Heyday Chalet

We had an amazing week at Heyday Chalet. Plunkett and his team were so accommodating and friendly. The food was really delicious and catered to lots of different dietary requirements. There was a lovely area to chill out in after skiing as well as a huge hot tub which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this chalet, thanks so much for a brilliant week!

Warm & accommodating! The chalet was always cosy and warm, with great communal areas for both relaxing and socialising (lovely soft lighting in living & dining rooms, and hot tub outside!) Plunkett and the team were incredibly responsive (replying to every text within minutes) and always accommodating with any request we had. The standard of the food was excellent (I’m already missing waking up the smell of fresh pastries). Catering for coeliacs, vegans & vegetarians every night is no easy task! This dream of a chalet & a team of genuinely lovely people were a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable.

Great service from Plunkett and his very friendly team for our large group of almost 30 people! Shuttles every morning and evening from the ski lifts. The food was great in the chalet every morning and evening & the hot tub was a lovely touch also! 10/10

We had a great stay in Heyday chalet. Plunkett and his team were brilliant. Always there to help and very accommodating. The chalet and apartment were great, very cosy and spacious. Also the hot tub was great to have after a long days skiing. Brilliant food each night as well! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Had such an amazing stay here, the team looked after us really well providing lifts and delicious traditional food, and were super accommodating with any dietary requirements. I’m gluten free and they provided not only delicious substitutions but made a lot of the big meals gluten free already, which was a great change from a lot of places! For both breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfy, the house was warm and clean and cosy, and it’s in a great location. The shed to keep ski gear was also super handy with heated wracks for your ski boots which made a big difference in the cold mornings! The hot tub was also a big bonus after coming in off the slopes, and there was small touches such as bottled water and slip on rubber sliders that the team provided that really made you feel looked after ☺️ Would love to stay again and would recommend to anyone looking into stay in the area! It really made our trip

If you like a good ski trip, Heyday is your place! The chalet is very cozy and spotless, it feels like home straight away! It includes a hot tub and is 10 minutes away from the city center. Walkable distance to the lift Super Morzine ski resort too. We were a group of 17 people and we all fit perfectly. The food is delicious and there is so much variety. Plunkett and all the staff were so nice and welcoming! They were willing to accommodate any diet restrictions and were very flexible to give us lifts to and from the ski resorts. I highly recommend this chalet!!!

Such a brilliant week skiing and staying in Heyday chalet - the staff all went over and beyond for us, the food was absolutely incredible (still thinking about the raclette) and the location excellent - walking distance to town and nearby access to lots of ski resorts. The rooms were comfortable and warm and the showers had great power. The hot tub and huge TV with Netflix were added bonuses ! Will definitely be back!

Recently stayed here as part of my 30th birthday celebrations as a group of 16. Plunkett and his team (David, Sabina and Jade) couldn’t do enough for us. Food was great, vegan options for evening meals were spot on and even organised a birthday cake. Rooms and their layouts worked well for the party as there was a mixture of family and friends staying together. The chalets lift service was amazing too, drop off & pick up at various ski lifts, the ski shop to collect/ return our ski hire and into town. Hot tub was a nice way to end a day on the slopes and the optional €50 unlimited drinks package was great value. Can’t recommend Heyday Chalet enough, would definitely return.

I stayed in Heyday Chalet (Flori) as part of a ski group of 17 from the 6th to 13th January. The house is a great place to stay, comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts Plunkett, Jade, Sabrina and David made the holiday extra special and went out of their way to look after us. They keep in contact throughout the day to arrange pick-ups and drop-offs to the various ski slopes, they fill you up with hearty breakfasts and fantastic evening meals - always served in front of the big log fire. I would definitely recommend Heyday to anyone considering a ski holiday in Morzine/ Avoriaz and may be back next year too.

