Such a cool spot. Very nice vibe with lots of cool communal areas. Room is small and a pretty small queen bed for 2 people, but modern and everything works. Also a spectacular view from our 8th floor room. The top floor is really cool with space to work and to sit on the balcony with a coffee. Staff were super friendly and personable - it really did feel like a home away from home. Spoke to a guy who has spent 6 months here - and you can see why :-) Would deffo come here again!

I’ve just enjoyed a really relaxed overnight stay at Mason & Fifth, along with dinner at Canal which is its partner restaurant (amazing Monkfish crudo). Being a South Londoner, I’ve not done much exploring of the North side of London, so this was an eye-opener and I’ll definitely be back. M&F is a village in its own right, on the edge of all that Notting Hill has to offer, with a young vibe for all ages. So much more than a hotel and without the ‘hubbub’ of Central London. Expect crisp white linens and the comfiest bed, peaceful surroundings for the best night’s sleep, and a continental breakfast that reminds you how delicious a simple boiled egg with good cheese and charcuterie can be. A special mention for the rhubarb compote! We reluctantly left after our 11am checkout, then spent a fabulous time on the river’s edge at Hammersmith - just a few stops away via nearby the underground, making for the ideal canal/river combo stay in London.

Gorgeous hotel, room/studio had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and loved the view of the canal. The spa was amazing tranquil and the pool was a perfect temp. Terrace gives amazing views and communal kitchen with coffee machine is a nice extra. Staff were attentive and friendly. Location was lovely nice and quiet but still with everything you need and some of the attractions nearby are walkable. Also side note the hotel smells amazing spa fresh style smell everywhere and impeccably clean. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a small manual on the app or as a leaflet in the hotel with regards to how to use the microwave/grill/oven we just googled it and I’m sure the staff would be happy to oblige and show you how to use it but just think it would be helpful. But regardless we will definitely be returning when we next visit London.

Wonderful hotel with very kind and helpful employees! The studios have everything you need with a comfortable bed and windows to open. If you are an open window sleeper let them know at check in as the rooms to the street can get loud with the two Pubs around the corner. Breakfast was amazing, it was small but everything there is absolutely delicious and was perfect for us. Best granola in the world, fresh fruit salad, vegan yoghurt and milk options, fresh croissants and i was in heaven with the rhubarb compott! Our only critique would be all the home office users at breakfast. During the week you barely find a seat and are surrounded by computer zombies-every table is taken by one person on a laptop or Phone. The Spa is also very nice but a heads up if you are traveling with Kids they are only aloud in the Pool between 10am-12pm. This was quite a disappointment for us. Train station is conveniently located but takes a while to get to the sites which we didn't mind. Bikes are amazing to bike through nottinghill. We will definitely come back and want to say a huge thank you for everyone working there! You guys are incredible!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful, and the amenities were a real highlight that added great value to the experience. There were a few minor downsides. The bed size was a too small for us as a couple. The double felt quite small and made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep (though it would likely be fine for a solo guest). The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with frequent dropouts and slow speeds. A few simple additions would make a big difference: a kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea, and an iron and ironing board for convenience. We also found the TV remote didn’t have working batteries, and the app was somewhat difficult to set up. With a few small improvements, this could easily be an excellent stay. But thanks again to the team as they were fantastic throughout 👏👏

I stayed here for one night and unfortunately had one of the worst nights’ sleep. My room had a loud banging noise from the pipes throughout the evening, along with a persistent buzzing sound that continued all night and made it impossible to rest. I had specifically requested a quiet room away from the lift, as I had important meetings the next day, so this was particularly disappointing that despite not being near a lift the room was still super noisy. It’s a real shame, as the hotel itself is beautifully designed and I was hoping it could become my regular place to stay, given I’m in London every week for work. I spoke to reception the following morning and they were apologetic. However, after sending a video showing the issue, I haven’t received any follow-up or response, which is disappointing. If you’re planning to stay here, I would recommend avoiding room 102 until this issue has been resolved.

Our stay at Mason & Fifth was lovely throughout - check in was smooth and checks were undertaken to ensure the room was good to go given ours was a last minute booking. Monica at reception was warm and detailed through her explanation of all the facilities - and gave us free breakfast on top which was such a lovely touch. Location was excellent with great transport links around, and room had everything we need with the facilities being great for work, which I didn’t need this time but definitely good to have.

Location is conveniently close to Paddington but tucked away near the canals for a relaxing stay. Works for both business travels and families and has lots to offer, including very friendly staff. Echt een heel mooi, leuk en gezellig hotel. Jammer dat we binnenkwamen in een vieze hotelkamer maar gelukkig werd dit snel opgelost door de lieve medewerkers. Ontbijt is lekker en de locatie is top! Je zit 5 minuten van het metro station en bent zo in het centrum van de stad. Het is fijn om hier na een lange dag eventjes tot rust te komen. De bedden zijn helaas wel een beetje klein en de kamers worden maar een keer per vier dagen schoongemaakt maar dat moet de pret niet drukken

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. I booked this hotel as a staycation for four days, so that I could see the sights in London. This hotel provides a level of service usually found at far higher prices. Very accessible by train (Paddington via the Circle Line). Very friendly and helpful staff. The spa and steam room were excellent, and again of a quality which I would expect of a much more expensive hotel. I will definitely be staying with them, the next time I am in London.

I've booked Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park for two short-stays in the last 4 weeks and I would highly recommend booking your stay here if you're visiting London. The rooms have a chic aesthetic yet a very cozy feel - equipped with complimentary quality shower toiletries. The bed's are really comfortable, the number of pillows and firmness of the mattress + fresh linen was wonderful!! The breakfast is fresh and consistently delightful with well thought-out & balanced components. The gym was a massive bonus - best hotel Gym in my experience. There is also a variety of lounge and work-space area's to choose from, from a Listening Lounge - with a super cozy atmosphere and an iconic selection of vinyls to choose from, to the bar area which is a perfect blend of cozy nooks for working or sharing tables for winding down with friends. The location of the hotel allows you to access all area's of London easily, with a short walk to tube, and access to the Circle + Hammersmith & City line. Most significantly, the team through out all areas of the hotel are super welcoming, accommodating and helpful. I had some issues/questions during my stay, these were attended to promptly and with compassion. I'm looking forward to exploring everything else this Hotel has to offer. A special thanks to, Stuart, James, Flo and Rianna for a pleasant experience.

I chose this hotel based on its high Booking rating and the photos, which I now genuinely don’t understand. First of all, the photos are extremely misleading. They do not reflect the reality of the hotel at all. Honestly, they look either heavily edited. The reception experience was also disappointing. I was told I had a “nice view,” but when I entered the room, it was facing railway tracks and highways, honestly quite depressing. I had to request a room change, which resulted in a lower-floor room with a much better and more appropriate view. I don’t understand why I was misled in the first place. The corridor constantly smelled of fried food , onions, garlic, and meat which made the environment unpleasant. In the evening, cigarette smoke would come through, likely from neighboring rooms or the ventilation system. The ventilation itself was extremely noisy and ran 24/7. Combined with a loud fridge (which I had to switch off), it was very difficult to rest. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well during my entire stay. The bed and bedding were also uncomfortable: synthetic, overly warm, and not breathable at all. Breakfast was very limited and lacked even basic options like vegetables. There was essentially one type of bread and some processed meat, but no variety or balance. Overall, the experience did not match the rating, the photos, or expectations.

