When someone asks us what the WN Olympics are all about… we panic a little, laugh a lot, and usually just send them a video instead. Here’s the radically candid truth: we call it the Olympics for two reasons. One - we believe we’re elite athletes, except our “sport” is whatever we’re actually good at (civil engineering, infrastructural engineering, ICT, hospitality, community building - you name it). Two - because by the end of the week, people walk out actually transformed because it’s an epic experience. It’s challenges, quests, creativity, teamwork, and way too much laughter. 😁 This week has been a glorious cultural collision. Accents colliding, inside jokes forming in real time, and everyone finally figuring out who’s hilarious, who’s competitive to a slightly concerning degree, and who definitely cannot sing (even though we have some of the best singers and musicians we’ve ever met). We’ve been at our Sofia HQ having way too much fun, getting to know each other behind the screens and meetings. More content coming soon, but right now we’re packing up and heading out of Sofia for the weekend challenge, where Bulgarian nature is about to witness levels of teamwork (and possibly chaos) it did not sign up for. 🫶

And when people do come together, they share space. 123 sqm per person to live, work, and occasionally fight over the last coffee. Down from 266 sqm in 2022. Smaller shared spaces mean less energy, less water, less of everything the planet is tired of absorbing. One kitchen instead of ten, one heating system instead of twenty separate flats. Coliving is not a trend. It is the most logical answer to a world that forgot how to live efficiently. 45 nationalities under one roof. Smaller footprint, stronger community. Simple math, really. 🌍 Electricity is down 15% in 2025 as well. Waste down too. Turns out you can grow a business without growing the mess. We cannot fix what we do not track. המיקום מרוחק מהמרכז אבל יש מסביבו הכל, לידל, dm, מסעדות בתי קפה.... קיבלנו חדר ענק, אפשר לגור בו. אין מקרר וחבל. האור חלש ושומעים את השכנים מהחדר ליד וזה עלול להפריע. אבל סהכ מלון מאד מומלץ

Стаите са големи и чисти, мобилното чекиране много удобно, а наличието на паркинг - приоритетно. Закуската богата и разнообразна. Минус е че в стаята няма телевизор, все пак хотела е 4 звезди и навсякъде се говори само на английски. Намираме се в България и не желая да ми говорят на чужд език, независимо дали го знам.

Mixed feelings about that hotel. Starts with marble glass and stainless steel and ends with dirty carpets and cheap finishing details. The cafpet in the alleywas was dirty .The carpet jn the room had bent edges and i was tripping.They claim to be semi digital and obe needs to install an app to check in, unlock the room etc. But there was no TV in the room.

I like the concept very much, but the service is lacking. I booked through the site for 2 nights and there was a 1 night deposit. After I arrived, I had to pass through the reception (for other reasons). I asked if it was paid for the second night (as it wasn’t clear). They said no, so I paid for the 2nd night. It turns out I was charged an extra night because it was in fact paid for the 2nd night (I assume automatically after you check in). I HAD to contact the staff and to be fair they acted promptly refunding the amount for 1 night. However, I received less money due to the conversion rate (foreign currency), which was annoying. Please inform your staff about the whole payment process. Such situations ruin the whole experience and make people feel scammed.