I've just stayed at Heyday chalet as part of a group of 16. It was our first family ski holiday. 5 kids with us, all aged 4-6. Out of the dozen or so catered chalets I've stayed in, all over France, this was the best, and this was down to two stand out areas, service and food! Unparalleled to other chalets. The food was the best I've ever had, and it's a good point to mention that Plunkett agreed to feed to kids earlier at 6pm, so we could get them down for the night, before the adults had their dinner. 2nd point about the service. Plunkett and his team couldn't do enough for us, running us. To and from the slopes and ski hire shops. To above and beyond, like when a child's ski pass was left in the chalet, and all the adults were up the mountain, Plunkett retrieved it and took it to ski school for us, saving us a massive inconvenience. Another great perk was the all-inclusive wine and beer for an extra €50. Ive also never had that option before in any challet. Finally, Plunkett and his team, David, Jade and Sabina, were a great friendly bunch. If I'm being picky, then not all rooms were ensuite like I've had before, but there were plenty of communal toilets for the ones that weren't. Forget that, I can't recommend Heyday chalet enough!! A lovely lodge up on the montriond side of Morzine just a few minutes walk from the local amenities. Lovely accommodation, with a host and staff who couldn’t be more helpful - every request was met without hesitation. So well placed for easy access to Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and beyond to Chatel and others in the Portes Du Soleil area. Coming home to a roasting warm hot tub after a day on the slopes with a wine in hand is just a delight. And to have that followed by the INCREDIBLE food made by the chef… wonderful. Can we go back already?

Hard to articulate just now accommodating plunkett and his tesm are. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hosts. Excellent chalet. Delicious food. All round first class.

Just home from an amazing Ski trip with 16 of us and I can honestly say that Plunkett and the chalet hosts (jade, sabrina, and David) truly made our first family ski holiday very seemless. The food was absolutely amazing and their communication as well as helpfulness the whole week was 10/10. Would definitely recommend this chalet again to others and we will likely be back ourselves.

Great Chalet, Central location. Excellent host who advised well on local attractions. Part of a Golf Trip with 11 others, everything ran smoothly from transfers to and from airport and to and from golf. Would highly recommend this venue , a brilliant time had by all.

Our hosts Plunkett and Catriona organised all our transfer to and from airport, golf courses, restaurants and to the lake. The accommodation and facilities were first class. What a fantastic experience we had in Heyday chalet. Our group of group of 11 golfers were treated so well by Plunkett who couldn’t do more to make our stay an unforgettable experience. The transfers from and to the airport with our golf bags and cases made our journey so easy. The facilities were first class, including the fabulous hot tub. The location was just a short walk from Montriand as well as Morzine. I definitely would recommend the Heyday chalet highly.

From the meticulous organising of our group by the wonderful Catriona to the transfers, events and more organised by Plunkett and Catriona. This was our first visit but certainly won't be the last. Was there in September for fabulous golf and mountain biking but now looking forward to the ski season. The accommodation is fantastic and so central to a number of lovely villages and omg what wonderful restaurants 😀 I highly recommend this beautiful Chalet with a real family atmosphere and attention to detail. I recently stayed at Heyday Chalet in Morzine in the French Alps and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The chalet itself was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities one could need for a week-long stay. But what really made this trip unforgettable was the people I met and the heli skiing trip we took in Italy. This was arranged by Plunkett the owner / manager. The other guests at the chalet were all like-minded adventure-seekers and we quickly bonded over our shared love of the outdoors. Our guides for the heli skiing trip were experienced and made sure we were all safe while also pushing us to ski some of the most exhilarating runs of our lives. After a day of skiing, we would come back to the chalet to relax in the hot tub and share stories over a delicious meal. The atmosphere was warm and convivial, and I truly felt like I was among friends. All in all, I would highly recommend this adventure chalet to anyone looking for a unique and thrilling vacation in the French Alps. The combination of comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, and exciting activities make for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to come back! Roll on season 23-24 🙌

We had a fantastic time at Heyday Chalet. We were a large group and Plunkett and the team did a great job in making our skiing holiday one to remember. The rooms were clean and comfy. The chalet is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the lifts and the ski bus if you want to venture further. Town is also not too far away, we walked down most evenings. The hottub was great after a day on the slopes. The dinner and breakfasts included at the Chalet where high quality. Plunkett was extremely helpful with tips on where to eat and drink, as well as taxing us to various places. He even managed to find my phone when it fell out of my pocket on the slopes! I cannot recommend Plunkett, Cicely, Celine & Panda, highly enough. Our holiday would not have been as great without them. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Heyday Chalet as part of a large group of friends in February 2023. Plunkett and the team were extremely welcoming and went over and above to make sure we had a ski holiday to remember. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the communal space (and hot tub!) was a fantastic place to relax after a day on the slopes. Dinner was included for a number of the nights and this was definitely a highlight with high quality dishes served in the dedicated dining room. The chalet location is superb with easy access to the various ski lifts of Portes du Soleil. We would recommend going to Ardent via a free bus that passes close to the chalet. We had an absolutely fantastic week staying at Heyday chalet, Plunkett and the girls were so friendly and welcoming! They made us feel right at home and nothing was too much bother. So lovely to wake up to the smell of freshly baked pastries and the evening meals were delicious! The communal area is a lovely space to hang out in, the deck has incredible views and the working space is well appointed (even has extra screens!) and quiet, plus there's a hot tub!! Heyday Chalet is nothing short of spectacular. We stayed there for a week at the end of Feb/beginning of March and everything was incredible. Getting up in the morning and having a delicious breakfast, heading out to the slopes for some great skiing/snowboarding, coming back for a dip in the hot tub and then relaxing for a mouthwatering dinner at night. Honestly doesn't get much better than that right? And to top it off, Plunkett and the rest of the Heyday team (including Panda) are just exceptional people. Extremely kind and caring, doing the little things to make your stay even more enjoyable. Needless to say, we're already talking about booking again for next year!