My stay here was unexpected and for one night only while waiting for my longer term rental flat to become available. It was such a pleasant surprise and experience to stay here. I grew so attached in such a short time I wanted to extend my stay. The rooms are very thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and purposefully compact. This is fine because the common amenities areas are equally beautifully designed, seductively lit, extremely welcoming places to work or relax or dine. I took advantage of the pool/steam/sauna facilities as well. This was just what I needed after an overnight flight from New York City. I found every staff member very friendly and helpful, including recommendations for lunch in the neighborhood. The breakfast food and coffee bar is well managed and attended by guests. Five stars from me!

Upon arrival staff were very polite and kind. I came to London to celebrate my 21st birthday. Special shoutout to Rhianna for her exceptional service. She was extremely accommodating. The room is very clean, bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was clean. The only down side was the terrible WiFi reception. It was very hard to use the TV in the room too. The location is accessible to both tube station and bus stop. You can also walk to Nottinghill and High Street Kensington. One bus ride to Camden Overall, it was an excellent stay and would recommend this place.

It is very close to the tube, which takes your anywhere in London. It is also 15 minute walk to Notting Hill! The hotel provides great recommendations for restaurants. We visited couple and didn't disappoint. The rooms can be a bit small, but they are comfortable and the service and amenities make up the difference. My husband and I would definitely stay there again if visiting London!

not that i am very familiar with London, i don’t think i could have asked for a better place to stay my first time visiting. as a professional runner i travel quite a bit and find the comfort and overall vibe of a place to be crucial in my having a good experience/successful training. whether or not you’re looking for a place to crash for a quick visit to london or a long term stay i would 10/10 recommend this spot. if i could afford to live here long term i 100000% were. the warm lighting of the place and smooth music puts any travel anxiety at ease. the breakfast buffet is top notch. the cinema room, wow 🤩. the rooms, all you need. nothing more nothing less. the gym and pool? you’re truly at a spa. and free laundry is something you never see but they have! the location is also good. right on the river. so many restaurant and grocery options nearby and everything seems pretty easy to access by the tube. and last but not least the service is so great. i made a mistake in my booking not including the breakfast buffet (which i definitely would recommend adding to your booking), and they happily worked with me and helped me fix it. in a beautiful world, id figure out a visa, move to london, live at mason and fifth, work part time at mason and fifth and train in their stunning gym and the beautiful country side near by.

The food in Canal is a little overpriced for what it is, lacking in both presentation and variety. However the vibe, atmosphere, staff and mocktails were great. All of this being said I will definitely be back, but may go for a wander into Nottinghill for a nice breakfast. I didn’t want to leave my room because my bed was so comfortable and I felt very welcome during my stay.

Absolutely 100/10 experience. There is literally nothing that could’ve made it better, mine and my boyfriends stay for valentines and anniversary (we celebrate them together!) was incredible. Monica was absolute gem she was with me during the entire planning process (as i wanted it to be a surprise!) and was just so easy to talk to. The rest of the staff at reception every single one was so friendly and spoke to you as if you were already good friends, you know? It was such a refreshing feeling and the facilities were so good and clean. We got our GOODDD use out of the gym, sauna, swimming pool, steam room, listening lounge and cinema room. We so gratefully received a free room upgrade and free drinks as it was such a special occasion and were allowed to use the facilities before we checked in and even after we checked out!!! There are not enough words to thank Monica for the next to none hospitality, the lovely lad who set up the gifts in the room, the girl who checked us in making sure to keep it a secret and the guy who extended our key card to make sure we could stay after we checked out, and everyone else at Mason and Fifth Westbourne Park. Thank you to the staff who brought a bottle and snacks to the room before we arrived with a special note as well for my partner's bday! I requested it but I'm grateful for the hospitality. The experience was good if you turn a blind eye to the unfinished elements of the hotel. First of all, our room cards didn't work in the lift or for our door. It was a huge pain, and there isn't enough signage to know where to go so we were wondering around back doors and corridors lost. Ceiling alarms still have their plastic wraps, heating not on when we got to our room, grates on the windows, no moisturiser anywhere!!!!! Spa doesn't have enough changing room space or lockers, as well it doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly in the swimming pool. Gender neutral changing rooms causing a bit of awkwardness (I'm gender neutral so not for gender reasons) just because we had to climb over one another to get to the lockers and the shower rooms were all flooded. No private chaning area and you have to go our into the reception to even get water. There's no staff around and the sauna and steam room doors don't close all the way bit weird. Dripping in the back as well is so loud and the whole Spa seems like they rushed to open without really finishing it? The swimming pool has only 3 loungers, so I did overhear lots of complaints about having to sit on benches by a window with an open curtain seemingly looking like they are displaying us enjoying our time in the pool? Quite odd. Also can see down into the pool from the street above! Our booking was messed up about 3 or 4 times and they told me its an error with their website but the comms were a little rusty even though everyone remained very friendly which is nice. Otherwise, with the perhaps little experience the staff have? it was very nice when we arrived and they were accommodating with changing our massage times which were meant to come with the package I bought. In the end, I missed my massage and just let me partner have his. They didn't offer any money off for this. It was a shame, but our fault for being late I think. They have only 1 massage therapist and 1 room for treatments so can't go together at the same time either. The food in the restaurant wasn't great and seriously overpriced, we ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere. I guess it's one of those areas in London that's being gentrified / hipster energy with hybrid GMO vegetables at high prices and low quality lol. In the end, we didn't want to eat there again the next day so just got some drinks, but they don't serve any normal drinks, only their signature hybrid fancy hipster drinks, which points to lack of bar staff and cocktail training rather than anything more curated. Felt kind of black mirror being in there, people were always staring at us like we were out of place and the restaurant did not have an authentic character to it. More performance... the canal is nice nearby and we were lucky it was sunny in the morning! Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would probably look for somewhere a bit more established next time. It all felt quite DIY and not the total relax I was looking for my partner's birthday treat! I ended up spending £300 in total so it's budget but wish I'd spent that £300 on something a little more equipped.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. It was nice to be able to wander freely around the complex as long as I had my key card. I felt very safe and I imagine M&F is wonderful during the warmer months. There are so many places to sit and read or work. The cinema room is a great idea and you can watch a movie for free each night, or you can choose a dvd and they’ll put it on for you if the room isn’t in use. My only ‘complaint’ would be the food. Breakfast is basically continental with the only hot food being boiled eggs and toast. However there was fresh fruit salad, croissants, cereals, yoghurt (both regular & coconut) and lovely coffee. So if you eat light in the mornings, then it’s perfect. However, as someone with a peanut allergy, the nut butters needed to be much more clearly labeled and in my opinion, should not be right next to each other. The food in Canal is a little overpriced for what it is, lacking in both presentation and variety. However the vibe, atmosphere, staff and mocktails were great. All of this being said I will definitely be back, but may go for a wander into Nottinghill for a nice breakfast. I didn’t want to leave my room because my bed was so comfortable and I felt very welcome during my stay.

