe and the people that swing through have been interesting and nice. The location of the hub is set in the rice fields just outside the rush of Hoi An Old Town. I lived in Bali for about two years and I prefer Hoi an for sure. It is not so crowded out by the Hub and between Da Nang and Hoian, all is super accessible and convenient. If you need a break from Hoi An, Da Nang is a great city in its own right with loads of cool bars, great food, nice beaches, and great and accessible wildlife reserves to visit. The hub is just a few kilometers from An Bang beach (you could go there for lunch easily) which is also lined with plenty of great restaurants and cool bars. My wife has been enjoying the writer's group and language classes which are always filled with plenty of people for inspiring conversations. I am glad I found the hub when I moved to Hoi An. It has been great for me and my work,

Hub Hoi An is a truly wonderful co-working space in the truest sense of the word where it's easy to be productive. Everything has been well thought out. Not only is there a very cute garden where it's fantastic to work in the late afternoon /early morning but there's also a glass house, a separate room for Skyping and meetings and a quiet room. The internet is fast and you have easy access to plugs. The communal lunches, the event and the wall with pictures of current members creates a community. Not to mention that both food and coffee are great and that the surrounding rice fields provide continuous inspiration and a necessary recharging of batteries after spending too much time bent over the computer. Then there's the activities such as the writer's group, Vietnamese classes, etc. The owner Sarah and community manager Chau are both fantastic managers who'll take care of any questions you might have and will help you out wherever they can. For me, the work conditions and focus that I found in the Hub, were conductive to my productivity and concentration. Workplaces for digital nomads just don't come a lot better than this.

I had the pleasure to work at the Hub during my one month stay in beautiful Hoi An. It turned out to be a perfect choice. The WiFi was perfect, the work stations comfortable and the co-working community an additional treat. The owner and her attentive staff make the place feel like home and the food and drinks they serve are perfect. I was able to connect with other co-workers enjoyed their weekly activities as well. Whenever life takes you to Hoi An and you are looking for a productive work place packed with people like us, make sure to drop by The Hub and get to know the place yourself.

I worked from the Hub Hoi An for 1 month and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s a great place to be productive. Sarah and the staff are all super helpful and the space is very well set up. There is a daily communal lunch and multiple weekly events so it is easy to get to know other co-workers. The location is also excellent, it’s out of town next to rice fields, so a nice quiet trip out from the main town. The next time I’m in Hoi An I will definitely return to the Hub :)

I have visited 36 countries in the world while combining work and travel and had a chance to work from many different places. I can confidently say that Hub Hoi An is one of the best co-working spaces I have been to. The minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and as if I finally came home after a long trip. Internet was very fast and stable, perfect even for my online video conferences. One of the working rooms is overlooking the rice fields, such a calm and peaceful view. I also loved working from amazing glass house with a view at well kept tropical garden. Oh, and I could rarely resist the temptation to rest in that comfortable hammock in the middle of the garden ;) Separate meeting room was a perfect solution for noise free calls. Add to it delicious food cooked at the place specifically for every day communal lunches, good coffee, tea, juices, cakes and cookies and you'll understand why this place made me decide to stay there for a month instead of originally planned 1 week. The best part of the memories are the people though - such a nice, friendly and open owner of the place and great stuff that seemed like friends I knew for a long time. No wonder they built such a great community. Hub Hoi An is truly a special gem hidden in the midst of rice fields.

I love the Hub!! It's definitely the best place in Hoi An to work in a quiet place, surrounded by rice fields and a peaceful neighborhood. They have parking lots for bikes, they have breakfast, lunch and dinner and homemade cakes and really good Italian coffee. The best is the community and the warm loving atmosphere at the Hub. I always feel like coming home. They have plenty of extras like keyboards, laptop stands and many different seating possibilities inside and outside. The decoration is full of love! And the highspeed internet works perfectly, even once there was a power cut. Definitely worth to try. Thanks!

Hub Hoi An is a beautiful place! :) the air-conditioned glasshouse in the garden is a perfect place to focus on work. The little garden itself is very idyllic with a big desk in the shadow. Wifi is super fast and reliable, drinks and food available as you need it. Delicious and social community lunches so you can have local cooked meal and chat with fellow coworkers. You can tell that they have put in a lot of effort to systematize and create the perfect environment for us to work and have a sense of belonging. It felt like home starting the first day. Fantastic spot! It's a quiet little oasis with great WiFi (very important). It's tough to find a good spot to work in Hoi An. Most everything is outdoors so in the hot hot summer heat it's uncomfortable. Here you have a choice. Indoor with AC or if the heat isn't sweltering then enjoy the awesome outdoor area. Which is covered so working outside during a rainstorm is pretty bad ass!