We stayed at Heyday chalet in February 23'. It was an amazing experience - the staff and management were incredibly kind! The rooms were fantastic, there were several different rooms adjusting to your individual needs. Plenty of bathrooms so that also helps - each bathroom allocated to each room. We got the food package included and the food was fantastic, we even enjoyed a raclette night! Located very close to SuperMorzine and a bus away from Ardent or Les Jets, it allows you to go anywhere you want in the mountains to ski the Portes du soeil region! For those who can work remotely, this is a must!

I stayed in Heyday Chalet for the month of January. As someone working remotely it was absolutely perfect. The Chalet is ideally situated in Montriond, only a short walk from Morzine, with bus stops to the town or the Ardent lift. The vibe in the chalet was excellent - the month I stayed it was mostly made up of remote workers, with a handful of groups/families passing through on holiday each week. Whether you’re a solo traveller like me, or in a group, working or on holiday, it’s the perfect set up. The room was neat and comfortable, but the office space was the real selling point. The internet was fast and reliable, and the ergonomics of the space were excellent, especially for those like me looking to replicate a typical (and comfortable) office set up in the mountains. Working from the chalet was a real joy. The hot tub was a great addition. The chalet hosts, Celina and Cicely, were amazing, attending to our every need at meal times, and the chalet owner, Plunkett, was fantastic - helping out with lifts whenever he could, general advice about where to go and what to do, joining us for drinks and nights out - he's created a real vibe to the place. His dog, Panda, was also a delight. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough of my stay here. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thanks again, Plunkett, Celina and Cicely.

I stayed here the end of Feb and it was amazing. Very close to the town and the chair lifts. We had dinner 3 nights and breakfast most mornings and it was really nice. Plunkett and the staff were so nice and helpful and I would highly recommend staying here any time of the year. The rooms were so spacious and cosy and the chalet was always lovely and warm and very clean. Will definitely be going back. I recently stayed at Plunkett's co-working chalet in Morzine and it was an amazing experience. The chalet was stylish and spacious, but it also had all the modern amenities you could ask for, including a hot tub. Chilling in the hot tub after work and ski was the perfect way to unwind and take in the views of the mountains. The chalet hosts, Cicely and Celina, were great as well. They made sure we were taken care of and felt at home. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests was fantastic. Not only did they make sure we were comfortable, but they also provided us with delicious breakfast and dinner service, making our stay even more relaxing. Plunkett was also extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. He went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From sorting out transport for us to visit a friend in hospital after he had an accident, to providing us with extra monitors for work. Plunkett made sure that we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Plunkett's co-working chalet in Morzine to anyone looking for a comfortable work/holiday stay in the mountains. The combination of great hospitality, mountain views, good catering, and hot tub make it the perfect place for a co-working retreat. A great stay at Heyday Chalet for a week of skiing in Morzine / Avoriaz. Great location close to the centre of Morzine and the Super Morzine lift. Plunkett is great for providing information on activities to go to (we went to a local ice hockey game) and also best areas to hit on the slope each day. The chalet is close to all the local amenities including the ski lift, bars and restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay in the Heyday Chalet. The food was superb each evening, the chalet hosts were 5*, and there was several relaxing rooms to read/work/have a drink. It is one of those special places we will definitely be back to, many more than once we hope. The 10 minute stroll along the river to the Super Morzine (Avoriaz) lift was seamless. While there is a shuttle bus, we decided for the walk each morning. Special mention to Plunkett. What a great guy. Really made the overall experience perfect. All the best for the rest of the season.