From the vibrant 10th floor with its breathtaking views to the tranquility of the steam & sauna area, not forgetting their swimming pool. So far not so good. We have yet to stay but the pre-stay customer service has been incredibly lacking. I was passed between hotels.com and the hotel staff back and forth for a while as to who was responsible for requesting upgrades / perks (including late checkout), and communicating allergies. Neither wanted to take responsibility and just kept saying it was the other’s problem. They also advertise their cinema room showings and wellness events / classes but there’s little to no information about what this is or how to book it / prices without contacting customer services after booking. After pressing continuously and wasting my time trying to get any help, I called the front desk at our hotel and they essentially told me there aren’t any upgrades or perks available at Mason & Fifth and that what you book is what you get. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed with a low-end hotel that doesn’t try to accommodate upgrades / perks (especially for special occasions), let alone a hotel that appears to come off mid-range and costs a fair amount to stay with. The telephone representative for the hotel did agree a late checkout of 2pm however. Since then though, I have seen the late checkout isn’t mentioned on my booking info and when I queried this I got a very blunt “late checkout can only be considered at check in, best, rianna”. The emails are very short and unfriendly and completely contradict the service given over the phone. This is very disappointing and I already have a sour taste before we stay. We were told to download the app to help with our stay which seems pretty useless and very slow and doesn’t even contain our booking details or anything. We were told we would get a check in email a week before our stay and it’s now 2 days prior and it’s only just come through. The email requests we check in in advance but when I tried to click the link via the email it just went to an error page and I can’t check in anywhere despite trying multiple avenues to do so. We have also asked repeatedly for more information on the cinema room as I really wanted a cute little date in there for me and my partner but they’ve not been able to help repeatedly and then when I finally got a schedule the films are all o credibly questionable. I was told over the phone that could use the cinema room for a private screening for my own choice of film and to email to arrange. Upon doing this I’ve been told we can bring our own dvd (fine but who even owns dvds anymore or able to get one being told this just 2 days before staying), or I can choose from their wide selection (but no list was given of the choices and based on the set screenings they already have , I can’t imagine they’d be suitable for most people especially over valentine’s weekend!) I’ve also been told we can’t pre-arrange a time to use the cinema privately and that it’s “first come first serve” which is ridiculous. I want to guarantee a simple time slot for this nice simple activity for us during our stay. Imagine turning up and somebody is already in there and then having to wait in line for hours while their film finishes to use the screen. Also the fact that we do actually have an itinerary already for external activities while we stay (who doesn’t), and we need to ensure we can fit it around that. The only polite and helpful response I’ve gotten from anyone involved in the running of the hotel by email is the grounding (wellness/spa) team but that’s still all tbc. I’m not sure the last time I was so disappointed with the pre-stay customer service for any hotel. We all have severe allergies and I’m really terrified nobody has made note of those properly given how the telephone representative didn’t secure the late check out the promised and the rest of the (email) team won’t honour it!

I am hoping my next visit to Mason & fifth is an improved one. I am optimistic based on the effort put forth to remediate my disappointing stay. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I echo what other reviews have said about the room and the hotel being dirty and unsanitary. That would be enough to deter me from staying here again; however, what had led me to write a review was how I was treated by some of the night staff. I was met with blatant rudeness and disrespect when asking for water. I can only imagine how they treat guests with serious issues with their rooms. There are many nicer hotels with similar price points. I would suggest Hayden pub and rooms or Art’Hotel.

There is a nauseating amount of very pungent air freshener being pumped through every room on a constant cycle. The WiFi system is very poor and there was almost no phone signal. TV in room was really crap. The only gym/pool changing room is gender neutral which made me feel very uncomfortable. Probably won’t bother most but toiletries are advertised as organic and they are not. The staff are nice, you can borrow bikes and it’s close to a tube station. Would not recommend anyone to stay here especially for the price. Ps the photographer did a great job of making the room look far wider than it is.

What a wonderful stay at this hotel; a truly unique experience from start to finish. Fabulous guest facilities including lounges, cinema room, listening room and pool and spa area. The room was clean, modern and very well equipped with the comfiest of beds. Loved the shower products, so much so I had to buy them before I left. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Monika on reception who bought up snacks as a treat for my daughter's birthday. Breakfast was continental and among the best l've experienced; the selection included fresh pastries, amazing breads, jams, eggs and fruit salad. They even had fresh raw honeycomb, what a treat. A very special shout out to Dillon (operations director) who we happened to meet in the listening room and who kindly gave us a demo of the record player and very generously gifted my daughter an amazing hoody for her birthday. All in all, a really memorable stay and I'll be recommending to family and friends and no doubt be back again for a longer stay to fully appreciate all that this hotel has to offer.

I often stay in London for work at my own expense, so I have a list of places that are decent but also not crazy expensive. This place is pretty much near the top of that now. Although not the cheapest option, compared with what you would get for the same money elsewhere, Mason & Fifth stands head & shoulders above. Location is great - a few stops to Baker St on the tube, or a short bus ride to Euston, with amenities locally if you don't want to venture too far. Rooms are a decent size for London, and most (I believe) have kitchens so you can cook for yourself. Coffee & tea also provided. The gym is one of the best equipped gyms I've seen in a hotel, & the pool area is nice. There is also a lounge area upstairs where you can work / sit to read if you want to go somewhere other than your room. Staff are helpful & friendly. Breakfast is continental. Not suitable if you're looking for a full English, but what is there is good quality & there are healthy options. I almost don't want to tell people about this place so I don't struggle to get a room in future!

Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet, da es ein Appartement war, wurde jedoch leider nie sauber gemacht. Frühstücks Buffet war ok, hätte ruhig noch etwas mehr geben können (Gemüse hat ganz gefehlt), Personal war freundlich wenn man auf sich aufmerksam machte. Der Pool war leider nur lauwarm und brachte so nicht die gewünschte Erholung, sonst aber ein super Aufenthalt gewesen. Das WLAN hat im Zimmer leider gar nicht funktioniert, Empfang hatten wir auch keinen. Preis-Leistung OK, hätte ruhig etwas günstiger für die genannten Faktoren sein können in Zone 2 von London.

It’s the EasyJet of hotels. The public spaces are stunning and the two ladies who work at the front desk are great. However, the hotel has lowered its service standards to a level resembling a low-cost airline, whilst charging for similar rates to hotels in the city that have an affordable luxury vibe and deliver on service. Rooms: similar to a refurbished hospital, with very small beds that can make an average height person sleep with their feet out of the bed (!) pillows are rock hard. Breakfast with very limited options, only filter coffee and boiled eggs with some yougurt and a fruit salad. It works like a boarding school where you inform of your room number and you’re handed a bowl and a plate. It’s a bit strange and off-putting. At check-in we were told we had to ask for cleaning. Not usual any longer. When I asked for new towels they said it’s a 50 GBP charge (!) I don’t believe that’s for sustainability (!). The hotel has lowered its OpEx to an extent that a Holiday Inn at the airport would deliver a superior hospitality. Not suited for an over Christmas stay

I checked in less than a month ago for a long term stay so a quick review on my move in experience. I have to say the staff are really nice and welcoming. William was so nice, when I arrived it was an especially hectic day and he never made me feel like he didn‘t have time for me. I hope he gets recognized by his team for his extremely professional conduct. My room itself is spacious and has everything I need for one person, although I would have appreciated tupperware to be included as well. Some inventory was missed when I arrived but again William took care of it immediately. The cleaniness of the room itself was unfortunate: there were hairs in the bed, curtain and floors (all the same kind - so previous guest?cleaner?) the cooking ware had food on them, the freezer is full of ice so makes it hard to use (they should defrost the freezer in my opinion as part of the room turnover …), the mugs had tea residue on them, and the steam vent above the stove was covered in a thick layer of dust so much that clusters of dust would fall from it, so I felt uncomfortable as if it wasn‘t actually cleaned from the previous guest, and ended up washing the entire kitchenware and disinfecting the room myself. i‘m quite happy with the location and neighborhood. Laundry room i would appreciate if they had a system on their app where you could actually see which machines are currently in use and for how long, it is always full at the moment and a lot of unnecessary trips are taken to check if a machine is free, and yes there is the laundry room on the second floor. Their event schedule is free and has a large offering but the popular events are sold out fast and I would appreciate a system where people could join a waitlist in case a space frees up and equally where people who have missed out frequently would be given priority for future events (as everyone here is indirectly paying for these additional offerings). The grounding is nice as well. Be aware though that the changing room in the grounding is unisex and the only privacy cabins are in the showers where the floor is wet (made it hard for me to change my clothes in there without getting them wet). & other guests don't comply with the no-phone policy in the spa, & this policy doesn't apply for the gym. I hope that I will be able to give a 5 star review by the time I move out, overall very happy to be staying here. Update: Room has been thoroughly cleaned after feedback, Grace was really nice. Feedback on privacy issues with the unisex changing rooms and with cameraphones in the pool and gym was received kindly. I hope this equally encourages future residents to voice their needs for shared spaces.

This hotel was a real surprise "find" and worked out to be absolutely ideal for our city break to London. Westbourne Park tube station is less than 5 mins away, with excellent links into the city. We flew into Stansted, took the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street, and it's an easy tube ride to the hotel. The staff were relaxed yet highly professional, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. On one evening, we were heading out to Belle Livingstone's 58th Street Country Club in Peckham so were dressed in black tie etc. The staff were very kind and made a real fuss - thank you for that. First things first, Larissa and Monica at the front desk really made all the difference for our stay. They are incredibly professional and accommodating. We had some request ragarding our room and they made us feel comfortable and not judged for asking to have amendments made to our booking. The location is very good, westbourne park tube to central London including Paddington (10mins max) as well as buses right outside the door. The hotel is new and safe, and the vibe and decor is very contemporary and relaxing. I did use the 10th floor lounge as a work space and it was great! The hotel is new and opened about 6 months ago. Everything is beautifully furnished. However the beds are really small, even for me and my mum. They told us they are aware of this though and are going to replace with bigger beds. The staff at the reception was amazing - especially Monica, who instantly made us feel welcome; she was there almost every day for the 4 days we stayed at the hotel and always asked with interest what we had been up to. A real people person! Breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately the staff here worked really inefficiently, which meant that there was a constant shortage of bread, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, cups, curler, everything in fact. It was as if they hadn't really prepared before breakfast opened, which we wondered about, as it should be a fixed routine after being open for half a year. The gym, pool, sauna and steam bath was a really nice addition. If the hotel didn’t have these facilities it wouldn’t have been worth the price.

My husband and I stayed from July 8th–10th. The room was very nice and clean, the spa area was lovely, and the employees were welcoming. A big minus was that the rooms were extremely poorly soundproofed. When the person in the room next to us listened to music, we could hear it clearly in our room. One evening, a neighbor knocked on our door and asked if we could turn down the TV. We felt a bit like we were on a school trip being told off by a teacher, rather than on the romantic getaway we were expecting. This was our first trip alone since 2020 due to covid and having our two children. This put a damper on the overall experience.||We didn’t feel comfortable living the way we wanted, knowing the neighbors could hear everything. We even recorded a video of how noisy it was and showed it to the staff at checkout as they wanted to know how our stay was since the hotel just opened, but we were told it was too late to do anything about it since the hotel was already built. I’m not sure if this problem affects the whole hotel or just our room. It’s a shame, because we would gladly have booked the hotel again if not for this issue. If not for this, I would have given the hotel 5 stars ⭐️ But we have sadly booked a different hotel for our upcoming trip. If this problem is sorted out, we would love to return for a visit in the future.

Visited again and found myself being disappointed. The steam room was broken and closed, the room was smaller than the last time (turns out I was upgraded!) with no view, the key for the room constantly malfunctioned, and unfortunately the food in the bar was a complete rip off (see photo of that burger and coke for nearly 19 quid!!). What a shame. Original review - This is a really new hotel and long term stay. It has a great vibe, it's lively and unique. The facilities are fabulous and the rooms are decent. The location is a decent distance out of town (you are 45 minutes from Westminster for example) but the tube station is just a short walk. There's are also easy cycling options (public and through the hotel). The room (which was an upgrade??) was pretty small but perfectly functional. Think cruise ship cabin. Wooden flooring and neat blinds plus the additional feature of a small kitchenette. There was no "view" (though I would imagine some rooms do have a better outlook). Breakfast was not a full English cooked, but was still excellent. Nice choices and some really interesting ideas (real honey and boil your own eggs!). All of this is served in comfort with a back beat of chillout tunes. The audio experience was a theme throughout and the listening lounge was just so unique and so cool, the sounds were unbelievable (I met someone who had spent 5 hours in there just lost in the vinyl options for the two turntables ... Awesome. This place also has it's own cinema and a huge range of places to hang out in comfort and in style. Whoever dreamt up the concept should be applauded loudly. It's superb. The spa is the final touch of class. A great pool and sauna and steam, with proper showers... already though there were notes of lack of cleanliness and maintenance, that's not great! So it's a very very easy 5 stars for this place, and I am already booked to come back... But the real question is, will the owner/operator put in the effort to make sure it stays well maintained, clean, and up to date.. or will they fail in those basics and like so many hotels which arrive like this quickly fall into a downward spiral and become a hotel that was once pretty great!? Time will tell but right now this is one of the best hotels in London.

The pool sauna and steam room great addition with the gym.conveniently placed for exploring and for supermarkets and being so close to the canal for lovely runs.Being able to do washing helps on return home. Wonderful Stay With a Brilliant Team We had a truly fantastic experience here, and the space itself is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were impressed on so many levels that I wanted to share a few highlights. From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house and reception team set the tone. Our welcome was warm, relaxed, and genuinely informative. Eli, in particular, stood out — her energy on the ground floor perfectly captures the vibe this place is going for. Our room was perfect. The view over the canal was a lovely touch, and the overall comfort and atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. We were also incredibly impressed with the quality of the soundproofing. Dining at Canal was excellent — the menu was exactly our kind of food. The next morning we visited The Grounding for a swim, and that atmosphere was just as impressive: peaceful, calming, and beautifully done. I can easily see how the whole setup is ideal for long-stay guests. Even though we were only there for 24 hours, it genuinely felt like a little holiday. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming. All in all, a fantastic experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely hotel with one fantastic view over London. Located in central London with direct tube connection to Westfield Shopping centre, London Eye and so on, to explore with ease. Clean and well organised spa and gym space, and a tenth floor lounge with giant couches to relax on in the evenings. I had an incredible experience staying at Westbourne Park this past Saturday. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the ambiance felt beautifully curated. A perfect blend of high-end design and cosy comfort. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. You can cook in your studio, or head downstairs to The Canal restaurant if you’d prefer to dine out. If you’re looking to unwind, the spa is fantastic, with a large pool, steam room, and sauna. Honestly, the building has everything, extraordinary workspaces, a fully equipped gym, the most stunning cinema with comfy couches, and even a listening room. I highly recommend Westbourne Park for travellers who want the comfort of home without compromising on lifestyle and equally for Londoners, like myself, who just need a little getaway and pampering.