A gem in the heart of Montriond. Plunkett, the owner, is extremely friendly and accomodating and goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible. The staff is also lovely and always welcome you a smile. The breakfast and dinner served is amazing and makes the chalet very good value. The hot tub is a blessing after a long day of ski. The WiFi is great and the common areas are lovely. Most importantly it feels like a home and seems to bring out the best in every guest, making this a lovely coliving and coworking community.

We stayed as a family of five for some skiing over New Year. Great place at short walk (15 min) from the ski lifts. Flexible and helpful host with good local knowledge. Optional additional chalet support and catered breakfast and meals was perfect. Spacious chalet for small (family) group. Definitely recommend!

4 adults and 4 children stayed in the Flori apartment for a Christmas skiing trip. The apartment was clean, warm, well located and had plenty of space for us all. The internet speeds were fast without any issues. We chose the catered option which we would highly recommend, the breakfast and evening meals were all excellent. The apartment is well located, Morzine can be reached via a short 10 min stroll and we were able to get up to Avoriaz via the prodains lift in less than 30 mins on most days. Plunkett and the team were always available and rescued us from long bus and lift queues on more than one occasion.

Stayed with my son for a weeks brilliant skiing before Christmas. Chalet is superb with comfortable bedrooms and office area for remote working. Situated a 10 minute stroll from ski lifts and the centre of Morzine. Hospitality from Plunkett and the team was superb and flexible. Highlight had to be the hot tub in the snow in the evening. Just returned from a week in Montriond as a group of eight. Had a great time walking and Plunkett was able to keep us on the tracks! We had the chalet to ourselves and we’re able to cook our evening meals and had a bbq. The chalet was well equipped for us all and we were able to chill out in the hot tub in the evening. Would highly recommend the area for walking, cycling and skiing in the winter. We all enjoyed the hospitality in the area.

We had a great week walking in the Morzine area. Heyday Chalet was cosy and comfortable and very central for exploring the local trails. Thank you Plunkett, for your welcome and for sharing your knowledge of the area.

Stayed a week at the chalet with my son for some biking and hiking. In the summer time a superb value for what you pay. The chalet has a warm friendly feel to it, the room we had was basic but clean and really all we needed. Especially as there are some great common areas that guests can use. The staff is caring, wonderful and more than helpful. And the super cute chalet dog is the icing on the cake. Fully recommend.

Coworking space is perfect, really neat and clean with lots of desk space and extra screens to use! The office has a glass door that closes it off from any chalet noise but still feels like you're part of the goings-on. There are spots to go off to if you need privacy for meetings and everyone is really respectful to others schedules.

Fantastic stay at the heyday Chalet. We had never stayed at a shared chalet (B&B) before so we were quite apprehensive, however during the stay we couldn’t have felt more welcome. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and our hosts were super helpful.

The atmosphere created at HEYDAY Chalets is very wlecoming and so it offers a unique option for solo travels to enjoy the best of snow trip, while doing some work in the meantime! The breakfast and the dinners, further than social moments, are also great food moments!

Plunkett has done a great job of creating a community in Heyday Chalet. I came by myself but quickly found friends to eat, drink and ski with. And there was a great communal spirit for the week I was there. They provide super high quality dinner 3 times a week with a large supply of wine. (Nearby Auberge in Montriond is recommended for other days - amazing food and wine cellar.) Hot tub is great after a day of skiing. Wifi is strong. Morzine is a 20 min walk but Plunkett is generous with lifts. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

Heyday Chalet was exactly the experience I was looking for. It was fun, relaxing, friendly and welcoming. This was my first solo ski trip and the experience couldn’t have been better. A chalet that felt like home and people that became friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing, carefree solo trip to the mountains heyday chalet is the best spot.

We’ve just returned from the most wonderful week at Heyday Chalet. Everything from the hosts welcome and hospitality, facilities, food, proximity to the slopes, etc. was top notch. Thank you to Plunkett, Sarah and Maeve for making our ski holiday so brilliant. Would recommend to any one/group looking for a great place to stay in Morzine.