Room clean and warm but not a standard size double bed. Location great for our business meeting. Pool area spotless and a great chill zone. Hotel facilities fantastic. Service in the restaurant let our stay down as no wine list was on display or offered. Told no Pinot white wine only offered a bottle of Sauvignon. Wine was terrible offered a second taste also terrible, still no wine list displaying prices. Resulting in a £48 bottle being charged with £6 service charge. I feel bar prices should be transparent and available. I mentioned this on check to be told it would be passed on, also wrote to customer services but heard nothing back to date.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Man hat einen (sehr) frühen Check-in möglich gemacht und war super bemüht, mir einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Es waren immer ausreichend Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Einzig der Toaster beim Frühstück quietscht etwas störend. Aber wenn das der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dann war es wohl insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke!

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. The experience felt careless and inhospitable from start to finish. First, they do not offer early check-in, which is fine in theory, but the way they handle it is absurd. There is no notification system, no courtesy, nothing. I was told to physically come back to the front desk every 20 minutes to check if my room was ready. This is not hospitality. This is making your guests feel like a nuisance. Then I finally get to the room and it is unbelievably bare. It felt more like a converted dorm or a very sad hospital wing than an actual hotel. The lighting was harsh, the furniture was minimal, and the space had no warmth or comfort. My bedside lamp didn’t even have a switch, so I had to literally screw and unscrew the light bulb every time I wanted the light off. How does this even make it through basic setup? When I pulled back the duvet to settle in, there was an actual spider in my bed. Not in the corner of the room. In the bed. On top of that, there was a clump of hair sitting on the bathroom floor, which makes it clear the room was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Completely unacceptable. I had genuinely been looking forward to the spa, but that was another disappointment. There is only one shared changing room for everyone, which feels uncomfortable and awkward, and the layout of the spa and gym is so disorienting that just getting to the treadmill feels like navigating a maze rather than relaxing. And the thing is: I really wanted to like this place. The lobby is gorgeous. The listening room and the community events sounded special and honestly gave me hope. It has all the potential in the world to be warm, creative, and welcoming. Instead, the actual experience felt careless and uncomfortable. I left feeling frustrated and let down, which is such a shame because this could have been something really great.

Hi! I am a long term resident at Mason and Fifth and I absolutely love living here. The staff are truly 20/10, everyone is so attentive and friendly. As a new institution, there are obviously teething problems but everyone who works here is solution oriented and honestly just great. They're extremely focused on making our stay as wonderful as it can be. The aesthetics are stunning; from colour pallete, to music and scent, there's impeccable taste. It's how id decorate my home. The wellness space makes your body exhale as you enter and I'm especially enjoying using it in the winter. The bar is where magic happens as William twirls around shaking up cocktails and introducing future friends to one another, it feels like coming home. This place wouldn't be the same without his jolly, generous spirit. The programming truly slaps. I care deeply about culture and Mason has it down. From listening sessions, to tai chi and community quiliting I can confidently say that my artistic curiosities are satiated. Me and my boyfriend love living here and if community, aesthetics and vibes is what you're after, then I thin you will too!

The hotel has: -A listening room: where you can seat and listen to vinyles -the whole wellness center: a gym well equiped open from 6am to 12pm, a pool with a sauna and a stem bath open from 7pm to 9pm And multiple class: yoga, pilates etc -A laundry room -A cinema!!!!!!??? -A rooftop where you can see Londooon from the 10th floor Unfortunately there's no cleaning service everyday but every 4days (I'm not used to it) It is close to an underground station but also if you like to walk: you'll enjoy the lovely streets of Notthing hill, the colorful Lancaster road, Portobello str. Etc etc

10/10 stay from start to finish. The gorgeous staff were so friendly, polite and accommodating, letting us know all the information we needed for our stay and constantly making us feel welcome throughout. Upon arrival, we were told we had a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise! The room itself was modern and clean with everything we needed including tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. The communal areas were such a chilled vibe with loads of cosy spots to discover. We used the pool/steam room/sauna which was so relaxing and we were the only ones in there! Breakfast was perfect - lots to choose from including pastries, fruit, eggs, juice and the sourdough bread was unreal (must try). Great location less than a 5 min walk from Westbourne Park station so easily accessible from Euston and other areas. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to London x

Really nice hotel in the new 'aparthotel' model. Everything you need and more in a room. Except perhaps USB sockets? Nice little kitchenette - great bathroom. Nice bottle of water and addition of tea/coffee/oat milk in the fridge.|I had an upgrade which was nice to a slightly larger room. Bed was comfy but small (fortunately I was on my own!)|The hotel had great common areas, including a nice vibey bar and a good super friendly restaurant, and a lovely (and not too tiny) pool. |The 10th floor communal area has great views but couldn't help thinking it would be better as a bar/lounge and was a bit lonely and desolate when I was up there. |LOVED the idea of the cinema room (didn't have time to go) and the backgammon night was fab. ||There were a few teething problems including: |one lift out of order for the whole of my stay, and some of the showers in the gym/pool area were too. Not too much inconvenience but didn't look like it was v loved. |My room looked out over the courtyard by reception, and there were lights strung everywhere out there which were on all night. Looked pretty but the curtains weren't blackout - so room was pretty light. Maybe turn the lights out after midnight or get blackout curtains? |One thing that I didn't like was that housekeeping left dirty laundry and things outside the rooms after cleaning all day and all night. They weren't MY dirty sheets - but they were outside my room from midday on Sunday and were still there when I left on Monday morning. Yuck! Not very welcoming. ||Overall despite the above nitpicks I really enjoyed my stay - it's a great location by the canal - and really close to Notting Hill - a short walk away. Nice to walk past the Trellick Tower. It was good value for money and an interesting model. Just needs time to make it even better.

We were very satisfied with our stay! The hotel has great vibes and offers lots of fun activities for guests. The team was kind and always available to help. Our room was very quiet and the bed super comfortable, we slept so well! Everything was clean and modern, and the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Tube (Circle and Hammersmith lines). The pool and sauna facilities were a lovely bonus, perfect to relax after a refreshing autumn day walking around the city. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

As a lover of art, relaxation, music and have an appreciation for intentional interior design/detail, I was pleasantly over stimulated by every single detail from the second I stepped into Mason & Fifth in Westbourne Park. I was instantly inspired to become a better version of myself 😂🤦🏾‍♀️!! Each floor is Aced! The Staff are so warm and welcoming, especially MONICA!! My room was so comfortable, the bed held me captive overlooking the calming view of the Grand Union Canal. I especially appreciated the personal touches and tasty Canton Tea in my room. The food in the restaurant is top tier, I highly recommend the Trout! I had a Double jaw drop moment for the aesthetically pleasing wellness space and enjoyed using the heated pool, steam room, sauna, gym and workout studio. They have a schedule for the stunning cinema which I also thoroughly enjoyed. You will need to explore each floor and if you pay attention to every detail like I do, you’re in for an unforgettable euphoric treat.Thank you M&F Westbourne Park 🙌🏽

Just returned from a weekend in London and jumped straight on to give this gorgeous hotel a review. It was incredible, so glad my boyfriend picked it! The hotel has been done to such a high standard, the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy and I slept amazingly well both nights. The gym, spa and pool area were fantastic, the gym was so luxurious and BY FAR the best hotel gym I've used, the equipment was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming too. I wish i could have stayed for longer and made use of the classes and other amenities like the cinema. Location was great too, just a short walk into Notting Hill. Think this is my fave hotel to date :) I would HIGHLY recommend and will stay here again when visiting London.

I came here for a 2 night stay to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and we were blown away. The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable, clean and well serviced with a broad range of high quality amenities. The gym facilities stand out from any hotel I’ve stayed in, and the pool and sauna are also great. What really stood out to us from the moment we walked in was the kind, attentive and generous people working at Mason & Fifth. Although everyone we spoke to was lovely, some people that really stood out was Will and Michael at the bar, Jake and the rest of the team at the front desk, Jonathan and Brigitte + the team in the grounding and many more. A special thank you to Will for making us feel so accommodated and making my girlfriend’s birthday feel extra special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, Just Class – The Best Part of Our Trip! From the second we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The place is absolutely stunning – moody, cosy, and just has this really chill vibe. Every little detail has been thought through, and it shows. We were upgraded too, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even better. The room was gorgeous, and the bed was unbelievably comfy. All the staff were brilliant – so friendly and down-to-earth. I was with my toddler and was really impressed with how they treated him like a proper guest, and he was loving all the attention too. Big shout out to Monica and the Irish girl (sorry I've forgotten her name), they couldn’t have been nicer and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was unreal – so tasty and beautifully presented. Between the music, the vibes, the people, and the setting, it all just came together perfectly. We haven’t stopped going on about it since we got home – honestly, can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Sämtliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer out & about gebucht und bekamen beim CheckIn ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer mit Küche. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und besaßen alle notwendigen Einrichtungen für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in London. Unser Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmern wurde erfüllt. Besonders das Rollo zur Abdunkelung in der Nacht empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Bei dem angebotenen Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Hervorzuheben ist die Frische und ausgezeichnete Qualität. Auch hier war der Service perfekt. Die übrigen Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Gym haben wir nicht genutzt, aber ein erster Blick hat uns von der Hochwertigkeit überzeugt. Wir können das Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Mooi nieuw hotel. Mooie en schone kamers. Worden wel maar 1 keer per 4 dagen schoongemaakt. Tussendoor een keer extra handdoeken gevraagd, dat werd meteen geregeld. Geen uitgebreid ontbijt, maar wel goed. Mooi zwembad met kleine sauna. Gratis fietsen, hier hebben wij iedere dag gebruik van gemaakt. Personeel is bijna allemaal heel vriendelijk. My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The studio was absolutely perfect! Spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the gym reception, who gave us a great tour of the fitness facilities and explained how to book treatments. The cinema room was very impressive, we didn’t watch a film but loved relaxing in the super comfortable chairs. The 10th floor lounge was a real highlight; the décor was stunning, and the atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve experienced in a co-working space before. had family staying here for a week and would highly recommend it. great common spaces and tastefully designed, it is clear a lot of effort has gone into curating the interiors. rooms are on the smaller side (there are larger ones available though) but the common spaces make up for this, especially the roof terrace and downstairs at the bar! have heard the restaurant is great and the cocktails in association with bar with shapes for a name were amazing and a great touch. the lady serving at the bar also had great service! it’s clear mason & fifth have their finger on the pulse and westbourne park is a good new location - close to the canal for a nice stroll and walking distance to notting hill for a great selection of restaurants and pubs. also close to the district line for travelling into central london

If you want a hotel with a gorgeous pool and spa, genuinely lovely receptionists, a charming barista, and poolside staff who treat you like royalty — Mason and Fifth delivers. The rooms are clean and comfortable… though “cozy” in the real-estate sense (small enough that you can touch both walls without getting out of bed). The iron is kept in a mysterious communal location, so you’ll be taking your laundry on a scenic tour of the hotel. But the highlight — or lowlight — of my stay was the vanishing of my sentimental Italian perfume. I called the day after checkout, and was told they’d “check with the cleaning crew.” Days passed. Then, finally, the call came: “We don’t have it.” The tone was somewhere between “we lost it” and “what perfume?” I’m not saying the housekeeping team runs a black-market cologne syndicate… but I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in your room unless you enjoy unsolved mysteries. Five stars for the spa. Zero stars for trusting the cleaning crew. Would return — but only with a suitcase full of decoy items. UPDATE: After I posted this review, the team at Mason and Fifth completely made up for the slightly disappointing event, far exceeding my expectations. I would like to give a big thank you to everyone who helped out! Please do not refrain from staying here due to my review, this is a great hotel and I do recommend it!

Everything and everyone about it. From the moment we walked up to the reception team to the time we left. Everything was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting. This is not the stereotypical hotel, this is a home that gives you a place to relax and not wanting to leave. The rooms are mini apartments and are well appointed, but it's the small details that make it stand out from the rest e.g. real ground coffee for the cafetiere instead of instant sachets of coffee. This is what all hotels should be taking inspiration from and then providing. All of the tram that work there are exceptional and make you feel welcome from the time you arrive too the day you leave. Their bar is fantastic and is hosted by the charamistc 'William', who goes over and beyond too make your time the most enjoyable and pleasurable. He is a Star amongst the many other stars that work there.

It's five-stars from me! I stayed for just one night and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Firstly, the staff were all very helpful, warm and welcoming throughout - from the reception, to the spa, restaurant, workspace and bar, I felt very well looked after. The app and room guides also made settling in very easy. The facilities were beautifully designed in every space, complemented by soft lighting and thought-provoking artworks. The bedroom was well equipped, comfortable and stylish, and the room temperature was easily adjustable which is a must for me. The view from the window suited me well (lucky me, I could view the supermoon from my pillow). I could have easily stayed in their lobby all day just for their music playlist. I had a delicious meal in their restaurant, which I felt was a great value for the cost - the ambience was cosy, yet sophisticated. Breakfast in the morning was delightful, with the tastiest fresh honey and yogurt I think I have ever had. The spa was a real asset, I used their sauna, steam room and pool in the morning - it wasn't at all busy, but the other guests I met were all friendly. I didn't use the gym, but it looked well equipped and the classes looked accessible for different levels. Their listening lounge event really topped it off for me with world renowned DJs in discussion, up close and personal. This was something that I didn't expect - as someone who loves and works in music, this was really unique. In general, their events programming looked very varied and cool. It's clear that the Mason & Fifth team know and care about the importance of authentic cultural experiences to provide the best overall experience for their guests. As I was only there one night, I didn't get to experience the cinema. However, I popped my head in and it looked boutique and comfortable. The only down side was being there for only one night! I know the space has not long been open and will now be highly recommending Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park to all, before it inevitably becomes perpetually booked. There are countless 5* reviews highlighting the positives - and there are many. But I'll focus on the little issues that make it a 4* experience over all. Rooms are very compact as expected but even with the AC off there was a lot of background hum (coming from the pipes/ventilation/fridge). Shower pressure was just OK. Gym/pool/10th floor lounge etc were great, but again small and often too busy. Getting from A to B around the property would invariably take multiple key card uses. The card readers (especially in the lift) would often take a few extra seconds to register to the point you'd think it had failed to read. But the key experience that detracted from the overall experience was the front desk. Yes, everyone was very friendly and appeared to be trying to be helpful. But each interaction was incredibly slow, inefficient and incompetent. Even just getting a new key involved an unfathomably long wait.