We stayed at Heyday for 6 nights in March 2022 and had a fabulous time. We were able to balance working remotely with a few hours of skiing each day which was exactly what we were travelling for. The meals were of extremely high quality. At breakfast, either Maeve or Sarah would serve up a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, omelettes or crepes with coffee and fresh fruit. We were served three catered evening meals which were high quality, wholesome and delicious. Plunkett and the rest of the Heyday team ensure that there’s a relaxed and fun atmosphere in the chalet and we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, facilities and hosts. Heyday is ideal for remote work and easy access to the slopes. The friendly atmosphere in the chalet made for a great stay, I'll definitley visit again.

I hesitate to write this review as I would like Heyday to remain a secret so that I can continue to get a booking and for it not to be permanently booked up. We travelled to Heyday for a week of remote working on our start-up combined with skiing. The chalet has all the facilities to get a mountain of work done (super fast Starlink wifi, great break out spaces and a great atmosphere) while still getting up that mountain too (where a multitude of lifts are only a stone throws away). Plunkett, Maeve and team couldn't have been more helpful with delicious food, lifts and assistance with every aspect of our stay. If you and your team are considering a remote week in the Alps look no further then Heyday just do me a favour and keep it to yourself.

Well a good sign is that I am already planning multiple trips back.. Heyday is a gem. Fireside dinner and games with fellow guests, Starlink super fast WiFi and great office set up, Netflix and comfy couches, hot tub for tired legs and lovely people makes for an awesome trip. On 'Blue Monday' in January I was working beside the fire in the dining room, followed by an evening sunset hike. Couldn't imagine a better place to be escaping the Jan blues. Thanks, Plunkett. Fantastic stay at Heyday Chalet - couldn't recommend enough whether you're a digital nomad, working remotely or simply on a ski trip with a few friends. Amazing hosts, great location, lovely food and (most importantly) a fantastic community of people to ski and make friends with! Particularly enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub as the snow was falling around us.

Heyday Chalet is terrific. We stayed for 10 days before Christmas and despite everything going on in the world (omicron wave kicking off), Plunkett and the team produced an A+ experience. The chalet is modern yet quaint with one of the most spectacular views in the valley. It is handily located with river walks, skiing and shops all a stones throw away, yet far enough out of Morzine so that you feel you are escaping. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic time in Hey Day. The chalet is modern with great features: -office with good Internet so I could work while on my alpine break -Jacuzzi to relax -bbq and shared kitchen -comfortable bed -parking Its in a great location. I was able to use it as a base for a lot of adventures around the area. And it's in walking distance of both Montriond village and morzine town. Both of which have great bars and restaurants. The host was able to give me lots of tips and thanks to him I planned some really great via ferrata. I hope to return in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better time. Plunkett is generous with his time, knowledgeable about the area and all round great host. The chalet itself is gorgeous and super clean. It was an ideal spot between Morzine and Montriond, so I had plenty of options for bars/restaurants and sights to see. There was never a dull moment out and about in the mountains or in town and the chalet was the perfect place to wind down. Just chilling in the hot tub or just having a few drinks on the terrace at sunset. I can't wait to get back for some skiing and cuddle up with Panda (cutest dog in town).

Our stay at the Heyday Chalet couldn't have been any better. From the views to the welcoming host, everything was on point. The location is perfect, with easy access to the village center and lifts. The chalet itself was immaculate and communal living spaces lively and homey. Plunkett was extremely knowledgeable about activities and outdoor recreation in the area. We would be remiss not to mention the adorable Mr. Panda who will greet you with a smile and a wagging tail. The Heyday Chalet is the place to stay!

We had such a great stay in the Heyday chalet and would highly recommend it for a stay in the Morzine area. Plunkett and all the guests staying at the time we’re super friendly and it felt like staying with friends. The chalet is very dog and bike friendly, and situated a short 15 minute walk from the main area of Morzine which is perfect for walking home after dinner. The chalet is also lucky to have incredible views of the valley and you can enjoy these from the main deck with a beer! En-suite room was excellent for the price, and had everything you need for a simple stay. Would easily book to stay here again.

Plunkett and Panda were excellent hosts in this new co-working/co-living space in Morzine. Spent a week here to continue working remotely and get some fresh air and summer sun surrounded by beautiful alpine surrounds. An incredibly refreshing working environment and enjoyable experience away from the pandemic that has gripped society for the past 18 months. The facilities at the chalet included everything I could ask for, including a hot tub for those cold mountain nights under a clear starry sky. I highly recommend Heyday Chalet for anyone who wants to escape the 9-5 grind whilst still completing the 9-5 grind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Social, fun and full of adventure. Heyday chalet is an oasis happiness in a beautiful valley. On the practical side: the first thing you need to know is that they have the most luxurious jacuzzi you’re ever likely to slide into and is perfect for soothing those sore muscles after a day of mountain biking (or skiing). The chalet itself is well equipped with all you’d need and has an emphasis on both social fun and coworkers (basically like a backpacker hostel, but for grown ups). In terms of the slopes, it’s not ski-to-door, but it’s not far off; the nearest lift is a 4 minute bike ride away and for those in the winter season a free bus passes directly in front of the chalet. I can’t wait to get back!

Had a great trip to this chalet and the owners and staff were fab and let us spread out as we were a small group and the chalet wasn't fully booked. Hot tub and food were a winner and Mark the driver went above and beyond helping out with transfers when my friend got injured on the mountain. Perfect chalet for big groups but would say the second floor isn't suited for tall people but great for kids.Would definitely stay again as it is a perfect walking distance to town.

Having spent a long weekend staying with the Alpine Highs team at Chalet Flori I would recommend anyone looking to visit Morzine and the surrounding area to consider booking.||||From the moment we landed at Geneva we were kept up to date with a schedule and transported to various activities exploring some special areas that I do not believe we would have found ourselves. We were very relaxed during the break with breakfast and all activities being catered for and delivered by friendly faces.||||The Chalet is well positioned and presented with excellent rooms including comfy beds and lovely warm showers. Breakfast was excellent and the honesty bar also added a nice touch if you fancied a drink away from the local bars and restaurants.||||Nothing seemed too much trouble for the Alpine Highs team and their knowledge was well utilized during our stay with some excellent suggestions of where to go and things to see and do.||||I would thoroughly recommend visiting Chalet Flori especially if your traveling with a large group of friends as this can be easily catered for.

We stayed with the Alpine Highs team at Chalet Flori at the end of the 2016 summer for a long weekend designed to enjoy Morzine's summer sports. Everything was perfect, lovely people, great food, perfect hospitality with everything thought of for you – from the moment we were picked up in Genéva, to the moment we were dropped back. ||||The Alpine Highs gang took us to places that we wouldn't have found ourselves, they gave us that all too precious 'local knowledge' and nothing was too much trouble, it really felt as if we maximised our time in Morzine.||||Chalet Flori itself is lovely, well featured and perfectly placed not far from the main Super M lift. ||||Word of mouth is important, and while I don't really want to tell people about this place, you have to do the right thing and share – we'll definitely be back again and would highly recommend.||||Finally, the owner Dave, has his own brewery that produces the awesome Ibex IPA.

We have just spent a week at the Chalet Flori in Morzine- we were 5 families 9 adults and 9 children ages 4 months to 12 years. What a lovely chalet and the food was amazing! The chalet hosts Mark and Ell catered brilliantly for the children at 6 and then again for the adults at 7.30-8. Breakfast was also fantastic and set us up for the day. Mark and Ell were delightful, nothing was too much trouble they looked after us wonderfully. The chalet has a hot tub in the garden (take your bathers) which everyone loved - the children could not wait to get back from the slopes to jump in! The chalet is beautifully furnished, all the rooms are very comfortable and either on suite or with a bath/shower room that is only a step away. The chalet is an easy 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre so you can stroll into town to ice skate, shop or have a coffee. I would highly recommend the chalet we had a fantastic week. Just be aware that the chalet is not ski in ski out if that is what you are looking for- the owners will drive you to the mountains between 8.30 and 10.00 every morning and pick you up from 4.30 - 6 in the afternoon this is a fantastic service and the drivers (especially Alex) are really helpful and charming. If you want to go to the slopes from the chalet at any other time in the day there is a free bus service with one change so its fairly straight forward- the chalet is only a 15 minutes from the ski lifts so you don't loose any valuable skiing time (the bus will take longer). Overall a wonderful experience thank you all very much.

Elle and Mark are fabulous hosts, a great balance between attentive, letting one feel at home and relaxed. We had 3 people that are wheat free, myself included, and we all agreed that Elle is the best cook - we have never been so well catered for, really really yummy and never made to feel awkward or a pain in the butt, which I know it can be! And if you like relaxing over dinner this place is fantastic with its great table and wood burner - really cosy. Mark is great for weather and advice and checking out whats open etc... The service with the minibus to and from the slopes everyday by Alex was also excellent - sometimes this can be an exhausting part of skiing - getting onto the slopes, but it was made easy and a useful time to get great tips for nice pistes from Alex! We will be coming again.