Just love love love this place! My room had all the essentials for a two night stay - the bed was super clean and comfy, and the windows closed out any noise disturbances along with a very effective blackout blind. The vibe in the building is chic and calm - I hardly ventured into the outside world, which is not surprising given all the offerings built into my booking. On eve #1 I watched a great independant movie from a comfy one-person couch in the cinema room, and on eve #2 headed to the listening lounge to immerse myself in fabulous vinyl vibes whilst zoning on a on daybed watching walkers stroll along the canal. During the day, I enjoyed kicking back in the beautifully decorated lounges, scrolling through a number of very interesting coffee table books which are scattered around the various lounges. Note to self: get a copy of "Looking at Trees" Hoxton Mint Press. I made full use of the complimentary spa facilities and took advantage of the in-house masseuse, all of which left me feeling way more chilled out than when I first arrived. I know I said I hardly ventured outside - I confess I did .... on both mornings I made myself an excellent quality coffee and munched on fruits (both gratis) in the 10th floor lounge and enjoyed the panoramic views of bustling London from the balcony. My experience of M&F - from being greeted by very welcoming and helpful staff to literally floating around the building enjoying all it has to offer - was one of both wonderful surprise and absolute delight. I could have easily settled in for longer (much much longer) but alas I had to face the big wide world again. Thank you M&F!

I ended up staying twice, the first for 2 weeks and the second for 3 weeks. I thought it was excellent. Firstly, I have to compliment all the staff I met. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The gym is one of the best in any hotel I have stayed. It isn't huge but every piece of equipment has been carefully chosen and they have absolutely everything you need for a great workout. The sauna in the pool area is also fantastic. The rooms aren't huge but having a small kitchen in the room was brilliant. The rooftop common working area was also a lovely space to set up the laptop and get some work done. The immediate surrounding area is definitely "up and coming" and isn't that nice but it is only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Notting Hill. The hotel has only been open a couple of months and they inevitably had a few teething problems but I think this is an amazing addition to the Notting Hill area...and offers a wonderful option if you want to stay in that area....and enjoy the gym, sauna, and various regular events they host as well.

I just spent 8 days at the Westbourne Park location in London with a group of 25 others. At the beginning we had a little hiccup with the contract with the consideration of whether the VAT was included or excluded, so if you are coming with a big group, I'd encourage you to check the contract twice and ask for VAT and service fee to be included and clearly written. Outside of that, the experience of the hotel was a 10/10. The interior of this hotel is just so calming, modern and gorgeous. We worked with The Grounding (which is the spa/pool/gym area) Manager, Jonathan who is an absolute ray of sunshine. If you want a proper British Bear hug, make friends with Jonathan. HE was very good with communication and helping me setup the retreat portion of our visit. We hosted a health & wellness portion of the retreat that included yoga and a breath work class followed by a cold plunge led by Chris. Chris was able to successfully encourage all of our high performing business owners to get out of their brain and get back into their body and that is saying A LOT. It was a serene experience for all. The FOOD! We had breakfast almost every day and a kickoff dinner in Canal and I was SO impressed with the service and the quality of food. It was healthy but also insanely delicious. The F&B team was above board. The service from the front desk to the housekeeping was 5-star. This location just opened in June 2025. The furniture, the vibe, the accommodations and amenities make it fit to live in for long-term. For a party of 25, you'd expect some complaints but everyone was SO pleased with their stay. If I visit London again, I will most certainly stay at Mason & Fifth.

Absolutely perfect place to go on a work trip tons of places to sit and work with good music and friendly people. Laundry was also a great touch as i needed to wash my things for my long plane ride home and I was able to do that easily. Would definitely like to stay again/stay at another location! Food was great too I ordered from the bar most days. Only thing I’ll say is the keycards are a bit fussy with all the doors but the rooms/floors are very secure which made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. also Towel warmer in the bathroom 😍

Mason & Fifth's new Westbourne Park location has taken hospitality to a new level. We had an incredible short stay and are now working out how to make it a long term residency! Located a short walk from the tube, with parking just outside, free bikes to borrow or a nearby bus stop, the site is in a perfect spot. You are welcomed by friendly and approachable staff and guided to a room that has everything you could need. The small details - A good kettle, storage, shower products etc... they have mastered the overall design - stylish and comfortable. All the additional amenities is where this venue really shines; 'The Meadow' a shared workspace, a top floor common area overlooking London with tables, plush sofas and a kitchen, a basement pool, sauna, steam room and gym with a range of classes run by passionate staff (we did a circuit class & yoga) and a studio-level listening room decked out with records and speakers. The affordable & delicious breakfast is exactly what you need, the laundry room always has washers available and Canal restaurant was a fun, fresh take on farm to table meals. We soon started recognising staff and other guests so we can see how it would feel like a community in no time - the perfect 'home base' in a big city. Highly recommend checking it out!

Special mention to Monica who is a complete darling (give her a bonus!) Got lost trying to find the pool, which is gorgeous. Good do with a little attention to detail. Found dried on shower gel in the shower and coffee spills at the head of the bed. Also public areas a little grubby on floors and fingerprints on every mirror and glass. Would have given you 5 stars if these little things got sorted. Area is a little shady but 10 min walk to Westbourne Park underground.

Mason & Fifth is a new place in north west London and its a real find. Westbourne Park is a relatively quiet part of London, but still lively and very well connected. Some good pubs and eateries nearby and Portobello is right on your doorstep, but central London is a few stops away on the tube, and in fact we walked to Regent's Park on a lazy Sunday morning. The hotel is excellent, obviously it has the benefit of being shiny new, but the place is lovely - funky and fun but welcoming and professional, rooms are great, the facilities including a really good size pool are excellent and the crowning jewel is the top floor lounge with incredible panoramic views of the city. I'll definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

I booked this hotel not knowing much about the area but in time my girlfriend and I ended up loving our little home away from home. This is Clash territory if any of you are fans (Westbourne Park, Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill). The hotel was clean and spacious we got the suite with a bedroom. The bed was comfy and there was a decent closet and drawers. The living room was comfortable with a great 2 seater couch plus TV but we didn't watch. What was awesome was the little kitchen complete with fridge, electric burners, a toaster, tea kettle plus tea, coffee, sugar and an individual French press. The bathroom was roomy enough with good shower pressure there was one day the water wasn't hot but that was just one time in the am. Honestly this place has a TON of amenities we didn't even use but here goes: free Laundromat inside plus iron and ironing board, multiple rooms for lounging, grabbing snack, there is a bar on site and restaurant. There's also another restaurant downstairs for small bites. Pool and sauna included! The front is open all night but you'll need your key card to get again. Staff is nice and helpful. You're in a great location away from the madness and traffic of central London. There is a great Irish pub on the corner Angie's, and a more modern pub with food that was good, Union tavern (great fish and chips). Your train is the Circle line or Hammersmith (Clash fans will know this name!) it'll take you into the main part of London as well as the airport. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Appalling visit. Literally the most diabolical room and ‘service’ ever.||Also in the middle of nowhere. ||Evidently all cash was spaffed on the ground floor. On arrival to the accommodation levels you quickly realise it’s all a con. |The rooms have been done on the cheap. Nothing feels right. TV doesn’t work. Air conditioner faulty. Can’t open the window because it overlooks a highway and crazy noisy. Staff are pleasant but they have zero agency. A manager was meant to connect with me but they were seemingly absent so I guess he couldn’t be bothered. ||I met with a friend in Notting Hill during my stay and it took exactly 38 minutes to walk there. So their statement that it’s 15 minutes away is yet another con. When a company is that dishonest it makes you lose trust in their entire offering. ||Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere

The hotel itself is quite nice, with a really cool vibe. The spa facilities are great and we enjoyed taking advantage of them! However, when we arrived our bathroom was quite dirty. We alerted the front desk about this and they put a note in their system but didn’t offer to have it cleaned. So we had to ask for a different room. That was fine, no hesitation. However as we were sleeping the next morning, at 7am, someone just walked into our new room? As soon as we said something they apologized and left. It must have been an employee but it made us feel really violated and unsafe, luckily we were only staying one night. We relayed these problems to the staff at checkout and were told that a manager would be in contact with us, but it’s been about two weeks and we haven’t heard anything. All in all, it’s a nice hotel but I’d definitely recommend some management improvements. I realize this is a new hotel (an excuse used multiple times while we were there), but this kind of thing is inexcusable. Really unfortunate because we could have had an outstanding time if it were handled better!