Stayed with my family Jan 2016 at Chalet Flori Morzine for a weeks skiing. We had a brilliant time, the Chalet is lovely , very tastefully decorated with the added bonus of all comforts from home. Our chalet hosts Elle & Mark were amazing - Elle is a fantastic chef, the food was out of this world exceeding restaurant standards with nothing too much trouble when catering for sometimes fussy tastes! Each evening different 3 courses to tempt our taste buds and add to our waistlines, as well as a delicious cake each afternoon to return back to after a hard days skiing. Mark was always at hand with a cheery warm smile to serve the food and re-fill our wine glasses he also ran us into town and dropped us at the ski lift in the mornings. Chalet Flori is slightly out of the town with a 10min walk from the Super Morzine lift across the iron bridge so arranged drop off & pick ups after a days skiing was very handy & welcome. We also arranged the transfer from the airport to the Chalet with Steffi at the time of booking which was really convenient, Dave was there waiting as we arrived at Geneva airport and the transfer is just over an hour so no hanging around. All in all a brilliant week skiing and a fantastic Chalet, we will defiantly return & thank them for their warm hospitality.

Elle and Mark looked after us extremely well. As well as working very hard to keep things running smoothly they actually seemed to enjoy having us! They provided lots of useful informationwhich helped us get the most out of our holiday. They were very professional as well as great fun. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to provide delicious food for special diets as well. ||Alex provided a great taxi service and was always there when we needed him! He was also helpful and patient and went out of his way to accommodate our two families.||The chalet itself was warm, welcoming and very luxurious. ||The town is very nice and well worth exploring, easily accessible on foot.||I hope we can return soon!

I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to write a quick note about our stay at Chalet Flori at the beginning of January. We arrived at the Chalet around midday, however check-in wasn’t until 4pm – this wasn’t a problem, as we were allowed to leave our bags and change at the chalet so we were able to get up the mountain for a half day ski. When we arrived, Elle and Mark (the amazing chalet hosts) had already cleaned our room so we checked-in then and there, super! The Chalet is beautiful, cosy and has an incredible dining room with a huge table and log burner.||||Location: chalet Flori is located on the boarder of Morzine and Montriond, so a little out of Morzine. There is a bus stop about 5 minute walk away, however Alpine Highs have their own driver for the guests who will happily drop guests to and from the lifts between set times. This is an incredibly helpful service, and Alex (the driver) is very knowledgeable of the mountain/ skiing etc which is very useful – it’s also a door to door service which is amazing! We walked into town one evening which took us only 15 minutes across the foot-bridge so getting around is really easy. ||||The chalet hosts, Mark and Elle, are an absolute asset to the company and really did make our holiday. We have never stayed with hosts that are so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Elle’s cooking is far beyond what we have come to expect from a chalet holiday, the nightly three course menu is diverse and well executed every time, absolutely delicious – as are her homemade cakes ready and waiting after a hard day on the hill.||||We met the owners Dave and Steffi a couple of times also, who are equally as helpful and knowledgeable, very easy to deal with when it comes to booking everything. Dave also has his very own micro-brewery which is worth a sample!||||All in all a wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

I stayed with my family Christmas 2014 and had the most incredible time. The Chalet was very stylish and cosy and all the decor/linen etc was in very good taste. I was always warm- especially thanks to the huge wood burner in the dining room. ||Our Chalet Hosts Mark and Elle were so welcoming and hospitable- nothing was too much trouble! They were fantastic cooks and made Christmas very special for us. The food was delicious and it was great to all sit round the huge rustic table drinking wine and comparing stories from the day. Dave and Steffi also looked after us very well and they were all very helpful in dropping us into town or taking us to ski lifts. This is great family run business. We had a great holiday and would love to come back again!

We have just returned from a great week at Chalet Flori, Our Chalet hosts, Elle and Mark where fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for either them or Dave & Steph who run Alpine Highs. the highlight of the Chalet is the amazing dinning room with log burner which allowed all of us to sit around it for breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was also a favourite - even in the rain! The Chalet is really well finished will small but really comfortable rooms and high quality bed linen, towels etc. Now comes the food - it was FANTASTIC! The Chalet is a good walk out of town but the minibus service offered meant we never had to walk but this is a consideration if you have any non-skiers in the party.