What an amazing find in the best location. Such a hidden gem in west London and right on the canal! If you’re looking to explore the buzz of west London you are a 10 mins walk away. If you’re needing to work remotely there’s 100 of cosy corners to setup in, or if you’re looking for a bit of a reset the spa/gym is so premium and very chilled. They also have some epic events, talks and workshops happening that you are able to get involved in for free, where I met some super kind, creative and interesting people. The design of this space is so considered… from the amazing beds to the wellness spa and gym… to the small details on the door signs and hand written notes in the room, m&f really is something special. It's a brand new hotel and everything is top notch. It has a lovely pool, gym, rooftop balcony with seating to enjoy the views, loads of chill out areas including a cinema room, canal view outside restaurant, communal kitchen on the 10th floor with free coffee and where you can cook a proper meal. The beds were sooo comfortable, you get a sense of ‘aah’ as soon as you walk in with the atmosphere, the smell of the spa oils, we would love to come back and stay again. I really wanted to love MF Westbourne Park. Firstly to find it was a feat. We asked locals at the corner pub and even they didn’t know where it was until we mentioned that it had been the old taxi house. Hopefully signage will be added soon. I did love the wavy ceiling of the foyer and bar. You can see a fortune has been spent on ceramics (vases, room number plates etc) and I particularly loved the salt and pepper shakers found in the rooms. However there was much that made our stay sub par. The tv did not work at all on the first of our three day stay. When it finally did work it only worked in unison with your own phone. This was particularly strange and unusable for overseas travelers. (I think at the very least a movie channel could be added to the room tvs). The lift went out when we were on the 10th floor on our first night and we didn’t want to risk going up there again after that. The air conditioners in the room are set to work in 3 hour increments. It was terrible to find this out in the middle of the night by waking up in a lather of sweat. We had to ask twice but we were given a top sheet for the bed so we could actually sleep for the remaining nights. It was my fault completely but I did not realize the accommodation only had small double beds. I say small as even the pillows overhang the bed! We booked an accessible room due to my mobility issues and I have to say I have never seen such a tiny sink. (Perhaps sourced from a nursery school supplier?) we asked for a small table to place our toiletries on but this was declined. The reason given that there were none and this in a place with 5000 tables - all of which are not in your room. But the accessible bathroom has nowhere to place anything except a ceramic toothbrush holder very close to the toilet. I do wonder how someone in a wheelchair would fair in this room given the bathroom light switch is on the hinge side of the door and not near the opening. Also the mat under the bed has a high lip and I think this is dangerous, not to mention how someone in a chair could access the bed. In our room we also found some of the previous occupants clothing in the second draw of the wardrobe. The girl at reception cringed at this and did apologise. I would also like to add that a teatowel would be a good touch for the kitchen of the room. I can see that a lot of time has been put into this facility. I do think a keen eye needs to look at the accessible rooms and at the very least a small shelf added.

Go enjoy the lovely hotel, the lovely location, the lovely staff, the lovely and lively spirit there. It is not only a hotel to go to at the end of the day. It is definitely a venue to entertain yourself and those with you. I it a brand new place just opened, my saty was during June 2025, I am looking to go there again. Maybe the mirror in my room was a little up hanging, my wife couldn't benefit much form it, but for sure the mirror in the bathroom should be lowered like 10 inches. Toilets in the lobby and 10th floor are always clean and fresh, but a better location for the paper towels is preferable. I didn't mention much about the 10th floor, keeping it the cherry on the top surprise for whoever stays there.

Probably my favourite place I've stayed especially being so central in London it literally had everything and was so fancy. I felt like I'd walked into like a beach hotel in Hawaii somewhere it was magical. The staff were super friendly, the place was so clean and really well decorated it was very unique. We loved it so much we booked another night, luckily they had space so we could stay. We even tried the Reformer pilates class on Saturday morning which was great. The pool was also lovely, we just felt like we were in some other place the whole time we were there. The changing rooms are all gender and there's only 3 pool loungers that's the only thing I would say. If it was busy you wouldn't have anywhere to put your things. But all towels were provided, the gym was great and on the 10th floor there was a full kitchen for guests to use. It was brilliant coffee machine, fridges, ovens and stoves. I will definitely be back and recommending to everyone i know. We stayed here for aj event at Hyde Park and it was 15 mins in an uber so perfect. Thanks for our lovely stay 😊

What a FIND! I spent a few weeks on holiday in London, working my way east to west across the city, when I stumbled upon Mason & Fifth— by "stumbled", I mean scouring every site imaginable and weighing every listing against my budget + hopes and dreams. I originally booked 3 nights in case it ended up being one of those places that looks cute in photos but doesn't hold up in real life...you know the type. NOT THE CASE! It was even better than expected. I ended up extending my stay and spending the entire last week of my trip at Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park. The team was incredible from start to finish, and my studio was well equipped had I wanted to cook (which I didn’t). But it wasn't just the room with air-tight windows, or the coffee and pastries in the lobby, or the 10th floor lounge, or the laundry on-site, or even the listening room with so many records I ran out of time— it was also the other guests. Something about the bones of this place really encourages one to get to know their neighbors; a community outside your door, if you seek it. After a difficult personal experience before arriving in the UK, it was incredibly healing to find a place where I felt truly cared for—a space I could settle into and make feel like my own, even if only for a few days. I can't wait to return :)

The team at Westbourne Park are fab, just like those at Primrose Hill. Great spot, people, vibe and facilities. Astounded that it had been open only a couple of days. Very much recommend

객실이 살짝 좁고 객실 내엔 드라이어 외의 다른 편의시설이 없습니다. 다만 공용 라운지에서 사용이 가능하고 원두 전자동 머신이 구비되어 있어 언제든 커피를 마실 수 있으며 멋진 수영장과 잘 갖춰진 gym이 있습니다. 오픈한 지 얼마 되지않아 시설이 깨끗하며 직원들도 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 위치는 hammersmith city line으로 시내 접근성이 좋으며 노팅힐 서점 기준 도보 15분이라 관광을 시작하기에도 좋습니다. sainsbury 가 가까이 있어 장보기에도 용이하나 객실에 냉장고가 없어 시원한 음료는 그때그때 사드셔야 합니다. 오픈초 가격이라 나중엔 어떨 지 모르겠지만 이 가격으로 론던 시내에서 지내기엔 이만한 숙소가 없울 듯 합니다!
